Se anunció en pasado agosto, el descubrimiento de un nuevo pozo de crudo ligero en el yacimiento Kinbe-1, a 87 kilómetros de Ciudad del Carmen, en el sureño estado de Campeche, este pozo está en la misma zona donde se ubica el complejo en el que se encuentran los campos Tsimin, y Xux, en aguas del Golfo.
También se estima que Kinbe-1 tenga reservas probadas, probables y posibles de 150 millones de barriles. “El programa es que este campos comiencen a producir en 2014”. A finales de enero, Pemex anunció que comprobó la existencia de crudos en un pozo exploratorio en el mar enfrente a las costas de Veracruz, en el Golfo de México. The process for a made inquest according to the international right
México. - The case against judge Baltasar Garzón (BG), it was seen for sentence. In their right to exercise the shift of the last word, the magistrate, prevarication accused to investigate violations to the human rights during the period of Francisco Franco's dictatorship (FF), also called Franco’s era to this period that darkens the Spanish history as a bathroom of blood of the history. Judge BG, he has been the only character that investigated and he tried to put something of light on the whereabouts of the thousands of having buried in common graves and of the children stolen to their mothers by their ideology, he sat down in the stool of the accused for the supposed prevarication crime and of being opposing guilty it could be condemned to 20 years of disqualification and a millionaire fine.

The magistrate was accused by the union ultra- right, Manos limpias, linked to sectors followers of Franco’s era. After listening during four days testimonies of victims and of relatives that so far continue fighting to bury their father, grandfather or shot brother worthily, he played the shift of speaking BG and their lawyers. The seven magistrates that integrate the room of the Tribunal Supremo listened what BG had already affirmed in its first appearance again: that in their performance there “was not prevarication", and he “always acted according to the law. My conscience is calm". He added that its investigation sought “to give protection to the victims in front of the criminal facts, that which you can differ, but we believe that it is defensible."
The lawyer of the ultra union, Joaquin Ruiz Infante, centered his intervention in ratifying his 20 year-old petition of disqualification, with the mud’s argument to stop the investigation, in which BG didn't also investigate hundred of execution perpetrated for republican in Paracuellos of the Jarama in November of 1936. To that which the lawyer of BG, Gonzalo Martínez - Fresneda (GMF), he responded: "the victims of Paracuellos they were identified, honest, they were repaired in the stocking of the possible thing, although there is not repair for a death, but they were reimbursed. in this place the opposite in fact happens. It is not sustained from the juridical point of view."
For lawyer GMF, “the spouses, the children, continue suffering a torture when not knowing what it passed their relatives and where the remains are". The fiscal Luis Navajas assured that BG dictated “incorrect and mistaken resolutions” but that “they were recoverable for the path of the resources, not of a quarrel for prevarication". He added that a condemnatory sentence “would have a devastating effect and it would attempt against the judicial independence". The case is seen for sentence and now it is only to wait the conclusion of the seven Spanish magistrates. The presenter of the sentence will be magistrate Andres Martinez Arrieta who will have the majority acceptance of the judges Carlos Granados (that presides over the view), Perfect Andres Ibañez, Julian Sanchez Melgar, Jose Ramon Soriano Soriano, Jose Manuel Maza Martin and Miguel Colmenero Menendez de Luarca.

"The supposed errors in judicial decisions should not be reason for the removal of a judge, and less still, for the beginning of a penal process", the special teller observed. "The autonomy in the interpretation of the law is a fundamental element in the list of a judge and in the advance of the human rights", She underlined. "No judge should have fear to be independent in his functions", GK concluded.
Nevertheless the dark legacy that he left and of the impunity that enjoyed, FF didn't win the total darkness there are still people fighting to discover its grandsons, to its children stolen by its ideology, because its beings rest wanted in the sepulchre and not in a common grave, since offering its life for a republican Spain. El proceso por una indagatoria hecha conforme al derecho internacional
México. - El caso contra el juez Baltasar Garzón (BG), quedó visto para sentencia. En su derecho a ejercer el turno de la última palabra, el magistrado, acusado de prevaricación por investigar violaciones a los derechos humanos durante el período de la dictadura de Francisco Franco (FF), también llamado franquismo a este período que como un baño de sangre de la historia oscurece la historia española. El juez BG, aseguró: “sólo puedo decir que mi conciencia está tranquila porque tomé las decisiones que creí ajustadas a derecho para investigar, perseguir, y sancionar a quien correspondiera, por crímenes masivos de desaparición forzada de personas y detenciones ilegales. Creo que esto se le debe a las víctimas para que no se produzca el olvido”.
Con las palabras de Garzón se cerró uno de los procesos más polémicos y de más interés en todo el país, al tratarse de un caso que profundiza en la herida de la Guerra Civil (1936-1939), la represión del régimen fascista de Franco (1939-1975), y la pasividad de la justicia española para responder a las peticiones de familiares de las víctimas. Falso delito de prevaricación para detener la investigación
El magistrado fue acusado por el sindicato ultraderechista, Manos limpias, vinculado a sectores franquistas. Después de escuchar durante cuatro días testimonios de victimas y de familiares que hasta la fecha siguen luchando por sepultar dignamente a su padre, abuelo o hermano fusilados, tocó el turno de hablar a BG y a sus abogados. Los siete magistrados que integran la sala del Tribunal Supremo escucharon de nuevo lo que BG ya había afirmado en su primera comparecencia: que en su actuación “no hubo prevaricación”, y siempre actuó “acorde a la ley. Mi conciencia está tranquila”. Añadió que su investigación pretendió “dar protección a las víctimas frente a los hechos delictivos, lo cual se puede discrepar, pero creo que es defendible”.
El abogado del sindicato ultra, Joaquín Ruiz Infante, centró su intervención en ratificar su petición de 20 años de inhabilitación, con el argumento de lodo para detener la investigación, en el cual BG no investigó también cientos de ejecución perpetradas por republicanos en Paracuellos del Jaramá en noviembre de 1936. A lo cual el abogado de BG, Gonzalo Martínez – Fresneda (GMF), respondió: “las victimas de Paracuellos fueron identificadas, honradas, se les reparó en la media de lo posible, aunque no hay reparación para una muerte, pero fueron indemnizadas. Aquí ocurre exactamente lo contrario. No se sostiene desde el punto de vista jurídico”.
Para el abogado GMF, “los cónyuges, los hijos, siguen sufriendo una tortura al no saber qué pasó a sus familiares y dónde están los restos”. El fiscal Luis Navajas aseguró que BG dictó resoluciones “incorrectas y equivocadas” pero que “eran corregibles por la vía de los recursos, no de una querella por prevaricación”. Añadió que un fallo condenatorio “tendría un efecto devastador y atentaría contra la independencia judicial”. El caso está visto para sentencia y ahora sólo queda esperar la conclusión de los siete magistrados españoles. El ponente de la sentencia será el magistrado Andrés Martínez Arrieta, quien deberá contar con la aceptación mayoritaria de los jueces Carlos Granados (que preside la vista), Perfecto Andrés Ibáñez, Julián Sánchez Melgar, José Ramón Soriano Soriano, José Manuel Maza Martín y Miguel Colmenero Menéndez de Luarca.

“Los supuestos errores en decisiones judiciales no deben ser motivo para la remoción de un juez, y menos aún, para el inicio de un proceso penal”, observó la relatora especial. “La autonomía en la interpretación de la ley es un elemento fundamental en el rol de un juez y en el avance de los derechos humanos”, subrayó. “Ningún juez debe tener temor a ser independiente en sus funciones”, concluyó GK.
No obstante el legado obscuro que dejó y de la impunidad que disfrutó, FF no ganó la obscuridad total aún hay personas luchando por descubrir a sus nietos, a sus hijos robados por su ideología, porque descansen sus seres queridos en la sepultura y no en una fosa común, ya que ofrendaron su vida por una España republicana. A pesar del dolor que cargan, del sufrimiento ellos no han dejado de luchar por la causa en la que creen y siguen siendo unos guerreros. El dictador nunca pudo doblegarlos. El proceso por una indagatoria hecha conforme al derecho internacional
México. - El caso contra el juez Baltasar Garzón (BG), quedó visto para sentencia. En su derecho a ejercer el turno de la última palabra, el magistrado, acusado de prevaricación por investigar violaciones a los derechos humanos durante el período de la dictadura de Francisco Franco (FF), también llamado franquismo a este período que como un baño de sangre de la historia oscurece la historia española. El juez BG, aseguró: “sólo puedo decir que mi conciencia está tranquila porque tomé las decisiones que creí ajustadas a derecho para investigar, perseguir, y sancionar a quien correspondiera, por crímenes masivos de desaparición forzada de personas y detenciones ilegales. Creo que esto se le debe a las víctimas para que no se produzca el olvido”.
Con las palabras de Garzón se cerró uno de los procesos más polémicos y de más interés en todo el país, al tratarse de un caso que profundiza en la herida de la Guerra Civil (1936-1939), la represión del régimen fascista de Franco (1939-1975), y la pasividad de la justicia española para responder a las peticiones de familiares de las víctimas. Often we hear the speeches that celebrate our energy dependence, and next it is linked with the national goldfinches that scream that the petroleum is not business and they look for that it surrenders to the foreign one and this way to deepen our technological dependence. When hearing our governing with speeches about the “urgent reformations that the country needs", however never we hear that they refer to the changes that are required to knock down the technological backwardness, and this without a doubt is one of the big challenges for our development.
Certainly that the technological dependence decreases impelling the investigation and the innovation in the companies, but it is that this strategy has not had positive results up to now. The productive sector has experienced a growth mainly in the productive sector, and the private company has invested in the investigation and experimental development (GIDE), still when they have made it has not been enough to reduce the dependence. The companies when participating in the execution of the Gide reached 40.7 percent, but today we import more technology than before, as it shows it the scale of payments in this area, the which it experienced in 2009 the biggest debit in the past 15 years.

In the world it is clear that there is only a path, since in this dilemma the science gives place to the technology, because the technological developments can also create new fields of the basic investigation, like it happens in the area of the technologies of attended reproduction. El desmantelamiento de los institutos de investigación
México. - Los precios de la mayoría de productos primarios, pero sobre todo las materias primas industriales, entraron en caída libre a finales de septiembre y principios de octubre, entre la turbulencia de los mercados financieros causada por el panorama económico mundial y la crisis en la zona euro. Luego los precios se estabilizaron o en algunos casos se elevaron en los meses finales de 2011. En general han tenido un fuerte inicio de 2012, impulsado por informes que revelan tendencias más positivas en China y Estados Unidos, así como ciertos signos de que la crisis en la zona euro no llegará a incumplimientos extendidos en el pago de la deuda soberana.
En promedio, se espera que los precios sean más débiles en 2012, debido a un descenso en el crecimiento del consumo, y en algunos casos, a cierta mejora en la oferta. La fortaleza del dólar también sería negativa para estos precios. Sin embargo las laxas condiciones monetarias y una pérdida de confianza en la capacidad de pago de las soberanías endeudadas animan a los inversionistas a regresar a los activos reales, lo cual ofrece algún apoyo a sus precios. El consumo global de petróleo comenzará a repuntar en 2013, cuando se robustezca el crecimiento. En 2014 – 16 se espera que un crecimiento global más fuerte eleve en un 2 por ciento el consumo anual de petróleo.
La falta de tecnología
En este siglo XXI México tiene ante sí un reto muy importante como país emergente, y el desarrollo de la tecnología para reducir la dependencia tecnológica puede enfrentar a los países de primer nivel y reducir esta dependencia en el campo de la tecnología. Este tema no sólo es para crear conocimiento, sino que tiene que ver con la estructura del sistema productivo. A menudo escuchamos los discursos que celebran nuestra dependencia energética, y a continuación se vincula con los jilgueros nacionales que gritan que el petróleo no es negocio y buscan que se entregue al extranjero y así profundizar nuestra dependencia tecnológica. Al escuchar a nuestros gobernantes con discursos sobre “las reformas urgentes que el país necesita”, sin embargo nunca oímos que se refieran a los cambios que se requieren para abatir el atraso tecnológico, y esto sin duda es uno de los grandes retos para nuestro desarrollo.
Desde luego que la dependencia tecnológica se reduce impulsando la investigación y la innovación en las empresas, pero resulta que esta estrategia no ha tenido resultados positivos hasta ahora. El sector productivo ha experimentado un crecimiento sobre todo en el sector productivo, y la empresa privada ha invertido en la investigación y desarrollo experimental (GIDE), aún cuando lo han hecho no ha sido suficiente para reducir la dependencia. Las empresas al participar en la ejecución del Gide alcanzaron 40.7 por ciento, pero hoy importamos más tecnología que antes, como lo muestra la balanza de pagos en ésta área, la cuál experimentó en 2009 el mayor saldo negativo de los pasados 15 años.

En los pasados 20 años el estado se ha comportado de una manera simplista beneficiando a las empresas, pero de una forma egoísta ya que no comparten sus descubrimientos con el México progresista y tecnológico. La política de ciencia y tecnología del estado se ha dedicado a impulsar en las empresas extranjeras con dinero mexicano, la tecnología que necesitan estas empresas para desarrollarse. En el periodo que corresponde a las administraciones panistas de acuerdo al Centro de Estudios para las Finanzas Públicas de la Cámara de Diputados se entregaron 19 mil millones de pesos mediante estímulos fiscales a las trasnacionales a cambio de nada.
Tenemos una tasa de dependencia de tecnología más alta del mundo (23.21 en 2008), de acuerdo al Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (Concayt). Este indicador se puede contrastar con el de otras naciones del mundo como Brasil (1.60), Corea (0.34), y España (0.008). El desprecio del estado de ultraderecha a las instituciones de investigación del sector público que mantiene en el abandono. Consideremos al Instituto de Investigaciones Eléctricas (IIE), Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares (ININ), y al Instituto Mexicano del Petróleo (IMP), que apenas sobreviven. Es interesante el caso del IMP ya que al entrar el mandatario presidencial Felipe Calderón ya traía en su versión de reforma energética, y aplicaba el desmantelamiento del instituto, pero afortunadamente gracias a los debates en la UNAM, el Senado, y la opinión pública no ocurrió así.
La política del estado hacia la ciencia y tecnología
Para realizar una serie de estímulos a las empresas de ciencia, investigación y la innovación seria algo apropiado y con sentido pudiendo esto traer beneficios tangibles al país, para poder reducir la dependencia tecnológica. Entre otras muchas ideas para lograrlo sería condicionar los estímulos fiscales al logro de metas específicas, como la formación de recursos humanos, la vinculación de los proyectos con las instituciones de educación superior, y los centros de investigación públicos. Tal vez algunas personas opinarán que las propuestas son nacionalistas, pero debemos situarnos en el contexto del siglo XXI, y consideremos arcaico que despreciemos a investigadores que han emergido de estas instituciones de educación superior publicas y casi todos ellos se encuentran en instituciones de investigación en el extranjero porque en México se les desprecia por su origen.
En el mundo está claro que sólo hay un camino, ya que en este dilema la ciencia da lugar a la tecnología, debido a que los desarrollos tecnológicos pueden crear también campos nuevos de la investigación básica, como sucede en el área de las tecnologías de reproducción asistida. Toda investigación básica puede insertarse eventualmente en la producción, y México necesita investigación básica y también mucha tecnología. (La Jornada, ciencia, p. p. 6ª - 35, 21 de enero, 2011).

En general han tenido un fuerte inicio de 2012, impulsado por informes que revelan tendencias más positivas en China y Estados Unidos, así como ciertos signos de que la crisis en la zona euro no llegará a incumplimientos extendidos en el pago de la deuda soberana.
En promedio, se espera que los precios sean más débiles en 2012, debido a un descenso en el crecimiento del consumo, y en algunos casos, a cierta mejora en la oferta. La fortaleza del dólar también sería negativa para estos precios. Sin embargo las laxas condiciones monetarias y una pérdida de confianza en la capacidad de pago de las soberanías endeudadas animan a los inversionistas a regresar a los activos reales, lo cual ofrece algún apoyo a sus precios. El consumo global de petróleo comenzará a repuntar en 2013, cuando se robustezca el crecimiento. En 2014 – 16 se espera que un crecimiento global más fuerte eleve en un 2 por ciento el consumo anual de petróleo.
La falta de tecnología
En este siglo XXI México tiene ante sí un reto muy importante como país emergente, y el desarrollo de la tecnología para reducir la dependencia tecnológica puede enfrentar a los países de primer nivel y reducir esta dependencia en el campo de la tecnología. Este tema no sólo es para crear conocimiento, sino que tiene que ver con la estructura del sistema productivo. A menudo escuchamos los discursos que celebran nuestra dependencia energética, y a continuación se vincula con los jilgueros nacionales que gritan que el petróleo no es negocio y buscan que se entregue al extranjero y así profundizar nuestra dependencia tecnológica. Al escuchar a nuestros gobernantes con discursos sobre “las reformas urgentes que el país necesita”, sin embargo nunca oímos que se refieran a los cambios que se requieren para abatir el atraso tecnológico, y esto sin duda es uno de los grandes retos para nuestro desarrollo.
Desde luego que la dependencia tecnológica se reduce impulsando la investigación y la innovación en las empresas, pero resulta que esta estrategia no ha tenido resultados positivos hasta ahora. El sector productivo ha experimentado un crecimiento sobre todo en el sector productivo, y la empresa privada ha invertido en la investigación y desarrollo experimental (GIDE), aún cuando lo han hecho no ha sido suficiente para reducir la dependencia. Las empresas al participar en la ejecución del Gide alcanzaron 40.7 por ciento, pero hoy importamos más tecnología que antes, como lo muestra la balanza de pagos en ésta área, la cuál experimentó en 2009 el mayor saldo negativo de los pasados 15 años.
El desmantelamiento de los institutos de investigación públicos
En los pasados 20 años el estado se ha comportado de una manera simplista beneficiando a las empresas, pero de una forma egoísta ya que no comparten sus descubrimientos con el México progresista y tecnológico. La política de ciencia y tecnología del estado se ha dedicado a impulsar en las empresas extranjeras con dinero mexicano, la tecnología que necesitan estas empresas para desarrollarse. En el periodo que corresponde a las administraciones panistas de acuerdo al Centro de Estudios para las Finanzas Públicas de la Cámara de Diputados se entregaron 19 mil millones de pesos mediante estímulos fiscales a las trasnacionales a cambio de nada.
Tenemos una tasa de dependencia de tecnología más alta del mundo (23.21 en 2008), de acuerdo al Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (Concayt). Este indicador se puede contrastar con el de otras naciones del mundo como Brasil (1.60), Corea (0.34), y España (0.008). El desprecio del estado de ultraderecha a las instituciones de investigación del sector público que mantiene en el abandono. Consideremos al Instituto de Investigaciones Eléctricas (IIE), Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares (ININ), y al Instituto Mexicano del Petróleo (IMP), que apenas sobreviven. Es interesante el caso del IMP ya que al entrar el mandatario presidencial Felipe Calderón ya traía en su versión de reforma energética, y aplicaba el desmantelamiento del instituto, pero afortunadamente gracias a los debates en la UNAM, el Senado, y la opinión pública no ocurrió así.
La política del estado hacia la ciencia y tecnología
Para realizar una serie de estímulos a las empresas de ciencia, investigación y la innovación seria algo apropiado y con sentido pudiendo esto traer beneficios tangibles al país, para poder reducir la dependencia tecnológica. Entre otras muchas ideas para lograrlo sería condicionar los estímulos fiscales al logro de metas específicas, como la formación de recursos humanos, la vinculación de los proyectos con las instituciones de educación superior, y los centros de investigación públicos. Tal vez algunas personas opinarán que las propuestas son nacionalistas, pero debemos situarnos en el contexto del siglo XXI, y consideremos arcaico que despreciemos a investigadores que han emergido de estas instituciones de educación superior publicas y casi todos ellos se encuentran en instituciones de investigación en el extranjero porque en México se les desprecia por su origen.
En el mundo está claro que sólo hay un camino, ya que en este dilema la ciencia da lugar a la tecnología, debido a que los desarrollos tecnológicos pueden crear también campos nuevos de la investigación básica, como sucede en el área de las tecnologías de reproducción asistida. Toda investigación básica puede insertarse eventualmente en la producción, y México necesita investigación básica y también mucha tecnología. (La Jornada, ciencia, p. p. 6ª - 35, 21 de enero, 2011).

People's thousands showed in several Spanish cities to reject the “hunt of witches” opened up against the former judge of the National Audience who was disabled last Thursday (2/9/12) for the "prevarication" crime after their investigations of the corrupt plot among the right-wing Popular Party (PP) and a group of managers with practical Mafioso. The protest more multitudinous was in Madrid, where 3 thousand people they screamed in front of the Tribunal Supreme watchwords against the injustice that they described as "shame", and that it foments the “impunity of the corrupt ones and the murderers". Victims of the Fascist repression, relatives and citizens' thousands came out to the streets of several Spanish cities, -Madrid, Barcelona and Granada - to express its uneasiness for the official persecution against judge BG, and for the victory of the right-wing Popular Party (PP) in the elections of the past November 20, 2011.
The weft Gürtel involved now at the beginning of 2009 to high officials of the governing PP. The Spanish magistrate, separated of their functions from 2010, it is considered relating in the processes in those that diligences have opened up against the military responsible maxima of the dictatorships of Chile (1973 - 1990) and Argentina (1976 - 1983), in application of the universal jurisdiction. Judge BG has faced for two years three processes, one of them resolved last Thursday (2/9/12), with the one mentioned condemnation to 11 years of disqualification, in the case Gürtel (process in the one that the judge ordered recordings of the suspects' phone conversations in this plot with his lawyers), what supposes in the practice at the end of his judicial career.
This judge BG is native from Andalusia, and it is processed to investigate the crimes of the previous régime among which we can mention: summary executions, people's disappearances, disappearances of whole towns (Guernica), and the kidnapping and sale of recently born whose only crime was to be born in republican’s homes. He also sought to open the legal path so that the hundreds of people that claim the exhumation of the mortal remains of their dear beings, buried in common graves, be assisted. This investigation was also not well seen by the Supreme Tribunal that will make public its sentence in next days. There is a third process against BG, and it refers to supposed received payments of the Bank Santander to sponsor some courses that it imparted in the University of New York, in 2005 and 2006.
Closed graves and also hurt
The demonstrators in Madrid concentrated to the doors of the Supreme Tribunal to scream “Fascist justice", "shame ", and to place their posters with legends that summarized their restlessness before the courses of the judicial power in Spain from the arrival of the PP to the power. Among them they highlighted: "against the impunity with fascism’s victims"; “they, don't represent us", or to this, “they call him democracy and it isn’t that". Among the assistants there were some left politicians, as Gaspar Llamazares who reiterated that him ”neither it accepts neither it respects” the sentence: "the justice is low minimum as public service and as being able to democratic, because it has become a corporate justice, arrogance and of contempt to the citizenship."

The poet Marcos Ana that was prisoner 23 years in jails of Franco’s era, it explained: "We have come because we find a tremendous injustice what has happened to BG. It wants to put on a precedent so that nobody they leave the flowerpot, so that no judge dare to make that he made BG. Nobody can feel sure in their small freedom, while there are sentences like this”. "It is necessary to continue fighting so that the past is known and it is repaired the victims. As Alberti he said: "They hurt me, they hit me, and until they gave me death but they never force to give in me… we will continue fighting to straighten to this justice that has twisted". El proceso al juez fomenta “la impunidad de corruptos y asesinos”
México. - El caso contra el juez Baltasar Garzón (BG), quedó listo para la sentencia acusatoria por el delito de prevaricación. El periodo oscuro de la España franquista es precisamente lo que los españoles quieren descubrir y explicar a sus hijos y nietos el porque las sepulturas de un abuelo republicano yace su cadáver en una fosa común; explicaciones van y vienen sobre los niños que fueron arrebatados a sus padres por su ideología republicana. Este honesto juez conforme a derecho y a exigencias de las peticiones de los familiares de las victimas, exige castigar al responsable de estos hechos: por crímenes masivos de desaparición, forzada de personas, y detenciones ilegales.
En la historia española es el único juez que ha intentado poner luz al tratarse de un caso que profundiza en la herida todavía no restañada de la Guerra Civil española (1936 - 1939), originada por la represión criminal del fascista Francisco Franco (1939- 1975), enfrentarse a la pasividad oficial de la justicia española para esconder estos actos de “limpieza ideológica”, y por crímenes de lesa humanidad en contra del pueblo español. Han creado una cortina de humo para silenciarlo con el supuesto delito de “prevaricación” cometido por el juez BG, y argumentos de lodo como el asesinato de traidores a la patria que cometieron los republicanos en el paraje de Paracuellos del Jaramá, en noviembre de 1936, y a pesar de esto fueron indemnizadas como héroes de la dictadura fascista de Franco, debido a que obtuvo el apoyo en su tiempo de otro dictador alemán, Adolf Hitler, y todo el aparato militar que era muy revolucionario tecnológicamente para su época.

La protesta más multitudinaria fue en Madrid, donde unas 3 mil personas gritaron frente al Tribunal Supremo consignas contra la injusticia que calificaron de “vergüenza”, y que fomenta “la impunidad de los corruptos y los asesinos”. Victimas de la represión fascista, familiares y miles de ciudadanos salieron a las calles de varias ciudades españolas, -Madrid, Barcelona y Granada- para expresar su malestar por “la persecución” oficial en contra del juez BG, y por el triunfo del derechista Partido Popular (PP) en los comicios del pasado 20 de noviembre de 2011.
La trama Gürtel involucró a principios de 2009 a altos funcionarios del ahora gobernante PP. El magistrado español, apartado de sus funciones desde 2010, es considerado referente en los procesos en los que se han abierto diligencias contra los máximos responsables militares de las dictaduras de Chile (1973 – 1990) y Argentina (1976 – 1983), en aplicación de la jurisdicción universal. El juez BG se ha enfrentado desde hace dos años a tres procesos, uno de ellos resuelto el pasado jueves (9/2/12), con la citada condena a 11 años de inhabilitación, en el caso Gürtel (proceso en el que el juez ordenó grabaciones de conversaciones telefónicas de los sospechosos en esta trama con sus abogados), lo que supone en la práctica el final de su carrera judicial.
Este juez BG, es originario de Andalucía, y es procesado por investigar los crímenes del anterior régimen entre las cuales podemos mencionar: ejecuciones sumarias, desapariciones de personas, desapariciones de pueblos enteros (Guernica), y el secuestro y venta de recién nacidos cuyo único delito fue nacer en hogares republicanos. Además pretendía abrir la vía legal para que los centenares de personas que reclaman la exhumación de los restos mortales de sus seres queridos, enterrados en fosas comunes, sea atendida. Esta investigación también fue mal vista por el Tribunal Supremo, que hará pública su sentencia en los próximos días. Hay un tercer proceso contra BG, y se refiere a supuestos pagos recibidos del Banco Santander para patrocinar unos cursos que impartió en la Universidad de Nueva York, en 2005 y 2006.
Fosas cerradas y heridas también
Los manifestantes en Madrid se concentraron a las puertas del Tribunal Supremo para gritar “justicia fascista”, “vergüenza”, y colocar sus carteles con leyendas que resumían su inquietud ante los derroteros del poder judicial en España desde la llegada del PP al poder. Entre ellos destacaban: “contra la impunidad con las victimas del fascismo”; ellos, “No nos representan”, o a esto, “le llaman democracia y no lo es”. Entre los asistentes había algunos políticos de izquierda, como Gaspar Llamazares, quien reiteró que él “ni acata ni respeta” la sentencia: “la justicia está bajo mínimo como servicio público y como poder democrático, porque se ha convertido en una justicia corporativa, soberbia y de menosprecio a la ciudadanía”.
Otra persona Francisco Vigueras que explicó su posición sobre la sentencia, dijo que, “supone dar impunidad a los corruptos e impide investigar los miles de crímenes cometidos por el franquismo contra la humanidad y que no pueden prescribir. Por eso no nos van a callar, y presentaremos querellas en todos los países que haga falta hasta conseguir justicia, verdad y reparación para las víctimas”. El poeta Marcos Ana, que estuvo preso 23 años en cárceles franquistas, explicó: “He venido porque me parece una injusticia tremenda lo que le ha ocurrido a BG. Se quiere fijar un precedente para que nadie se salga del tiesto, para que ningún juez se atreva a hacer lo que hizo BG. Nadie puede sentirse seguro en su pequeña libertad, mientras haya sentencias como ésta”. “Hay que seguir luchando para que se conozca el pasado y se repare a las víctimas. Como decía Alberti: “Me hirieron, me golpearon, y hasta me dieron muerte pero jamás me doblegaron… Vamos a seguir peleando para enderezar a esta justicia que se ha torcido”. Se quiere fijar un precedente para que nadie se salga del tiesto, para que ningún juez se atreva a hacer lo que hizo BG. México. - The rich ones can only sleep in free America, and this is not symbolic; in fact it is the center of the political and social debate of The States. It is perceived that the American promise of having for all without caring if they are rich, poor or miserable; they could opt to the best opportunity that they had within their reach, and they could improve their conditions of life so that they went superior to those of the previous generation. Although the simplistic myth that anyone could end up being president, or millionaire if he behaved well, he worked a lot, and he studied a technique or university profession, and the other very repeated myth is that the American society was a society without social classes, already nobody believes it for the current economic situation that there is uncovered many social lies.
However it has not stopped to be a society with the richest economy in the world with a series of conquests achieved by social movements, for what many believed without discussing that The States offered elements of that myth, and during decades each generation enjoyed better conditions, until it finishes the American dream, for the real economic crisis that whips everybody. The results all we know them: dismantlement of the state of well-being, privatization of public functions, attack frontal to destroy social organizations, but mainly independent unions, intents to revert social conquests that we call labor rights, the natives' rights, of the women, of education, to the culture, unemployment’s insurance, of the health’s insurance and those entire human rights that are derived of the social well-being.

El sueño fue cancelado por políticas neoliberales
México. - Sólo los ricos pueden dormir en América libre, y esto no es simbólico; de hecho es el centro del debate político y social de Estados Unidos. Se percibe que la promesa americana de tener para todos sin importar si son ricos, pobres o miserables; ellos podían optar a la mejor oportunidad que tenían a su alcance, y podían mejorar sus condiciones de vida para que fueran superiores a las de la generación anterior. Aunque el mito simplista de que cualquiera podría llegar a ser presidente, o millonario si se portaba bien, trabajaba mucho, y estudiaba una técnica o profesión universitaria, y el otro mito muy repetido es que la sociedad americana era una sociedad sin clases sociales, ya nadie la cree por la situación económica actual, que ha develado muchas mentiras sociales.
Sin embargo no ha dejado de ser una sociedad con la economía más rica del mundo con una serie de conquistas logradas por movimientos sociales, por lo que muchos creían a pie juntillas que Estados Unidos ofrecía elementos de ese mito, y durante décadas cada generación gozó de mejores condiciones, hasta que se termino el sueño americano, por la crisis económica real que azota a todo el mundo. Este sueño fue eclipsado por las políticas neoliberales que eran aplicadas al “tercer mundo”, y que ahora se implementan al “primer mundo”. Los resultados todos los conocemos: desmantelamiento del estado de bienestar, privatización de funciones públicas, ataque frontal para destruir organizaciones sociales, pero sobre todo sindicatos independientes, intentos por revertir conquistas sociales que llamamos derechos laborales, derechos de los indígenas, de las mujeres, de educación, a la cultura, seguro de desempleo, de la salud y todo aquellos derechos humanos que se deriven del bienestar social.

También encontramos en América una mayor represión y este país ha enjaulado a más de dos millones de habitantes en sus prisiones, con una concentración extrema de su riqueza como pocas veces en la historia americana había sucedido. Sin embargo el mito ha sustituido a otros mitos, a otros sueños, a otras pesadillas. Entre las cuáles podemos hablar de la pobreza de cada dos estadounidense, y los podemos situar al borde de un precipicio en cuyo fondo se encuentra la miseria. Dos tercios del caudal neto de los latinos (en Estados Unidos todo los habitantes que se encuentran al sur de la frontera hasta la Patagonia son mexicanos), y la mitad de los afro-estadounidenses se esfumó al perder su posesión más valiosa: sus casas, en la crisis hipotecaria; la desigualdad económica ha llegado a extremos sin precedente desde la gran depresión.
El ingreso promedio de los trabajadores se ha estancado durante más de tres décadas; uno de cada siete hogares estadounidenses padece o enfrenta la amenaza del hambre. Se ha detectado recientemente que la educación un rubro muy valioso dentro de la sociedad se ha vuelto tan cara que ahora es un sueño más para el ciudadano. Dentro del sueño americano la educación es considerada factor clave en promover la igualdad de oportunidades en una sociedad, en particular en Estados Unidos. Esto se puede comprobar ya que las investigaciones descubrieron que la brecha educativa entre estudiantes de familias ricas y pobres se ha ampliado de manera significativa.

Diversos estudios han puesto en la mesa de discusión que los estudiantes prósperos y los de bajos ingresos se amplió 40 por ciento desde los años sesenta hasta ahora, y en otra, la distancia entre pobre y ricos que completan sus estudios se amplió 50 por ciento desde finales de los ochenta. Por lo que se concluye que el ingreso familiar es determinante para lograr el “buen éxito” de un joven en el ámbito de la educación. Otra cuestión que llama la atención es que en Estados Unidos se encuentra gente con menos “movilidad social” que en otros países avanzados, en otras palabras, se hereda la posición socioeconómica de sus ciudadanos. Lo que confirma que los mitos se destruyen con la realidad.
Las cosas van de mal en peor; los salarios se han desplomado 23 por ciento desde 1973, y mientras 65 por ciento de ellos en 1980 tenían seguro de salud como prestación social de su empleo, en 2009 sólo 29 por ciento gozaban de este beneficio social. Minervino Morán Hernández (MMH), vocero de la Ceteg, advirtió que la postura del gobernador del estado el perredista Ángel Aguirre Rivero (AAR), quien se ha manifestado a favor de la aplicación de ambos exámenes, podría orientar el sufragio del magisterio en las elecciones del 1 de julio.
“Sin duda esa decisión del Ejecutivo estatal puede influir de manera negativa en el voto de parte del magisterio a favor de las fuerzas progresistas; al menos si el gobernador insiste en apoyar a Felipe Calderón. Entonces la Ceteg revisará su postura respecto al proceso electoral”. Antes del mediodía, alumnos y docentes de la Escuela Normal Superior, de la Benemérita Escuela Nacional de Maestros, de la Nacional para Maestras de Jardín de Niños, y otras escuelas demandaron ser atendidos por María Luisa Gordillo Díaz, titular de dicha instancia.
Luego de permanecer casi cinco horas a la espera de una respuesta, lograron que la funcionaria los reciba el lunes (4/6/12) a las 16 horas para tratar los pliegos petitorios de las cinco escuelas, debido al rechazo a la evaluación intermedia que aplicará el Ceneval, la Escuela Normal Superior determinó “boicotear” dicho examen, por lo que desde temprano se espera la llegada de alumnos para cerrar las instalaciones. En las demás escuelas no se prevén situaciones similares, pues los alumnos desecharon emprender esa acción. Entre las peticiones de los alumnos; está el cese del “acoso” y las “represalias” hacia alumnos que participan en el movimiento, y remarcó: “luchamos por el otorgamiento de las plazas automáticas para los egresados y queremos echar abajo los exámenes estandarizados impuestos desde la OCDE, porque son mecanismos que no evalúan capacidades”, ni competencias.

México. - La pregunta que nos hacemos siempre es que pasará con el presidente que ocupará la silla presidencial al cierre de las casillas electorales y sin saber que resultados definitivos tendremos, el candidato del PRI-PVE Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN), anunció que integrará un equipo de trabajo, compuesto por “profesionales y expertos en el ámbito de las políticas públicas”, para redactar las iniciativas de reformas que el político planea enviar al Congreso de la Unión en materia hacendaria, laboral, energética y seguridad social. Las declaraciones del candidato “compromiso por México”, en conjunto con la premura de las autoridades electorales, de los medios de comunicación y del propio ejecutivo del gobierno federal, Felipe Calderón, por declararlo vencedor de los comicios del pasado domingo, abonan a la percepción de que se busca crear un ambiente propicio para su declaratoria como presidente electo.
En esta circunstancia por más que el proceso electoral diste mucho de haber concluido. Cómo recordó el dos veces candidato presidencial Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), el ex candidato de las izquierdas dicho proceso tiene que recorrer aún un largo camino institucional y legal, que pasa por la realización, de los llamados cómputos distritales y concluye con la calificación de la elección por el tribunal electoral y con la emisión del fallo correspondiente. En la revisión del proceso electoral tendrán que investigarse el cúmulo de denuncias por prácticas ilegales y antidemocráticas que han salido a la luz pública en días y horas recientes. Las sospechas o certezas sobre prácticas fraudulentas antes y durante los comisión de este primero de julio motivaron ayer mismo una masiva marcha del movimiento #yosoy132 en repudio a la “suciedad electoral”, así como el anuncio, formulado por el propio candidato AMLO, de que el Movimiento Progresista impugnará la elección y agotará todos los cauces legales para transparentarla.
La democracia mexicana
Es así como un cínico pretende calificar en México a la democracia, y como sabemos, un poder legítimo no se logra sólo con un margen de votos (0.56%) relativamente holgado y sin preguntas, y con actos del gobierno de Calderón que intentó en la guerra del narco que nadie lo cuestionara como jefe máximo del gobierno autoritario; sino también por el uso de la violencia indiscriminada como “derecho legítimo de la fuerza del Estado”, palabras del candidato EPN. En esta línea de violencia y muerte, nos esperan seis años más de desgracias y baño de sangre.
Se avizora en cierto sentido que México se hace bipartidista y se polariza en dos fuerzas políticas, como un sistema político estadounidense: ha nacido en el PRI una derecha que tiene vínculos con el PAN y con las izquierdas aglutinadas en el Movimiento Progresista. El movimiento social de los jóvenes 132 se han constituido en un fuerte movimiento que irá tras de EPN, en forma similar a los cientos de personas que siguieron a Calderón calificándolo de espurio y fascista. Este movimiento juvenil tendrá un impacto determinante en la formación política ciudadana, despertando muchas conciencias y volviendo críticos del sistema político y económico a muchos ciudadanos. Por lo que esperamos del movimiento social 132 una profunda organización, que definan su trabajo estratégico para evitar ser infiltrados y cooptados.
Resultados de la decisión mexicana
Haremos un pronóstico de lo que nos espera a los ciudadanos considerando las distancias en la historia de México, ya que tenemos un regreso del PRI a Los Pinos lo que tendremos a continuación es la revelación de violaciones y atropellos humanos. Se considera que están en riesgo los organismos civiles, frentes de activistas sociales, y organizaciones no gubernamentales de derechos humanos en gran peligro. Aunque la impunidad seguirá por sus fueros siendo la línea del sistema político mexicano. El PRI ahora estará sediento de poder, buscando desplazar y aniquilar grupos independientes que se sostuvieron y se crearon pese al partido ultraconservador (PAN). El hijo pródigo que regresa ansia tener el control de un sistema político plagado de corrupción, con las mismas estructuras autoritarias, las mismas instituciones creadas por el antiguo sistema político dinosauro que se ha mantenido intocable en estos doce años desastrosos de régimen del PAN.
Creemos que el partido ultraconservador se desaparecerá del escenario político. En el DF nunca ha sido fuerza política, en entidades importante como Jalisco, Morelos y Tabasco se convertirá en un partido testimonial, sin credibilidad y sin autoridad moral. Nunca será más oposición crítica porque de ahí se encuentra la sobrevivencia, y estará aliado al PRI-gobierno como un hongo a la piedra. El candidato del PRI llega al gobierno con muchos compromisos inconfesables, y deberá pagar favores a grupos políticos, empresarios, y poder fáctico que lo han impulsado, y desde luego a ellos no les firmó ningún papel en algún teatro de la ciudad pero esos compromisos los cumplirá a rajatabla. Por lo que esperamos que siga con la línea neoliberal del gobierno anterior basado en criterios inhumanos que impongan monopolios, y siga con el juego sucio el duopolio televisivo.

Sin embargo su autoridad moral y su opinión pública seguirá siendo un referente que no se puede negar para muchos mexicanos y su trabajo de seis años a lo largo y ancho del país le han permitido resistir ataques irracionales, perversos y bastardos. Los aportes a la pelea democrática y ciudadana le han dado un lugar en la historia moderna de México. Podemos observar a las izquierdas alrededor del Movimiento Progresista, con un pacto entre Miguel Ángel Mancera, Marcelo Ebrard, y AMLO que no se quebrará; se percibe ahora a Marcelo Ebrard vigoroso para impulsarlo y salvar al país de la debacle que sobrellevaremos los ciudadanos de este gran país. That some sector of the citizenship has seen Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN) as a television soap opera’s gallant, and of a tri-colored prince that marries a “humble” actress whose children of they reveal then against the "prole" (proletariat) where they proceed, it is very serious, scornful and sad.
