México. – El canciller Luis Videgaray (LV) personalmente hizo modificaciones al discurso de Donald Trump anunciando su orden ejecutiva sobre el muro fronterizo que separa a México de Estados Unidos, junto con el asesor y yerno de Trump, Jared Kushner (JK). A quien se señala JK, como la persona que está manejando la relación bilateral, según CBS News. La anécdota comienza cuando LV (canciller) llega el 25 de enero a la Casa Blanca en el momento que el presidente tiene listo el texto del discurso que Kushner le mostró con respecto a la orden ejecutiva sobre el muro en el Departamento de Seguridad Interior. La impresión que le causa este texto a Videgaray “es de horror”, según funcionarios mexicanos”, refiere CBS. En esta circunstancia Videgaray aduce que el discurso de Trump haría más daño a la deteriorada relación y afectaría la tasa de aprobación de Enrique Peña Nieto, y sugirió que tanto Kushner como su persona corrigieran el discurso para limitar los daños. Se enfocaron en la relación positiva de la relación bilateral y tanto Kushner como Videgaray se dirigieron a la Oficina Oval para poder comentar los cambios hechos al presidente. Sin embargo el presidente mostró su enojo levantando los brazos y preguntó porque tendría que dar a conocer la nueva versión del texto. Pero finalmente Kushner lo convenció y el discurso fue “mucho más mesurado” que el original, enfocando su retórica sobre la construcción de la obra. Este documento ordena la planificación y construcción del muro, y declara su intención de contratar otros 5 mil agentes de la patrulla fronteriza, y manifiesta los nuevos centros de detención en la frontera mexicana. Además se tienen medidas novedosas para frenar el flujo de inmigrantes de México y Centroamérica, todas estas medidas se acompañan con procesos expeditos para la detención y deportación de inmigrantes indocumentados. Videgaray dedicó nueve horas a reuniones en la Casa Blanca, acompañado de “funcionarios mexicanos” y estadounidenses. Kushner declara que ahora se está: “manejando todo entre ambos países y personalmente intenta   que la relación no se desintegre aún más”. CBS News refiere que en la reunión del miércoles entre Videgaray y el secretario de Estado, Rex Tillerson, Kushner estaba presente. A pesar de la noticia mostrada por CBS News, un vocero de la Casa Banca rechazó la versión de los funcionarios mexicanos, al señalar a CBS: “No es un relato preciso de la reunión y no se rescribieron partes del discurso”. La fuente noticiosa informa que el gobierno mexicano está buscando cambiar el enfoque del dialogo sobre el muro al tema de comercio, y ambos gobiernos enfocan su discurso sobre la renegociación del TLCAN.  Noticia Falsa El secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Luis Videgaray, desmiente que ayer que haya corregido el discurso del presidente Donald Trump, en el que anunció la construcción del muro, separando físicamente a México y Estados Unidos. La cadena CBS anuncia que el funcionario mexicano junto con Kushner modificaron el discurso parta hacerlo “menos dañino”. En un tuit el canciller mexicano escribió: “nunca pensé que llegaría el día en que yo usaría esta frase, pero hoy aplica: la noticia falsa (fake news). La Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores también desmintió la versión de CBS. “Es falso que el secretario Videgaray escriba o haga cambios a los discursos del presidente Trump”, subrayó. Por otra parte el gobierno de Estados Unidos debe comprometerse a detener el tráfico de armas y dinero de Estados Unidos a México, ya que ello fortalece a los cárteles de la droga, de acuerdo al discurso de Videgaray. En una entrevista que dio a la cadena televisiva MSNBC, el funcionario señaló que “siempre se ha pensado que el tráfico ilegal en la frontera de sur a norte. Pero la gente olvida que muchas armas y no estamos hablando de armas de bajo calibre, sino de alto (calibre), que llegan a los cárteles y literalmente forman pequeñas milicias, vienen de Estados unidos”.  Agregó que el crimen organizado obtiene el dinero de Estados Unidos, no a través de transferencias, sino moviéndolo de un país a otro. Ese dinero les da mucho poder, finalizó. Videgaray renunció a su cargo de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP), tras la visita de Donald Trump a Los Pinos y el escándalo que generó este evento. Y replica que era mejor dejar el trabajo a alguien más, que pudiera realizarlo mejor que él en el contexto que imperaba. Por otra parte el gobierno de EPN, en lugar de denunciar internacionalmente al gobierno de Donald Trump por sus ataques racistas y fascistas contra mexicanos y extranjeros. El presidente mexicano prefiere trabajar con el dictador del imperio del norte para agredir y acosar a la hermana república de Venezuela. De acuerdo a nuestros principios de solidaridad americana y soberanía nacional esto es una traición entre países latinoamericanos. El canciller Videgaray se vuelve en un vil lacayo de Washington y en el principal vocero e impulsor de la iniciativa del secretario general de la OEA, Luis Almagro, que propone expulsar a Venezuela de la OEA, por su rompimiento con la carta democrática de la Organización Americana. Traición americana En este contexto de traiciones, en la Asamblea General de la OEA se pueden comparar ambos regímenes de democracia, tanto México como Venezuela, se debe expulsar también a México en el evento de acciones en contra del ciudadano.  México es una dictadura del PRI-PAN, se considera menos democrático que Venezuela y no se respetan los derechos humanos de sus habitantes. En México hay masacres sangrientas cada seis meses como: los casos de Tlatlaya, Tanhuato, Apatzingán, Nochixtlán, Tepic, y Ostula, además se desaparecen masivamente a estudiantes como los de Ayotzinapa. Los anteriores eventos mencionados no se replican en Venezuela. En México los principales medios de comunicación están sujetos a un régimen mediático de control igual que en el 68 sucedieron con el régimen de Gustavo Díaz Ordaz. Sin embargo en Venezuela, estos mismos medios privados de comunicación agreden a diario al gobierno día y noche de manera agresiva y frontal a este gobierno elegido democráticamente por el pueblo. En Venezuela existe una clara separación de poderes del gobierno. En México se tiene una sistemática criminalización de los grupos de activistas sociales, lo cual ha incrementado metódicamente los miles de presos políticos, más que otro país en América. Durante este gobierno de derecha política, se observan a numerosos defensores de la tierra en Puebla, activistas sociales en pro del medio ambiente, los 25 jóvenes del frente Popular Revolucionario, los 11 estudiantes  presos el 20 de noviembre de 2014 en el zócalo de la Capital mexicana, Librado Baños, Leonel Manzano, Gonzalo Molina, Arturo Campos, Adán Mejía, César Mendoza,  Damián Gallardo, Néstora Salgado, José Manuel Mireles, y mucho más defensores de la vida y de la tierra, y estos son sólo algunos casos durante el actual gobierno federal sexenal. Además en México los organismos “autónomos”, como el INE, la CNDH y el Inai, son abiertamente cómplices con este régimen autoritario y fascista. El Pacto por México, acabó con cualquier debate parlamentario junto con la Suprema Corte de Justicia que aceptaron leyes despóticas y abiertamente agresivas y lesivas en contra del ciudadano: la ley Atenco del Estado de México claramente fascista y criminal.
