Marchando de casa en casa en el barrio pobre de East New York, en Brooklyn, con mantas que demandaban “juicio hipotecario a las empresas, no a la gente”, más de 500 manifestantes se detuvieron frente a propiedades que han sido embargadas por los bancos mediante ejecución bancaria. En una, donde las autoridades habían clausurado la vivienda con cinta amarilla, los manifestantes la cambiaron por otra cinta que indicaba “ocupada”. Bush por haber emprendido la agresión contra Irak, misma que causó un exorbitante déficit presupuestario, uno de los principales problemas económicos de la actual administración. Documentos falsos de Moreira
México. - A escasos 272 días de haber asumido el cargo de presidente nacional del PRI, Humberto Moreira Valdez (HMV) anunció su dimisión el viernes, 2 de diciembre, con el telón de fondo de los señalamientos públicos por irregularidades y manejos dudosos de los recursos durante su paso por el gobierno de Coahuila, por el crecimiento exorbitante de la deuda pública de la entidad y por la presunta falsificación de documentos oficiales.
El profesor Moreira (HMV) renunció a la presidencia del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional (CEN) del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) para impedir, argumentó que la “la guerra mediática” en su contra dañe la imagen al tricolor y al precandidato a la presidencia de la República, Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN). Ex presidente HMV presentó su renuncia durante la reunión durante la sesión extraordinaria del Consejo Político Nacional del PRI. De inmediato se nombró dirigente interino a Cristina Díaz-quien se desempeñaba como secretaria general- mientras se elige al nuevo dirigente sustituto, que todo indica que será el senador Pedro Joaquín Coldwell.
El precedente ineludible de esta dimisión es lo dicho por el precandidato, Enrique Peña Nieto, quien la víspera sostuvo que “el priísmo está a la espera y atento a las definiciones personales que él asuma”, y advirtió que los señalamientos en contra del ex mandatario de Coahuila “le han generado desgaste como presidente nacional del partido”. Así, la renuncia de Moreira no puede interpretarse sino como una operación de control de daños: de hecho, los cuestionamientos a la probidad del hasta ayer dirigente del partido han empezado a afectar la imagen del ex gobernador del estado de México y es previsible una intensificación de ese daño, sobre todo si el golpeteo contra el primero llega a traspasar la línea entre lo político y lo legal.
Con motivo del escándalo por la contratación irregular de deuda pública millonaria en Coahuila en la que anteriormente era gobernador de la entidad norteña de México. Ya con el rostro desencajado Moreira (HMV) anuncia su renuncia: “la presento porque lo más importante que tenemos los priistas es nuestra institución y nuestro instituto político, porque no voy a permitir que por una guerra mediática se esté tratando de dañar a mi partido, que tantas oportunidades me ha dado”.
Por otra parte más allá de lo que Moreira haga o deje de hacer para defender su posición, la conducta del priísmo en las horas posteriores a su renuncia da cabal cuenta de un ambiente enrarecido y de virtudes reacomodos políticos dentro del tricolor. A raíz de la dimisión de Moreira, e incluso antes de que éste se hiciera oficial, se realizaron pronunciamientos a favor de los senadores priistas Manlio Fabio Beltrones (MFB) y Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, como candidatos para relevar al ex mandatario coahuilense.
El ahora ex dirigente del PRI reivindicó que se va pese a los triunfos electorales que le ha dado al tricolor, “desde hace años que no existía en el partido un comité que ganara todas y hoy ganamos todas las elecciones”, mencionó en su salida HMV. No aludió de manera directa al escándalo por la deuda de 34 mil millones de pesos en el estado de Coahuila, sólo dijo que esa entidad tenía graves problemas de desempleo, marginación social y pobreza, y logró “que fuera el primer lugar nacional con mayor disminución de pobreza”.
Asimismo durante varias horas cundió la percepción pública de que la cúpula priísta buscaba hacer un nombramiento fast track del nuevo dirigente, como ocurrió a finales de 2005, cuando Cesar Augusto Santiago sustituyó por unos minutos a Roberto Madrazo sólo para que se nombrara, en ese mismo día, a Mariano Palacios Alcocer como nuevo líder del PRI. Aunque la presidencia fue asumida por Cristina Díaz, la ex secretaria General, y que el nombramiento del nuevo dirigente tendría lugar el 8 de diciembre. Sin embargo en los corrillos del PRI cobró fuerza la versión de que PJC sería el elegido nuevo presidente. Con independencia de que se confirme o no esta situación es indicativa de pugnas por el control de la estructura política del partido.
En fechas recientes se han expresado con la renuncia del propio MFB a continuar por la candidatura presidencial del tricolor por inconformidades de su parte ante la convocatoria redactada por JPC, a la sazón redactada en su calidad de presidente de la Comisión de Procesos Internos, así como con sus cuestionamientos a la política de coaliciones establecida por HMV con los Partidos Verde Ecologista y Nueva Alianza. Además se sospecha que la determinación de no dar la dirigencia nacional del PRI a MFB está relacionada con la antipatía personal que existe entre la dirigente vitalicia del magisterio, Elba Esther Gordillo (EEG), y el líder de la bancada priísta en el Senado, y con la creciente capacidad del veto que la EEG ha adquirido a raíz de su acercamiento político con EPN y pese a no pertenecer formalmente a la estructura de ese partido.
Seguramente el eventual nombramiento de JPC puede ser interpretado como gesto de distensión hacia el Senado y el legislador de Sinaloa, pero puede ser interpretado como: un realineamiento dentro del partido entre los intereses de de su único precandidato y las fuerzas dirigidas por la profesora EEG que hace seis años salieron defenestradas del PRI; una victoria parcial de éstas en la confrontación política con la corriente que representa MFB, y un pago a los buenos oficios prestados por el ex gobernador de Quintana Roo a operadores políticos de EPN que, como ocurre con el ex gobernador de Hidalgo, Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong, tienen gran influencia en la estrategia política y electoral del partido. México. - A escasos 272 días de haber asumido el cargo de presidente nacional del PRI, Humberto Moreira Valdez (HMV) anunció su dimisión el viernes, 2 de diciembre, con el telón de fondo de los señalamientos públicos por irregularidades y manejos dudosos de los recursos durante su paso por el gobierno de Coahuila, por el crecimiento exorbitante de la deuda pública de la entidad y por la presunta falsificación de documentos oficiales.
El profesor Moreira (HMV) renunció a la presidencia del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional (CEN) del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) para impedir, argumentó que la “la guerra mediática” en su contra dañe la imagen al tricolor y al precandidato a la presidencia de la República, Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN). Ex presidente HMV presentó su renuncia durante la reunión durante la sesión extraordinaria del Consejo Político Nacional del PRI. De inmediato se nombró dirigente interino a Cristina Díaz-quien se desempeñaba como secretaria general- mientras se elige al nuevo dirigente sustituto, que todo indica que será el senador Pedro Joaquín Coldwell.
El precedente ineludible de esta dimisión es lo dicho por el precandidato, Enrique Peña Nieto, quien la víspera sostuvo que “el priísmo está a la espera y atento a las definiciones personales que él asuma”, y advirtió que los señalamientos en contra del ex mandatario de Coahuila “le han generado desgaste como presidente nacional del partido”. Así, la renuncia de Moreira no puede interpretarse sino como una operación de control de daños: de hecho, los cuestionamientos a la probidad del hasta ayer dirigente del partido han empezado a afectar la imagen del ex gobernador del estado de México y es previsible una intensificación de ese daño, sobre todo si el golpeteo contra el primero llega a traspasar la línea entre lo político y lo legal.
Con motivo del escándalo por la contratación irregular de deuda pública millonaria en Coahuila en la que anteriormente era gobernador de la entidad norteña de México. Ya con el rostro desencajado Moreira (HMV) anuncia su renuncia: “la presento porque lo más importante que tenemos los priistas es nuestra institución y nuestro instituto político, porque no voy a permitir que por una guerra mediática se esté tratando de dañar a mi partido, que tantas oportunidades me ha dado”.
Por otra parte más allá de lo que Moreira haga o deje de hacer para defender su posición, la conducta del priísmo en las horas posteriores a su renuncia da cabal cuenta de un ambiente enrarecido y de virtudes reacomodos políticos dentro del tricolor. A raíz de la dimisión de Moreira, e incluso antes de que éste se hiciera oficial, se realizaron pronunciamientos a favor de los senadores priistas Manlio Fabio Beltrones (MFB) y Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, como candidatos para relevar al ex mandatario coahuilense.
El ahora ex dirigente del PRI reivindicó que se va pese a los triunfos electorales que le ha dado al tricolor, “desde hace años que no existía en el partido un comité que ganara todas y hoy ganamos todas las elecciones”, mencionó en su salida HMV. No aludió de manera directa al escándalo por la deuda de 34 mil millones de pesos en el estado de Coahuila, sólo dijo que esa entidad tenía graves problemas de desempleo, marginación social y pobreza, y logró “que fuera el primer lugar nacional con mayor disminución de pobreza”.
Asimismo durante varias horas cundió la percepción pública de que la cúpula priísta buscaba hacer un nombramiento fast track del nuevo dirigente, como ocurrió a finales de 2005, cuando Cesar Augusto Santiago sustituyó por unos minutos a Roberto Madrazo sólo para que se nombrara, en ese mismo día, a Mariano Palacios Alcocer como nuevo líder del PRI. Aunque la presidencia fue asumida por Cristina Díaz, la ex secretaria General, y que el nombramiento del nuevo dirigente tendría lugar el 8 de diciembre. Sin embargo en los corrillos del PRI cobró fuerza la versión de que PJC sería el elegido nuevo presidente. Con independencia de que se confirme o no esta situación es indicativa de pugnas por el control de la estructura política del partido.
En fechas recientes se han expresado con la renuncia del propio MFB a continuar por la candidatura presidencial del tricolor por inconformidades de su parte ante la convocatoria redactada por JPC, a la sazón redactada en su calidad de presidente de la Comisión de Procesos Internos, así como con sus cuestionamientos a la política de coaliciones establecida por HMV con los Partidos Verde Ecologista y Nueva Alianza. México. - En una accidentada sesión, la Cámara de Diputados avaló ayer, por mayoría y con el respaldo de las bancadas del PRI y PAN, una reforma constitucional que permite la realización de actos de culto en espacios públicos sin dar avisos a la autoridad correspondiente, lo que incluye la difusión de ceremonias religiosas en medios masivos de comunicación e incluso abre la posibilidad de que las organizaciones clericales sean concesionarias de radio y televisión.
La reforma se sustenta en aseveraciones tan falaces como que no permitirá la realización pública de ceremonias religiosas es un atentado “a la libertad de creencia” e implica que el Estado mexicano “sea anticlerical por definición”. El señalamiento es improcedente porque en ningún punto de la legislación en vigor se estable que las autoridades tengan capacidad de proscribir o perseguir a ningún credo: por el contrario, el artículo 24 de la constitución ordena: “El congreso no puede dictar leyes que establezcan o prohíban religión alguna”, en tanto el 130, si bien consagra el principio institucional de la separación entre Iglesias y el Estado, ordena al segundo no intervenir en la vida interna de las iglesias.
La mala leche de Chuayffet
El presidente de la cámara de Diputados, Emilio Chuayffet Chemor, (ECC), dijo ante diputados del PRD y PT que la reforma 24 constitucional no implica el fin de Estado laico. “Esa es sólo la mala fe de los periodistas de La Jornada. No quiero decirles quiénes son, pero ustedes los conocen”, afirmó sobre la reunión ordinaria de ayer. (15/dic/11). Agrega que “las minutas deberán ser aprobadas por mayoría absoluta: de lo contrario, se tendrán por desechadas”. Chuayffet atribuyó la denuncia que hicieron diputados del PT sobre el intento de albazo a que los reporteros no leen. “Hay una gente ahí de un periódico no voy a decir cuál, que no lee. Y si lee lo hace siempre tratando de encontrar errores. “leyeron la ley de seguridad Nacional en la lista de las que pueden declararse precluidas porque ya se venció el tiempo para dictaminar. Eso es una cosa, quiere decir que ya se venció el tiempo para discutirla y de ahí pensaron: ‘ah entonces la van a discutir’. ¡Qué barbaridad! Hay que saber leer, hay que entenderle a lo que dicen los documentos de la Cámara para que no pueda uno escribir barbaridades y desorientar a la opinión pública”.
Fin al estado laico
En todo caso, la mano negra de la jerarquía católica del país y de una escasa sospecha de ocultamiento electorero del PRI y PAN es lo que parece estar detrás de la aprobación legislativa del jueves, (15 de diciembre, 2011); es una grave falta de discernimiento de los legisladores que avalaron la citada enmienda, al sostener que, en aras de la libertad de culto, el espacio público no debe ser regulado en su laicidad, en tanto escenario de la interacción social cotidiana, está sometida por definición a la regulación del Estado; éste a su vez, debe fijar las condiciones de su uso colectivo e individual del espacio público, a efecto de garantizar su accesibilidad a todos los ciudadanos, y ello incluye, desde luego mantenerlo al margen de cualquier sesgo confesional.
No existe, pues afán “anticlerical” alguno en la reivindicación de que las instituciones estatales acoten la realización de los actos religiosos a los templos, sino el reconocimiento de la necesidad de preservar un ámbito neutral para todas las personas independientemente de su credo. Por otra parte, resulta preocupante que los promotores de la mencionada reforma equiparen las limitaciones a la difusión de actividades religiosas en medios masivos con una “censura previa”, y que se pretenda, con base en ello, dar concesiones de radio y televisión a las organizaciones religiosas.
La argumentación contrasta con el trato discriminatorio que la propia autoridad ha dado en ese ámbito a entidades federativas, municipios, universidades, comunidades, gremios y otras formas de organización social, algunas de las cuales tienen mayor trascendencia legal y social que cualquier instancia religiosa, incluida la Iglesia católica, y que tendrían que verse beneficiadas, antes que éstas, de una eventual liberalización de las concesiones de medios electrónicos. En cambio, un efecto posible de la reforma avalada ayer es la colocación de frecuencias televisivas y radiofónicas en manos de las instituciones religiosas que cuentan con más recursos económicos, y ello podría agravar el desequilibrio que persiste en favor de esas organizaciones.
Es cuestionable la aseveración de que con estas modificaciones se reconoce: “el derecho implícito en la tutela de los padres sobre los hijos para enseñarles la religión que profesan”, esto que dijeron los legisladores enseñan su escasa imaginación y abusan de la inteligencia de la nación a la que representan. Lo que sienta un precedente nefasto y un riesgo considerable para la vigencia de otros preceptos, como el carácter laico de la educación pública asentado en el artículo tercero de la Carta Magna.
En suma, la aprobación de la reforma referida no derivará en una sociedad más libre, como afirman sus impulsores: por el contrario, y dada la correlación de fuerzas existentes entre autoridades policiacas y los poderes fácticos y desde luego incluida la Iglesia; de esto cabe suponer que se traduciría, si hallara convalidación en el Senado, en una sociedad más intolerante, en un poder político más atado de manos ante el clero católico en una multiplicación de la capacidad de chantaje de las jerarquías eclesiásticas y en un debilitamiento del carácter laico. En cambio, un efecto posible de la reforma avalada ayer es la colocación de frecuencias televisivas y radiofónicas en manos de las instituciones religiosas que cuentan con más recursos económicos, y ello podría agravar el desequilibrio que persiste en favor de esas organizaciones.
Es cuestionable la aseveración de que con estas modificaciones se reconoce: “el derecho implícito en la tutela de los padres sobre los hijos para enseñarles la religión que profesan”, esto que dijeron los legisladores enseñan su escasa imaginación y abusan de la inteligencia de la nación a la que representan. Lo que sienta un precedente nefasto y un riesgo considerable para la vigencia de otros preceptos, como el carácter laico de la educación pública asentado en el artículo tercero de la Carta Magna.
En suma, la aprobación de la reforma referida no derivará en una sociedad más libre, como afirman sus impulsores: por el contrario, y dada la correlación de fuerzas existentes entre autoridades policiacas y los poderes fácticos y desde luego incluida la Iglesia; de esto cabe suponer que se traduciría, si hallara convalidación en el Senado, en una sociedad más intolerante, en un poder político más atado de manos ante el clero católico en una multiplicación de la capacidad de chantaje de las jerarquías eclesiásticas y en un debilitamiento del carácter laico. México.- Algunos ciudadanos en México se han escandalizado con las declaraciones de algunos funcionarios estadounidenses cuando han dicho que la llamada “guerra contra el crimen” es una guerra civil disfrazada, y que una de las facetas que presenta es la llamada “lucha de clases” en nuestro país. No se pretende ser en rigor intelectual, sin embargo en toda guerra civil en cualquier parte del mundo está presente una dosis de lucha de clases, y lo contrario; que en toda guerra civil se confrontan intereses de diferentes grupos sociales y sectores fácticos que tienen el poder.
Por otra parte en la lucha de clases no necesariamente la confrontación es armada sino que alude también a la batalla entre ideas y teorías contrapuestas. Naturalmente, en la sociedad burguesa se rechaza con horror que vivamos tales confrontaciones, que estamos divididos a tales extremos y que sea nuestro modus vivendi. Esta lucha de clases es evidente y no necesita ninguna demostración. Se puede ver en la confrontación armada entre militares y jefes de pandillas en el mundo de los carteles, el despojo salvaje que significa una distribución del ingreso cuyo 80% favorece al 10% de la población. Estas cifras no son el juego de cálculos matemáticos, sino que, definen formas de vida y posiciones sociales que significan en primer lugar explotación, desigualdad social-económica y realidad.
Estas distracciones que acaparan periódicos en ocho columnas el número diario de secuestrados y asesinados, y se pasa ‘sotto vocce’ la real estructura social y económica del pueblo en que se cometen tales crímenes, y su verdadera raíz: las tremendas desigualdades en el ingreso que significa el impresionante número de delitos que vivimos a diario. Estas desigualdades económicas se reflejan en la explotación de unas clases y sectores sociales por otros. En esta estrategia para combatir al crimen organizado es increíble que se pase por alto el fondo del problema, se encuentra en las desigualdades sociales y en los desequilibrios entre clases y grupos. Es extraordinario que el problema sea de salud pública, de lucha de clases y no hagamos nada por remediar tal situación.
Este problema que vive México en el holocausto y dolor tiene que ver más con la distribución de la riqueza, con su concentración, con la distribución de la riqueza, y con la explotación a que están sometidas unas clases sociales por otras, se pase por alto y en silencio el verdadero núcleo de la cuestión. Tampoco es extraño que los grandes medios de difusión guarden silencio sobre esta situación de la lucha de clases, y cuando se trata de explicar el fenómeno del “crimen organizado”, y los falsos verdaderos, sería equivalente a mencionar la soga en casa del ahorcado. En la estructura social de México y que ha derivado en guerra civil con un holocausto miserable, resulta natural que los verdaderos culpables no levanten la mano aunque sean señalados por la situación social, y es cierto que procuran pasar desapercibidos y procuren esconderse nombrando a otros.
Esta sociedad de engaño y fraude lo normal es el disimulo y el ocultamiento, donde la denuncia es censurada y criminalizada, premiado el adormilamiento social, el silencio cómplice, el corrupto, la impunidad, el ladrón de cuello blanco, el político mercader y apátrida; ya que pudiera causar un tsunami que derrumbara las estructuras sociales que están fuera de tiempo la realidad. Lo que estamos viviendo es sólo algo que estaba dormido y expectante para salir, es producto de las desigualdades sociales y comerciales. Es una guerra civil que es impulsada por presiones externas y mercados extranjeros que desean y ansían ser satisfechos, pero las mafias extranjeras quieren seguir dedicándose a suministrar estos insumos oponiéndose a los empresarios mexicanos que naturalmente son llamados por estos mercados que no han sido bien atendidos por sus paisanos.
En esta guerra civil que expone una descarnada lucha de clases, no necesita declararse porque estalla en un sinfín de puntos geográficos y sociales de nuestro horizonte, sin embargo si no vamos a la raíz del fenómeno social nos quedaremos a mitad del camino y la cuestión de fondo pasará desapercibida para los responsables. Esta combinación natural de lucha de clases y guerra civil en algunas zonas llegará a intensidades mucho más severas, y los mexicanos no hemos llegado a percibir esta capacidad explosiva. Seguimos dormidos, en silencio comprando y gastando como máquinas analfabestias dedicadas y sometidas por el sistema económico.

En México no existen las condiciones de seguridad para realizar la labor de defensa y promoción de los derechos humanos. La ONU considera que son defensores cualquier persona que promueven los derechos humanos, sin importar los antecedentes profesionales que tengan o si pertenecen a una organización civil. Tanto los defensores como los periodistas contribuyen con su trabajo a dar voz a aquellos que no la tienen, y a visibilizar los problemas de desigualdad, pobreza, discriminación, e injusticia.
Uno de los aspectos más graves es que se enfrentan a la impunidad con las que actúan las autoridades gubernamentales y personas privadas apoyadas por grandes empresas trasnacionales, que los descalifican, hostigan, amenazan y agreden. En los últimos cinco años las agresiones contra ellos y los periodistas han escalado de manera alarmante, sin que el gobierno federal, estatal o municipal dé respuestas satisfactorias. No hay medidas que protejan a los defensores de amenazas, agresiones y muertes que limiten e impidan su trabajo. Este problema es estructural y se detecta la falta de acceso a la justicia, la impunidad, la ausencia de investigaciones adecuadas, la corrupción y el desprecio del gobierno autoritario por los derechos humanos. The federal administration makes a demagogic call
México. - The Deputies of the PRI and PRD qualified of late the measures assumed by the federal government to guarantee and to protect the human rights. "Felipe Calderon seeks to clean the quagmire that his federal administration has contributed to create around the violence against the society on behalf of the federal forces of security; it would be praiseworthy an announcement as the one emitted by the federal Executive if has happened behind years, and not before the imminent federal electoral process of next year", the deputies said.
"The actions that the president put on the table yesterday won't help to solve the record of the serious violations against the individual guarantees (violations to the human rights) that have been made against the civil population from the federal forces of the State in the last years", they affirmed. Como fruto de la reunión del 28 de noviembre, el martes 6 de diciembre, muy temprano por la mañana, don Trino (TC) y 12 integrantes del Movimiento por la paz con Justicia y Dignidad (MPJD), que tiene por dirigir el poeta Sicilia, y esta vez encabezados por Pietro Ameglio, salieron de Guadalajara escoltados por un convoy de la Policía Federal, bajaron a la costa, pasaron por Maruata, donde la Marina tiene una base naval, y llegaron a X. Sorpresivamente , el hombre que iba al mando de los soldados azules de Genaro García Luna le dijo a Pietro Ameglio que se retiraba con sus tropas, ya que no podía “garantizar su propia seguridad”. En seguida, apenas se alejaron los uniformados federales, irrumpieron los paramilitares, armados con rifles de asalto AK-47, pistolas de 9 mm, machetes y puñales, a las órdenes de tres conocidos asesinos: Prisciliano Sánchez Corona (Chalano); Iturbide Alejo (El Turbinas); y Margarita Pérez (La Usurpadora),(La Jornada, 9/dic/2011).

Pero a cerca de la Comunidad de Coayahuana, se detuvieron y acuchillaron al dirigente hasta matarlo. Petro Ameglio relató lo anterior vencido por la pena y por el llanto. Sin embargo, la tragedia ante todo lo que implica no conmovió a nadie del gobierno federal, es claro que las fuerzas armadas, los mineros, los hoteleros y los narcotraficantes están coludidos para desplazarlos de sus tierras.
Peor aún los comuneros de Ostula no se explican por qué el ejecutivo federal no atendió las peticiones de don Trino (TC) si éstas fueron formuladas el 28 de noviembre en Morelia, menos entendible el por qué después del horroroso asesinato de su dirigente, siguen esperando la llegada de los soldados, sabiendo que los asesinos identificados se encuentran en la comunidad y cometerán más asesinatos en cuanto les apetezca. When advancing that in these days the movement managed by the poet Javier Sicilia will look for to sum up a meeting with organizations of human rights of the north of the country, the writer and editor pointed out that the recent aggressions have been made with the complicity of the authorities who they have opted to keep silent before the crimes, and even to disqualify the victims. It is deplorable that the Chihuahua State demonstrates the nonexistence of protection guarantees again for the women victims of violence and defenders of human rights. In the face of the impunity that gravely affects the homicide victims and their relatives, on last Friday 2 of December Norma Andrade, founder of the ONHRC and mother of LAGA, homicide victim, was gravely wounded in a direct attack against her person.
To two years of the juridical sentence Cotton Field -that condemns to the Mexican State for the disappearance and three adolescent women's death in Juarez City - and to a year of the murder of Marisela Escobedo – she’s defender of the human rights that she dedicated their life to look for justice for their daughter Rubi Marisol -, which still continues unpunished, it is revolting that the high indexes of homicides continue (323 homicides from January to November of 2011), of missing women (294 in cases of January to May of 2011) and of aggressions to defenders of human rights in Chihuahua.
We believe that the Mexican State should fulfill its responsibility of providing protection to those who carry out this work, and that it puts an end to the impunity that surrounds the cases of aggressions, harassments, and deaths to social defenders in our country. The organizations defenders of the human rights, in Chihuahua and in Mexico they say that these facts and any other situation of death, threats and social disqualification take the responsibility to the Mexican government.
We wait that: 1. there is a pronouncement of the state condemning these facts; 2. that the State government of Chihuahua carries out the corresponding investigations and sanction legally to those responsible for the attack against NA and avoid to carry out declarations that underrate the case and deviate the investigation; 3. to the government from the Estados Unidos Mexicanos, to the National Commission of human rights (CNDH, in Spanish) and to the State Commission of the human rights of the state of Chihuahua (CDHECH, in Spanish) the punctual attention to the precautionary measures guaranteed by the Mexican State for NA, for their daughter Maria Luisa Andrade and all their family; 4. that the Mexican state celebrates a meeting urgent point of the CNDH, of the CDHECH, and of the Interamerican Commission of human rights for its eventual execution; 5. that the Mexican State designs and implement effective protection’s mechanisms of the life for the activists social defenders of the human rights.

México. - Luego del asesinato de Nepomuceno Moreno (NM), y el atentado contra Norma Andrade (NA), fundadora de la organización “Nuestras hijas de regreso a casa” (ONHRC), queda claro que la respuesta del gobierno federal y del crimen organizado ante las personas que demandan justicia es la muerte, amenazas y la descalificación social, lamentó el vocero del Movimiento por la Paz con Justicia y Dignidad (MPJD), Rocato Bablot (RB). “Una persona a quien van a asaltar no es baleada de la manera que lo fue Norma (NA), y menos tratándose de la madre de una mujer a quien ya asesinaron (Lilia Alejandra García Andrade- LAGA-) y de otra que tuvo que desplazarse huyendo de las amenazas (María Luisa García)”, señaló el activista RB de los derechos humanos.
Al adelantar que en estos días el movimiento encabezado por el poeta Javier Sicilia buscará concretar una reunión con organizaciones de derechos humanos del norte del país, el escritor y editor señaló que las recientes agresiones se han cometido con la complicidad de las autoridades, quienes han optado por guardar silencio ante los crímenes, e incluso descalificar a las víctimas. 2Es lo que quisieron hacer con ’Nepo’ (NM). Deplorable situación social en la democracia mexicana Resulta deplorable que el estado de Chihuahua demuestre nuevamente la inexistencia de garantías de protección para las mujeres víctimas de violencia y defensoras de derechos humanos. Ante la impunidad que afecta gravemente a las víctimas de homicidio y sus familiares, el pasado viernes 2 de diciembre Norma Andrade, fundadora de la ONHRC y madre de LAGA, víctima de homicidio, fue gravemente herida en un ataque directo contra su persona.
A dos años de la sentencia campo algodonero –que condena al Estado mexicano por la desaparición y muerte de tres mujeres adolescentes en Ciudad Juárez- y a un año del asesinato de Marisela Escobedo –defensora de los derechos humanos que dedicó su vida a buscar justicia para su hija Rubí Marisol-, el cual aún sigue impune, es indignante que continúen los altos índices de homicidios (323 de enero a noviembre de 2011), de mujeres desaparecidas (294 en casos de enero a mayo de 2011) y de agresiones a defensoras de derechos humanos en Chihuahua.
Creemos que el Estado Mexicano debe cumplir con su responsabilidad de proporcionar protección a quienes realizan esta labor, y que ponga fin a la impunidad que rodea los casos de agresiones, hostigamientos, y muertes a defensores sociales en nuestro país. Las organizaciones defensoras de los derechos humanos, en Chihuahua y en México dicen que estos hechos y cualquier otra situación de muerte, amenazas y descalificación social se responsabilizan al gobierno mexicano.
Esperamos que : 1. haya un pronunciamiento del estado condenando estos hechos; 2. Que el gobierno del estado de Chihuahua realice las investigaciones correspondiente y sancione jurídicamente a los responsables del atentado en contra de NA y evite realizar declaraciones que desestimen el caso y desvíen la investigación; 3. Al gobierno de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, a la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH) y a la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos del estado de Chihuahua (CDHECH) la puntual atención a las medidas cautelares garantizadas por el Estado Mexicano para NA, para su hija María Luisa Andrade y toda su familia; 4. Que el estado mexicano celebre una reunión urgente tanto del CNDH, del CDHECH, y de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos para su eventual cumplimiento; 5. Que el Estado Mexicano diseñe e implemente mecanismos efectivos de protección de la vida para los activistas sociales defensores de los derechos humanos.

México ocupa el primer lugar en desempleo
México.- Es un proyecto que inició hace poco tiempo, el “Buen Fin” (Nov 18 - 21), es un proyecto ambicioso como el viernes negro de los estadounidenses, con anuncios en todo lugar y en todo tiempo con grandes ofertas como si fuera jarabe para la tos. Es para todo público de parte de grandes cadenas comerciales, puede no resultar tan benéfico puesto que muchas de las personas en México no tienen una cultura del ahorro, debido en gran parte a su salario exiguo y sin prestaciones sociales. Es necesario inculcar en el mexicano la cultura del ahorro y medirse en sus gastos, más que el consumo desmedido de distintos productos comerciales.
Muchas personas hombre y mujeres se preguntan, ¿por qué gano 2 mil 500 pesos al mes y sin prestaciones sociales? ¿Soy profesionista y gano este salario tan reducido? ¿Por qué no recibo aguinaldo en navidad? La razón por la que no encuentran empleo es porque no hay y lo primero que deben hacer es rechazar cualquier sentimiento de culpa o inferioridad. Es sencilla esta aceptación y no se torture más, no se deje sorprender por la publicidad en la radio y la televisión, por las estadísticas que grita a diestra y siniestra el ‘presidente del empleo’; no se han creado miles de empleos, sino que se han creado miles de tianguis para que trabaje en esos mercados rodantes, sin un salario fijo y sin prestaciones sociales.
Por lo que se recuerda al grueso de la población que tiene deudas y en muchas ocasiones los aguinaldos, que no son fuertes y son muy raquíticos, se tienen contemplados por la ciudadanía para poder cubrir estas deudas añejas. Si te lanzan un gancho de adquirir productos de distinta naturaleza, porque son más económicos y porque son más fáciles de comprar, se puede descuidar algo que ya se tenía comprometido para cubrir alguna situación económica que se había prolongado y que se tiene comprometida a lo largo del año, por lo que puede ser un arma de dos filos.
La información sobre los abundantes empleos suministrado por el Secretario del Trabajo, Javier Lozano, es un engaño más del famoso funcionario público sin escrúpulos. Lo cierto es que tal vez México es hoy día el país con el mayor número de desocupados en el mundo. Se requiere de mucha paciencia para desentrañar los datos del INEGI reporta sobre el desempleo; están confeccionados para disimular la verdad. Por algo el presidente Calderón colocó ahí a un alquimista de la realidad, Eduardo Sojo.
Debe ser suspicaz el consumidor con respecto a las ofertas encontradas el fin de semana, y el adelanto del aguinaldo en vales a los servidores públicos federales está denotando este proyecto que la oferta es meramente comercial y sin beneficio para la ciudadanía puesto que con ello no se les dará oportunidad a las personas de que puedan guardar y destinar su abono anual para algún aspecto más urgente que no sea la adquisición de productos.
En un reciente reporte el INEGI da a conocer los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupación y Empleo para septiembre de 2011, donde indica que el 59.1 por ciento de la población de 14 años y más se encontraba disponible para producir bienes y servicios (económicamente activa); el restante 40.9 % se ubicó en la población económicamente inactiva. La población en edad de trabajar, según el INEGI, suma 48 millones de personas; luego entonces, alrededor de 20 millones se encuentran en el desempleo y en trabajos ocasionales. El mito urbano de que México se encuentra en el 5 % de desempleo, es burda y grotesca tal afirmación oficial.
Se recuerda que muchos mexicanos viven la cuesta de enero que dura hasta abril, se prolongará aún más debido a que muchas personas utilizan el aguinaldo para realizar algunos pagos como: pago de predial, la factura del agua, el recibo de la luz, el pago del gas LP, y el amortiguamiento de algunas deudas importantes, lo gastarán durante esta fecha. También el ciudadano corre el riesgo de que los grandes beneficios de la adquisición masiva de algunos productos queden en manos de grandes corporativos internacionales, dejando de lado a pequeños productores nacionales, quienes no fueron considerados en la iniciativa.
Además recordemos que durante el 2011 muchos incrementos se han suscitado: tenemos a los energéticos en particular la gasolina y el diesel será aumentado exponencialmente hasta 2014; el del IVA del 15 al 16%, tenemos el ISPT del 28 al 30%, impuestos al tabaco, a las bebidas, al refresco, a infinidad de cosas además del incremento de los servicios. Tenemos que los niveles de ingreso no van aparejados al aumento de los insumos cotidianos y básicos. Al verse disminuidos severamente como consecuencia de la inflación y del poco apoyo que han recibido los sueldos de las personas y las pensiones se han convertido sólo en recuerdos.
Manejadas las AFORES por trasnacionales e invertidos estos capitales en mercados extranjeros. También encontramos en muchos establecimientos comerciales donde se realizan ofertas de productos básicos, éstos no suelen ser reales debido a que las ofertas sólo incluyen salsa para pizzas, las latas de champiñones y los postres que se consumen ocasionalmente, situación que se repite durante estos días de supuestas grandes ofertas. México ocupa el primer lugar en desempleo
México.- Es un proyecto que inició hace poco tiempo, el “Buen Fin” (Nov 18 - 21), es un proyecto ambicioso como el viernes negro de los estadounidenses, con anuncios en todo lugar y en todo tiempo con grandes ofertas como si fuera jarabe para la tos. Es para todo público de parte de grandes cadenas comerciales, puede no resultar tan benéfico puesto que muchas de las personas en México no tienen una cultura del ahorro, debido en gran parte a su salario exiguo y sin prestaciones sociales. Es necesario inculcar en el mexicano la cultura del ahorro y medirse en sus gastos, más que el consumo desmedido de distintos productos comerciales.
Muchas personas hombre y mujeres se preguntan, ¿por qué gano 2 mil 500 pesos al mes y sin prestaciones sociales? ¿Soy profesionista y gano este salario tan reducido? ¿Por qué no recibo aguinaldo en navidad? La razón por la que no encuentran empleo es porque no hay y lo primero que deben hacer es rechazar cualquier sentimiento de culpa o inferioridad. Es sencilla esta aceptación y no se torture más, no se deje sorprender por la publicidad en la radio y la televisión, por las estadísticas que grita a diestra y siniestra el ‘presidente del empleo’; no se han creado miles de empleos, sino que se han creado miles de tianguis para que trabaje en esos mercados rodantes, sin un salario fijo y sin prestaciones sociales.
Por lo que se recuerda al grueso de la población que tiene deudas y en muchas ocasiones los aguinaldos, que no son fuertes y son muy raquíticos, se tienen contemplados por la ciudadanía para poder cubrir estas deudas añejas. Si te lanzan un gancho de adquirir productos de distinta naturaleza, porque son más económicos y porque son más fáciles de comprar, se puede descuidar algo que ya se tenía comprometido para cubrir alguna situación económica que se había prolongado y que se tiene comprometida a lo largo del año, por lo que puede ser un arma de dos filos.
La información sobre los abundantes empleos suministrado por el Secretario del Trabajo, Javier Lozano, es un engaño más del famoso funcionario público sin escrúpulos. Lo cierto es que tal vez México es hoy día el país con el mayor número de desocupados en el mundo. Se requiere de mucha paciencia para desentrañar los datos del INEGI reporta sobre el desempleo; están confeccionados para disimular la verdad. Por algo el presidente Calderón colocó ahí a un alquimista de la realidad, Eduardo Sojo.
Debe ser suspicaz el consumidor con respecto a las ofertas encontradas el fin de semana, y el adelanto del aguinaldo en vales a los servidores públicos federales está denotando este proyecto que la oferta es meramente comercial y sin beneficio para la ciudadanía puesto que con ello no se les dará oportunidad a las personas de que puedan guardar y destinar su abono anual para algún aspecto más urgente que no sea la adquisición de productos.
En un reciente reporte el INEGI da a conocer los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupación y Empleo para septiembre de 2011, donde indica que el 59.1 por ciento de la población de 14 años y más se encontraba disponible para producir bienes y servicios (económicamente activa); el restante 40.9 % se ubicó en la población económicamente inactiva. La población en edad de trabajar, según el INEGI, suma 48 millones de personas; luego entonces, alrededor de 20 millones se encuentran en el desempleo y en trabajos ocasionales. El mito urbano de que México se encuentra en el 5 % de desempleo, es burda y grotesca tal afirmación oficial.
Se recuerda que muchos mexicanos viven la cuesta de enero que dura hasta abril, se prolongará aún más debido a que muchas personas utilizan el aguinaldo para realizar algunos pagos como: pago de predial, la factura del agua, el recibo de la luz, el pago del gas LP, y el amortiguamiento de algunas deudas importantes, lo gastarán durante esta fecha. También el ciudadano corre el riesgo de que los grandes beneficios de la adquisición masiva de algunos productos queden en manos de grandes corporativos internacionales, dejando de lado a pequeños productores nacionales, quienes no fueron considerados en la iniciativa.
Además recordemos que durante el 2011 muchos incrementos se han suscitado: tenemos a los energéticos en particular la gasolina y el diesel será aumentado exponencialmente hasta 2014; el del IVA del 15 al 16%, tenemos el ISPT del 28 al 30%, impuestos al tabaco, a las bebidas, al refresco, a infinidad de cosas además del incremento de los servicios. Tenemos que los niveles de ingreso no van aparejados al aumento de los insumos cotidianos y básicos. Al verse disminuidos severamente como consecuencia de la inflación y del poco apoyo que han recibido los sueldos de las personas y las pensiones se han convertido sólo en recuerdos.
Manejadas las AFORES por trasnacionales e invertidos estos capitales en mercados extranjeros. También encontramos en muchos establecimientos comerciales donde se realizan ofertas de productos básicos, éstos no suelen ser reales debido a que las ofertas sólo incluyen salsa para pizzas, las latas de champiñones y los postres que se consumen ocasionalmente, situación que se repite durante estos días de supuestas grandes ofertas.
