The lag in the refinery disquiets to Hidalgo State and to the Mexicans
México.- Is undeniable the effective synchronization that has the political regime to manipulate socially critical situations, that in countries more civilized might have been cause more than sufficient for the dishonorable fall of a government.

The events that relate us is the lag in the refinery “Bicentenario” that so much makes lack to the nation and to the people of Mexico, and the documented occupational failure of Mr. Calderon, that makes a figures apology fantastic, and not in fact in the nation. The delay in the Refinery that in Mexico make lack four at least as opposed to Brazil, that already has road by going in its country building refineries and making projections for the future - federal government that loves to their Brazilian people - , but still in our country we followed dreaming about a refinery that about pomp and splendiferous calls the federal government “Bicentenario” and that imaginarily it has been gained the Tula, Hidalgo State.

The governor of such state, Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, announced that of be canceled or be followed postponing the work will demand to Mexican Oils (Pemex) by no fulfillment, and the federal government the compensation by the payment of thousand 100 million of dollars that borrowed the state government for the purchase of 700 hectares intended for that purpose.
