The European crisis is devastating its reaction in the world
México. - In the World Economic Forum (WEF), that was developed in Davos, Switzerland, and with the backdrop of the crisis that the area Eurus lives as a consequence of the growth of the sovereign debts of several countries of the old continent, the first British minister, David Cameron, criticized the -outlined proposal last Friday (1/20/12), for the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy - of burdening the stock-exchange market transactions in the European Union (EU). In the same way, Cameron sustained that aggravating similar “could clip the GIP of the EU in about 200 thousand million Eurus, it will cost near 500 thousand employments and it will force until to 90 percent of the operators of markets (stock-exchange) to leave the EU."

The declarations of the English premier take place one day after the German chancellor Angela Merkel recognized in the same forum her frustration for the difficulties for consentient a plan anti-crisis for the euro-zone, it defended the politicians of austerity imposed to countries in difficulties and it called to the nations of that conglomerate to be “more competitive". That the boss of government of the Great Britain -country that doesn't belong to the euro-zone acts as defender of the interests of the speculative capitals it illustrates the might that those private consortia have ended up having about the political authorities in the contemporary world clearly, even in rich nations and of supposed democratic and institutional strength.

The European crisis
If something can reproach they to the promoters of the proposal of burdening the earnings of the stock-exchange market transactions it is the late of the measure, because this would already have allowed the obtaining of important additional resources for the fiscal path and it would have introduced in the economies and European markets the minimum stability of which have lacked, in the measure in that it would attenuate the volatility and the mobility uncontrol of the speculative operations. The anarchy in that those capitals are unwrapped allows them to move big quantities of money from a country to another in almost instantaneous form, without it is reflected it in productive and durable investments. It thinks about big limitations for the development of political macroeconomic on the part of the states, it prevents them to prevent the effects of the speculative transactions in the monetary depreciation and in the increment of the interest rates and it constitutes, in sum, a main factor of uncertainty and economic uncertainty and a catastrophe threat always latent.

Besides, the subsidy granted by the European governments to capitals that little or anything contributes to the development of their respective nations it is unjustifiable and immoral, mainly when such a behavior contrasts with the devastating crash measures that systematically they are demanded to the nations in difficulties, and that it has come defending the government from Berlin. It is clear that, if for some time the collection of taxes had been privileged to the big fortunes and the regulation of the speculative capitals for on the sacrifice of the majorities, they had been able to avoid or at least to attenuate the big costs economic, social and until politicians that come off of the current macroeconomic instability.

Devastating consequences
Europe is in a devastating crisis and it should take out its weapon immediately to solve the crisis of the debt and to avoid that it bomb of time of great economic reach is at the moment in Europe and it is expected that the European countries are able to take it out of the pothole in that is, and that they disable it so that it doesn't exploit us to all. The economic elite gathered in the 42 edition of the World Economic Forum (WEF) the validity of the capitalist pattern discusses. The impression that the business will have to be developed in another way it is even imposed in the exclusive encounter of the capitalists: Davos.

Of the capitalism of the years 80 and 90’s one can say without risk to they denounced that it was operating, harmful for the environment and that it has been developed due to the south hemisphere, as well as of future generations. Now the critics become more and more strong and until the economic elite gathered in Davos it debates openly if the capitalism of the XX century can continue working. The own founder of the FEM Klaus Schwab, he has said that that pattern is “a little aged". One could even say that “the capitalist system in its current form doesn't fit in the world of now", he said who recognizes certain sympathy toward Occupy Wall Street social activists that pass cold in its camp igloo, near the place where it takes place the forum.

The critic to the capitalism is present in the forum that during 2011 dozens of thousands of young unemployed of the south of Europe left to the street to show and that the activists have camped next to the sky-scrapers of the banks. Of the “broken promises” of the capitalism she speaks the general secretary of the International Association of Unions, Sharan Burrow: "already the well-being was before so unbalanced distributed as it didn't happen from the thirties". In many economies the hard-working youths no longer enter, she complained. "The economic pattern is tunnelling itself", she affirmed. "The social disturbances that could emerge of that won't like it to anybody", it noticed the representative of 175 million workers in the entire world.

Unfortunately, the pronouncements formulated in recent hours from Davos by the governments of the richest nations in the community Europe -Germany and Great Britain - they allow to see the lack of economic direction that they accuse the authorities of that conglomerate of nations, as well as the even absence of perspectives to conspire the risk of an uppercase debacle in that region and in the world.
