The Enlace test if it sanctions to teachers and directives
México. – The education has been in the political campaign a recurrent topic. They criticize, they propose and they speak, but mainly “they promise and they offer". However in these proposals it doesn't take into account to the workers of the education that are in front of the children and young to length-wise and wide of the national territory, neither they are consulted. Our country has enormous social inequalities, and the violence is carried out to diary, so much for the government as the organized delinquency. We have to the violence in different levels and we find it when one mistreats the children, to the teenagers, when it is discriminated against the citizen.

The violence has been generalized and it has become the bread of every day, we find it when it is rejected the youths of the half superior level, in the entrance to the university, when the children are left without school, and when they desert for lack of economic resources, and certainly when it is allowed that the system educational-economic Mexican lets that 8 millions exist of young without study, neither they work. In this circumstance the teachers are to be evaluated in all their levels by the Public Education Ministry (SEP, in Spanish). For the state so disastrous of the educational system it should be evaluated from the physical infrastructure and the lamentable state of the educational contents that the children and the teenagers digest. All the above-mentioned has been putting in the center from the evaluation to the students and the teachers, directing toward the future acting a social project with justice, peace and dignity.

The teachers are the main ones interested in elevating the quality of the teaching, but we have to improve the material conditions in that are the schools, the colleges, and the academies, to increase the socioeconomic level of most of the population, so that it really allows the children and youths to be educated. Certainly the teachers are for an integral evaluation of the national educational system and not only the application of standardized tests that they reduce and the wealth of manifestations that they exist in the process teaching-learning, disappear and it don't only prove from memorization that look for to fulfill indications of international organisms that to really evaluate the knowledge of students and professors.

The Enlace test it sanctions to professors
Although the SEP (6/4/12) it has pointed out that the tests are not punitive, the National Evaluation of Academic Achievement in School Centers (Enlace, in Spanish) - whose application to 16 million children at begins (6/4/12) and of it depends it the biggest qualification points for the ascent of the teachers-, and certainly it imposes " sanctions " for the educational and directive, with its consequent negative impact so much in the magisterial career as in the universal evaluation of agreement with the own educational dependence. In an informative document on the Enlace test the SEP it points out that the penalizations consists on the annulment of the application of the test, in case the copy is detected.

The above-mentioned indicates that it will necessarily have an “impact in the qualification points of the educational applicator, to the educational one that assists to the group, to the director of the educational facility, as well as to the school supervision, sector headquarters and educational in functions of support pedagogic technician, as much in magisterial career as in universal evaluation". Contrary to the previous applications, now the Enlace test it is worth 50 of the 100 points that are required for the incorporation and the ascent of the teachers in new broad outline of the National Program of Magisterial Career signed by president Felipe Calderon and the magisterial leadership, Elba Esther Gordillo (EEG), last year.

Certainly the results will impact directly in the system of magisterial promotion. For what a pursuit will be made to “schools with not very reliable historical results", that which includes the possible accompaniments of sector bosses, supervisors and technician-pedagogic supports". The test is applied in the context of a ceremony that will be carried out in the Republica de Costa Rica primary headed by Calderon where May 15, the teaching's eternal leader sent a raw message to Josefina Vazquez Mota (JVM), former Ministry of the SEP. In this place to JVM was accused of degrading the administration of the teaching for Gordillo.

The teachers are object of the violence of the state

The workers of the education have been victims of incalculable offenses. Many professors were repressed to differ, murdered teachers, missing, are and ceased to be opposed to the cliques that the SNTE has controlled for many years. Teachers are also despicably murdered in Oaxaca, Chiapas, Guerrero and Michoacan State for their union participation, and only for the crime of having ideas contrary to the union movement that teacher EEG heads, it doesn't seem so serious the crime but as the dictatorship that stays on the teachers it is so strong and violent the “illicit one” is sentence of death. Still this open one the file without the justice arrives, professor's murder with name Misael Nuñez Acosta, in which is implied EEG directly.
