If the zeal for the validity of the right state manifested by the CMHN in its official statement is genuine, that organism would have to be one of the main ones interested in demanding that the law is respected to fullness -beginning with the precepts that demand the realization of clean, free and concerned elections - and that they are clarified and sanction the indications appropriately of practical illicit in electoral matter. On the other hand, with postures like the previously commented one gives the impression that the managerial elite of the country claims a selective and partial application of the law, in the best in the cases, and that it looks for, in the worst, to be erected as actor of electoral inequity and democratic distortion, just as it happened in ago six year-old the elections.
