Calderon: International shame for Mexico
Mexico. - The federal executive, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa (FCH), it qualified yesterday (4/16/12) of very not very responsible and very not very rational the Argentinean president's decision, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner (CFK), of sending to the congress of their country a bill of expropriation of the oil company YPF, branch of the transnational one of Spanish origin Repsol, in an outline that distributes the property of the company by 51 percent for the federal government and 49 remaining percent for the countries producers of hydrocarbons. With these rude words, contrary to the diplomatic uses, forgetting the doctrine Estrada that for many years the government of the PRI was managed with discretion and respect to the sovereign decisions of the federal government from Buenos Aires, the notoriously unfounded Mexican politician when becoming spokesman of the “Spanish empire."

The Mexican ‘rebuker’
The Mexican president automatically has put on of a side of the international confrontation as spokesman of a transnational one placing Mexico in a difficult international position, having as evident backdrop the economic circumstance of conflict among the transnational one referred and the country host. In passed days the federal executive had attacked with his declarations against the “state interventionism” and “the expropriations” that have taken place in diverse nations of the continent. The fact should not be omitted that the Spanish president, Mariano Rajoy, and its government's members have gotten angry for the exercise of sovereignty made by Argentina and that, like part of their actions to impede the expropriation, they requested to FCH that intervened in the conflict.

The Mexican president paying remiss attention of our international politics that we have always been respectful of the decisions of the countries in 72 years with which we have relationship diplomats has become a defender of transnational managerial interests that it as representative of all the Spaniards Co. We should mention another aspect that the Mexican citizen has passed for any place and it is that the administration of Calderon has always given in inexplicable form, to the transnational energetic a sustained and continuous economic and moral support: the current government federal Mexican has granted him multimillionaire contracts that are prejudicial for the national interest.

To the referred transnational company he has been granted grievous and leonine contracts with multiple concessions for the oil exploitation in breach of the terms of the constitutional article 27; it has involved to the Federal Commission of Electricity (CFE) –State company- in massive acquisitions of electricity taken place by that and other foreign corporations, in detriment of the economy of the consumers, and recently it committed PEMEX in the acquisition of stock packages of Repsol, acquisition that had slips of being a luck of “rescue” of the foreign company, and that it generated considerable losses for the Mexican treasury and Pemex oil.

Awaiting knowing the hidden and bastard commitments that it has contracted the calderon’s administration with Repsol, and that they have taken to the current federal administration of Mexico to behave as their official defender and their great benefactor, it is important to point out that the decision taken by the ‘Casa Rosada’ is an in agreement action with the necessities of development of the southern country, a legal and legitimate application of the principle of sovereignty and a responsible decision, in the measure in that the Argentinean branch of Repsol had come diminishing over and over year its production of gas and petroleum and it had forced to the country to carry out growing imports that last year ascended to more than nine thousand million dollars.

The agent Calderon
The Mexican president FCH described of “irresponsible and very irrational” the decision as condemning the oil company Repsol-YPF that Argentina’s president CFK intends, and she asserted that any manager “in his five senses will think of investing in a country that condemns the investments", and adding that it “won't make well to anybody". When participating in a dialogue with young leaders of the world. He also remembered that Mexico possesses 10 percent of the Spanish company Repsol and that all the countries in development need investments to grow. The expropriation “is not a rational act, because the worst incentive for an investor is to invest this way in a country", it sustained. A lawyer speaking as foreign manager.

The decision of declaring of public utility and subject to expropriation 51 percent of the actions belonging to the one referred corporate Spanish it occurs with the argument that it was the first time that Argentina had to care gas and petroleum. They take the responsibility from it to the company that, in accordance with the argument of Buenos Aires, it only exploited a third of the hydrocarbons taken place in the country.

With those considerations in mind, it is deplorable and shameful that the Mexican government, instead of behaving solidarity with a nation mates in the American continent, have opted to join with the European transnational capital, it have transgressed the forms and the ways of the diplomacy and even take a risk to cause with his personal attitude a diplomatic incident with such of taking care of the interests of a corporate one that so many losses have caused to the public finances of Mexico.
