México. - In this series of violence events in Mexico, Jorge Otilio Cantu, a youth was murdered two months ago with all the aggravating that mentions the law by soldiers of the Mexican army, the ached father Otilio Cantu, it dared to write a letter directed to Felipe Calderon. For the second question: if Calderon believes that the soldiers are submitted to tests toxicological before leaving to accomplish operative, since a person in its sane judgment can not commit acts of barbarism as the assignment against his son. For the third it asks: if as “supreme commander of the armed forces, of truth thinks that the army was trained correctly for a struggle of such importance before exposing it to the fact that now its work is found in interdiction for many citizen and analysts without have before framed its legal way presence". However the official speech seems to omit that a principal aggression factor and violence against the population is the own public force and that the State must guarantee first of all the humans rights of the victims of the offenses, mainly of those assignments by the own public servants. However, events as the commented do not make but feed to feel it generalized of the population as a rule, and the distrust of this in the institutional proxy riverbeds of justice, and such conditions are the less auspicious to obtain support and social consensus that the government so much demand.
