The native seeds in America
México. - America’s discovery, and the conquest of these American lands by Spanish, constitutes an encounter between two civilizations that they had stayed, one with respect to the other in the obscurity. These cultures were present only in the imagination of the men of the century XVI. Also we could consider this cultures juxtaposition not only as an encounter but a cultural shock, sanitary and biological, since by random of the destination was accomplished the contact of two different forms of seeing the world that surrounds us.

The American inhabitants had an equal path of ancient but less rich in knowledge of the technological war, but we find it with important and own knowledge in several fields of the knowledge, but they were endowed of a particular vision about the universe, it guiding also to these inhabitants in the in one way particular construction their knowledge.

The natives and the corn
About legacy of our grandfathers about of the knowledge of the corn seeds, base of our nourishment as opposed to European is the wheat, in our continent we find protests and accusations of the citizens against the patents and "rights of it obtains " that in elegant form such be designates the "theft of corn seeds", in Mexico. Finding ourselves as is promoted in the state laws of "Promotion and protection of the native corn", being approved this infamy in Michoacan and Tlaxcala, and thereinafter we will find it in Oaxaca, Mexico.

While it is presented us this "criminalization of sowing and producing seeds" as a technological form of having more laws advanced for the human society but in reality is the form of the state about to privatize seeds and to remove them from the traffic in the agriculture, and of the human food. This campaign mediatic is to monopolize the something which seeds make the transnational companies, to have in its active the key of food nets.

The first article, defines “it obtains" to who discovers a new variety. The varieties of cultivation are fruit of the human work; there is a not variety of cultivation that they may have emerged by it only. Therefore. In Mexico the patents about corn, they are promoted paradoxically by the transnational seed owners, transgenic and by national laws of seeds. We find that in the states these laws are wrong called of "Promotion and protection of the native corn as food patrimony". In Mexico the cultural patrimony of our ancestors is the corn and curiously in Mexico is designated Creole corn, as if upon calling it in this way the corn is foreign and not originating in Mexico.

In this context the authorities open new spaces to intervene in the autonomous life of the peasants and farmers, establishing the records setting-up of variety seed peasants and directory of producers, achieving to control to the farmer associations in connivance with the transnational, the regulations and production rules. They are criminalized thus the free exchange and the traditional procedure peasants about caring and producing seeds. Though its promoting presents us as an achievement in the defense of the transgenic, they are in channels reality to approve transgenic at state level. Such argument is fragile and liar.
