The Creole seeds in America
México. - Europe with a history millenarian reached a development level in the different spaces of the knowledge and technological, that permitted carry out large companies, to discover and to conquer new continents in the world. With the conquest, arrived to America the diseases and the European science. Arrived to us a medieval science, therefore in America were given several lines of the European culture, an own of the medium age of Spain, and the other the Cosmo-vision of the ancient America inhabitants.

The inhabitants of this America’s land had a great knowledge in areas as botany, zoology, medicine and astronomy, but we find that this knowledge did not find echo in the European knowledge body. Therefore we could speak of the fact that the influence of the American pre-Hispanic knowledge was despised by the European culture. Upon including the astonishing knowledge that had of the local plants employment in the different diseases treatment was showing efficiency that it was recognized by several chroniclers.

The Creoles and the corn
In base to the accusation that they have been presented in the states, the dangers of the laws implemented in the states they are called of "Promotion and protection of the Creole corn as food patrimony". Their promoting has presented these state laws as a success to protect us of the seeds transgenic in our Mexican fields. However these laws in reality are the promoters of transgenic in our fields, but upon saying of these promoters these laws have "padlocks" to prevent the approval of the transgenic of the transnational as Monsanto. Something which is a lie.

In our country there is corruption of our authorities and it is there where we find legal holes so that are approved the transgenic of any kind. In this fragility we find as the federal laws are above the state and thus we see as "shattering" the supposed "padlocks". Furthermore these promoters do not explain as will be defended the patents on the rights of the peasants, the life of the consumers, and the natural rights of the farmers, the denominations of origin, and we observe as in reality are defended the mercantile rights of the transnational.

More laws to privatize seeds
Organization peasants and social Chilean in June 20, 2011 they presented arguments on the unconstitutionality of UPOV91 in a public hearing front to the Constitutional court of Chile, Camila Montecinos de Grain, with the rights of ‘it obtainer’, it indicated that: "restrict and prohibit the use, exchange and free access to one of the tools, fundamental and is not substituted of the agriculture, and with this vulnerary the right to working and enjoying the work’s fruits on the part of indigenous communities , men, women, peasant and farmers".

The first article, defines ‘it obtainer’ to who discovers a new variety. The varieties of cultivation are fruit of the human work; there is not a variety of cultivation that they may have emerged by it. Therefore. Who the "discover" is in reality having access to a foreign work. To register it as own though it will be a transnational company equals to a theft. (www.biodiversidadla.org).

Food patrimony of the native corn
In Mexico the contribution of the discovery of the corn for human consumption was spread in Spain with a multi-year lag. It is shown in this written that there was a long process so that in Europe is accepted its human consumption, as other foods that the Spanish carried to Europe. In the case of the pre-Hispanic science was not produced a fusion, or syncretism between the European science and the American indigenous knowledge. In this aspect we find that each who continued the road that more convinced to him. In this becoming must support the indigenous culture, and to the corn for conceal and preservation. Since there it bases part of our identity as Mexican.

In this context the initiative of law is presented in Oaxaca, Mexico as a retorts to the mechanisms of control against the peasant communities and of farmers in the country and furthermore introduces a perverse mechanism, as the need of "validity of the races" to prove its "genuineness". If we observe carefully we will see that the promoters and defending of the originating America seeds do not understand what purportedly they are defending.

In short must the corn does not exist without the indigenous communities that created it wisely to feed to their towns. As soon as the governments are creating laws to control to the indigenous, peasant and farmers, and therefore these laws are not destined so that the population has better nourishment, and they are not defending the human rights of the peasants.
