Now not according with being favorite contractors of the régime, they want to be partners in a business that for constitutional command and for justice it is reserved for benefit of the town of Mexico. It is had information, according to the one which, these “accomplices of the corruption” scheme to take possession of entrance of 60 percent of the oil rent, by means of the obtaining of contracts of " risk " and concessions. It is added that we have to take into account that Pemex paid from the 2000 to the 2012, approximately 687 thousand million dollars of taxes to the Mexican State, revenues that constitute until 40% of the federal budget. It is absolutely false as the government it affirms that there will be economic growth with the participation of private companies and bigger benefits will be obtained for the nation. On the contrary, it will be carried out a quick extraction of our reservations; the production of the petroleum will decline; the companies will appropriate of the oil rent and earnings, and it will decrease the fiscal contribution of Pemex for the State. It is monsters and absurdity to intend to increase taxes to the town of Mexico, to compensate the delivery from the oil rent to the international corporations. One more than the factory of factories of lies and the Mexican government's fantasies, is when one affirms that when privatizing Pemex they will get ready all our economic and political problems, it is also affirmed that by means of the privatization that to repeat it until the fatigue for the goldfinches of the transnational companies, it is false that it will maximize the oil rent in favor of the Mexican State. It is real true that will despoil the limited proven reservations of petroleum to export them worthless attaché; what the import will increase of refined, petrochemical and gas, in damage of the national economy and of the consumers. When being consummated these serious threats to the Mexican citizenship, the following consequences will be had. We will pay more taxes to compensate the looting of the oil rent; b) they will continue increased the prices of the gasoline, the gas, the diesel and the electricity; c) it will decrease the capacity of investment of the State, limiting the economic growth. The appropriation of the oil rent would cancel the national development, impeding the indispensable productive, educational, and social investment for the development of Mexico; d) it will go away the possibility to have an energy politics of State that includes and integrate to the hydrocarbons, to the electricity generation and the renewable energy, by means of urgent investments to have more refineries, to promote the petrochemical one, to revert the associations in petrochemical, to develop own technologies and to impel the transition to use alternative energy that protect the environment. The opportunity would also be canceled of taking advantage of the national oil industry as development lever; that is to say, the petroleum would finish being the base to impel a project of own development, sustained in the internal market, again quick industrialization of the country, the recovery of technological and operative capacities, directed to the creation of national added value and mainly to solve the great employment demand; f) the economic growth will be suffocated, when not preparing the Bank of Mexico of foreign currencies again to impel the industrialization; g) it will get lost the economic sovereignty, politics and military of Mexico, when giving the control and national usufruct of the energy sector. To confront this threat of looting of the strategic resources in benefit of the private interests so much national as foreigners that it prepares the edge federal government, it is exhibited before our eyes the simulation of defending our patrimony when in fact the papers of this theater of disguises of lies with truths fifty-fifty, don't deceive to the citizenship. We hope the town of Mexico doesn't unite to the “Pact for Mexico" that in fact is manifested like a plot to empty the national arks and to continue exploding more to Mexico.
