But also, the Unitary Tribunal determined that the quantities requested by the community police were deposits, non bribes.   For the above-mentioned, the judge ordered, already from then on, the non practice of the penal action. However, the diligence was it truncates and the incidences and the presentation of position tests and discharge were not concluded, because several of the informers they were not even notified that they should present resources. To these several dates of the accusers they have been desisted of continuing the accusation -like the syndic procurator of Olinala Armando Patron - and they have only persisted the mothers of the two youths that were smaller in 2013 (17 years), Dulce Rubi Burgos and Yesenia Castillo Mesa that accuse NSG of the kidnapping of their daughters. The lawyer of NSG considers that Alejandro Marti and Isabel Miranda's arguments to demand to the district attorney that it doesn't desist in fact they falsified “the juridical debate accusations” and they pass for reject that the victims that say to represent had already drained their arguments before the Public Ministry. "The unitary tribunal analyzed the tests and it discarded them".
