Therefore, the handling of the electoral process of this year, far from overcoming the fracture generated by that of 2006, it has deepened their and it has placed to the country before a new divorce among the formality of the political representations and social sectors that are not willing to recognize to the emanated authorities of the elections. The perspective should be worrying for those who aspire to conform, with base in a first formal minority, the next government. For the PRI it has been configured, in sum as few times had passed it in the political history of the party, the worst in the victory scenarios: to conquer without convincing. The confirmation of a new administration under these conditions will be, unnecessarily, fear forced of reflection in next months. In the immediate thing, and before the social mobilizations in course, it is pertinent to make a call to all the political actors, but especially to the authorities, to they carry to an extreme the wisdom, the contention and the good sense.
