The faces of the barbarism

National Mexico and Spain The faces of the barbarism By: Carlos Damian September 26, 2012 The savage reforms and more misery in Mexico Mexico. – While in the Mexico City (9/25/12) hundred of union’s men, social activists and common citizens protested against the labor reformation, in Madrid, a convocation rushed in social nets to carry out a "fence " to the Congress of the Iberian nation, to claim for the programs of austerity of Mariano Rajoy, this derived in confrontations between demonstrators and forces of the order, with balance of dozens of wounded and detainees. Beyond the anecdotic coincidence in the date, both events have as common denominator the social dissatisfactions toward governments and popular representatives that have not been able to or they have not wanted to abandon the neoliberal orthodoxy that has razed social environments in diverse countries of Latin America among them Mexico for three decades, and that now it reproduces the outline in European nations as Spain, placed in situation of economic and fiscal crisis. On the whole this aggression to the workers for those who should offer the well-being of its respective populations is the pressure exercised from the headquarters of an economic power grasped to the neoliberal principles of high profitability, survival of the strongest and the population's programmed misery and hunger of the big town in benefit of some people. We are in crisis position and placed in this difficult position, like and happens the nation macroeconomic stability, as those that supposedly reign in our country, the capital doesn't hesitate in sacrificing to the majorities to defend its own financial and economic interests, and for them it is been worth of the submission of authorities and legislatures; it has happened this way in Spain, with the guarantee to measures of austerity and clip budgetary that are translated in social losses as regards education, health and well-being in general, and it happens this way also in our country, where the petit committee legislatives discusses a labor reformation that will facilitate the exploitation of the workers. In Spain where the initiative was already applied, the banks tried to stimulate the market in an artificial way, facilitating the access to credit cards, that which worsened only the crisis, because the wage and the employment have not recovered and they cannot sustain a consumption level based on a fictitious power. We consider that this reformation will have for the country, “serious in end and in few years we will be in a delicate situation social crisis of unemployment and amid a deep political crisis. It is not to be catastrophist but of meditating in what we have already seen: they force us to take a dangerous situation and to an unconscious labor reformation, when the other countries already come returning, in fact for the serious social crises that have accumulated, product of similar reformations." The Mexican legislators are opening “the way to the hole and they make it for watchword: they don't analyze, neither they measure the effects that will cause, it doesn't only stop the hard-working class, but for the country". That that in fact requires “it is an employer reformation of bottom to charge them taxes. "In the excess, they seek him to be the manager who decides if they explode him the strike or not. Then, they regulate to prevent that the constitutional rights are exercised, we should fix them wage for hour and contracts on approval to deputies, senators and legislators in general, lobbyists, managers, journalists also tune to the régime and the president”. In the facts, “it is a labor reformation that’s against the work law and of the human rights. If now with the effective FLW they make what they are hit the desire, sending bitters to take facilities, mines, threatening the workers, generating wells that they call mines where the miners, imposing protection contracts, white unions, avoiding legal and so many obligations other things, then, How more they will make with the new labor reformation? Before such a situation it is expected that this country is uninhabitable. The labor reformation was never of consent, it was imposed by “the president of the employment". The Congress is irresponsible, it doesn't measure consequences, and the country is in hands of the elite of the money, of the power factice, and of the corporate of television. Although we have more corrupt managers than corrupt union leaders nobody to them they play them: they don't pay taxes, they non transparent their fiscal situation, they never report utilities, they don't invest in security, hygiene, and training for the workers and for their criminal negligence for workers' thousands dies. A lot of importance is given to the union transparency, but anything says of the dirt in the managerial class, they are protected and breasted-feed for the government, they have not only given they what has wanted but rather now they have a politics and a favorable law, an slavery disguised to exploit the manpower like in concentration fields, as they make it companies of German Larrea, Alonso Ancira and Alberto Bailleres. A Treasury great reformation should be impelled for bosses, people with an enormous personal fortune, and to burden taxes to the Mexican stock-exchange; that it changes the mentality of pro-slavery that are solidarity with their hard-working ones and also with Mexico. The reformation is not directed to the corporate leaders as: Joaquin Gamboa Pascoe, Victor Flores, and others; that they descend the pants to maintain their privileges. We have visible a delicate future that reflects the great resentment and the hate of social class that Calderon showed us. They are a clear example with the perverse one, delivery state enterprises and corrupt Javier Lozano. This labor reformation will legalize the informality and it will make worse the labor precariousness that faces most of the population. By the light of the mentioned elements, the situations of Spain and Mexico they constitute, in the current moment, two expressions of the persistence and the advance of a model economic and social predator imposed with the support of authorities that they don't govern for their citizens, but for a handful of economic and financial interests, and that it represents, in sum, a modern form of barbarism and a setback of the civilization and coexistence.
