The Plan de Ayala was signed November 29, 1911, with the phrase "Freedom, Justice and Law", the one which was assumed from that moment by the hero of Anenecuilco, Morelos State, the army that was commanding and his struggle as the motto that would distinguish them. But finally it would remain as: "Reform, Freedom, Justice and Law".The Mexican revolutionZapata continue his letter: "You protested be neutral, and was driven as furious Germanic character; permitted and incited the propaganda against the powers allied, protected the German espionage, stopped and prejudiced the capital, the interest and finances of the adverse foreigners to the Kaiser. You with its blunders and with its deviousness, with its steps in untruthful and its perfidies in the diplomacy, it is the cause of the fact that Mexico is see deprived of all support on the part of the success powers and if some international complication happens, you will be the only one guilty. (sic)“You have edged to our country to the ruin, in what is economic, in what is financial, in what is political and in the international order. The policy of you has failed uproariously. You offered and announced that by means of a dictatorial regime that disguised with the “Primera Jefatura” logo, would make the peace in the Republic, would maintain the cohesion between the revolutionaries and would consolidate the victory of the reform principles. The peace has not been made neither will be made ever with the procedures that you employ, and with the discredit that on you weigh. The revolutionaries, those of the constitutionalist faction, those which you offered to join, they are increasingly disunited; thus it confessed it you in his last manifest, And concerning the revolutionary ideals, lie maltreated, shattered, scoffed and reviled by the same men that offered to carry them to the summit ". (sic)The ruin of the Republic by traitorous to the cause"For you is time of retiring, it is time of let the position to qualified men or more honorable. It would be a crime to extend this undeniable moral bankruptcy situation, economic and political. The permanency of you in the power is an obstacle so that is making work of union and of reconstruction. For the intransigencies and the mistakes of you they have been seen unable of collaborating in his government, progressive men and in good faith that they might have been able be useful to Mexico". (sic)"Those men those intellectual, that plethoric ideals youth, that new people, not spotted, not corrupt neither spent; those of yesterday revolutionaries that they have been separated of the public thing they full with disillusion; those youths that they have been begun in the large principles of the Revolution and felt infinite anxieties of be accomplished, those enamored of the ideal, that today they carry the impregnated bitterness soul; they could all they certainly to constitute a serious government, honorable, strong, impelled by generous longings and attentive to fulfill the commitments contracted in solemn hour." (sic)The image of the Mexican heroes"You returns its freedom to the people, citizen Carranza; abdicate you its dictatorial powers, let you to run the sap of the new generations. She will purify, she will give vigor, and she will save to the Country. And if you as simple citizen, it can collaborate in the great work of reconstruction and of concord, it will be you welcome. But by duty, by integrity, by humanity, by patriotism, you resign to the high position since today occupies and from the one which has produced the ruin of the Republic. New horizons are presented for the Country. The Doctor don Francisco Vazquez Gomez, conciliating and related man, ancient and firm revolutionary, invites to the union to the Mexican, and it has found a unification formulation and of government, within those which fit all heal energies, all the legitimate impulses, the effort of all the intellectual in good faith and the impulse of all the work men" (sic)"Will be able to do it country under this new address, will be established a definitive peace, will reorganize the progress, will be consolidated a great government: the Government of the revolutionary unification. And to search that work - that in any case there will be of be accomplished - only makes lack that you fulfill with a patriot duty and of man, being withdrawn than what you call “First Magistracy”, in the one which you have been so harmful, so prejudicial, so untoward for the Republic".
