We have returned to the moment of the modus vivendi of 1929, where was written the law, but was not fulfilled.In Mexico we have different relationship with the Mexican churches and with the Vatican, that they are two different but parallel things. This to relationship per year 1992 when in the state reform the Vatican was wanting with Girolamo Prigione to the head that is registered in the law his Church only.
