Perhaps it depends on the culture, since in our cultural baggage it is tributary of the “Renaissance one” and the " modernity ", it reached scandalous levels in it treats their of human and of looting in Africa, America and Asia accompanied by a certain conception of the human's “being and to be” in the world of winners. We’ll stop it a moment to meditate that in last century, millions of African, rebelled against the philosophical theological designs thought for the European Westerners. But the unthinkable one happened July 5, 1989: Madiba was invited to take tea with the “die groot krokodil", Pieter Botha, unconditional defender of the apartheid and the racial segregation, but it doesn't reach any agreement with the leader of the CNA. At the end of the year, when retiring for illness the “great crocodile", it gave their place to Frederick de Klerk, celebrating three encounters (1990-91) that proceeded to the liberation of Mandela. In sum this political southafrican dismantled the juridical lattice of the apartheid, among them we can mention to the law of lands of Native (1913) that limited the lands that the black population could possess; the law of Suppression of the Communism, the Antiterrorist law, that of Areas groups, that of Population's registration (1950), and the law of Separation in Public Places (1953). In the referendum of March of 1992, 17 69 percent of the votes approved the process of structural reformations begun for De Klerk. Mandela when receiving the liberation, the world traveled to thank the received support, and the first country in visiting it was Algeria (May, 1990), where he was receiving military training in 1962, with the CNA. When placing in perspective the merits of Mandela and ANC, is enormous, but it has not had nationalizations, and the compensations for the havocs of the impeller system of the racial discrimination they have been relegated to a second plane and the transition has been abandoned. All these facets of the economic freedom and end of the racial segregation had been negotiation letter for a significant change in the economic, social relationships and politicians had been outlined in the Letter by the freedom in 1955, but they were abandoned by the leaders of the change and they opted for an easy transition in which the order stayed unaffected and the pardon for all the white men was put into practice. What gave for result the legacy of Mandela and ANC; they stayed without attacking to the régime and the bathroom of blood was stopped. What we can see is that all the previous plagues are already the growing population's part together with the misery and the unemployment. They have not been possible to remove the mantel of the neoliberalism and the conditions of life are same or worse that before the apartheid ended, and it has consolidated the neoliberalism like a régime of exploitation without considering the color of the skin, socio-cultural level, neither the religion that they are practicing the southafricans.
