México. – As compared to the legal ambiguity that exists about of the document that it must certify the identity of the Mexicans, the Governance Secretariat (SG) and the Electoral Federal Institute (IFE) are obligated to find a viable option, that it can not be the coexistence of the elector credential and the identity certificate. The expedition of the simultaneous identity certificate to the credential to vote would attempt against the democracy of certain way and would put to the government on an unnecessary mistrust.
