He tries to avoid that the institutions don't become enslaved by factors of distortion, by means of: truncheons to hit the demonstrator transforming in fact to the social protest into a criminal fact, to avoid that the tear bombs become instruments of salvation of this distorted society, and with their cars bombs of water to save to the society of these social criminals. Ricardo Monreal (RM) is entangled in a mess with dangerous maneuver.
