México. – The statements of the secretariat of The States State Minister, Hillary Clinton are so personal, as in those which affirmed that the cartels of the Mexican criminal economy have been transformed into a kind of "insurgency" that besieges to the good State and disputes to them the control of the territory, it has gone permeating to the political class in the American Congress. Before that stage, response impelled by The States is to deepen the current levels of contra-insurgency and State terrorism, reproduction the " field experience" acquired before in Colombia and Iraq and perfected in Afghanistan against the Taliban.

Juarez City in Chihuahua, it has been the laboratory of the new guerrilla urban, which from the Bilateral Follow-up Office to the Initiative Merida (OBS), under control of the ambassador Carlos Pascual in the Federal District, is sought to hide to other Mexican cities. Beyond the informative distortion with the purpose of propaganda that seeks to hide the differences between an insurgent movement and the cartels of the criminal economy.

In this line of structural causes, ideological reasons, political reasons, strategic objectives. We did not attend a war caricatures kind between pitiless malefactors that were seeking to assault on good State versus a " brave president" and some forces of the just and patriotic order that repulse them, but to the official deployment of a regulatory violence, through the one which is sought to control, to restructure and to administer the territories, the better squares of the business millionaire of the illegality and their traffic routes. We are attending the conversion of the authoritative state of the PRI; state “Kleptocratic” of the PAN, of type delinquency and Gangster, articulated product of corruption nets, impunity, whose origins there would be that to track from beginning of the administration of Miguel de la Madrid.
