Mexico continues grappled to the past, without intelligence neither future
México. – Independently than what occur in the electoral urns and in fact that Dima Rousseff achieve to add to hers electoral wealth 5 percent additional that requires to be converted into the successor of Lula, it is relevant to examine you the reasons of the apparent paradox: that the most popular and successful leader in the history of the greater nation Latin American may not have achieved to convince the absolute majority of the Brazilians of the pertinence of the continuity.

In this context nobody discusses that the project of government that heads Lula has transformed for good of the country, the one which has obtained to reduce significantly the poverty and the unemployment, it has increased notably the coverage and the quality of the education, it has canceled its public external debt, it has achieved to increase the purchasing power of most of the population in more than 50 percent (in that same lapse, the corresponding indicator in Mexico has suffered a reduction superior to 40 percent) and it has put to Brazil as unquestionable regional leader and as an actor of first importance on the world diplomacy.

Accused of neoliberal and of halting from the radical leaves, depreciated by the high classes at the beginning of his management by his worker origin, tolerated without more remedy by the governments of George W. Bush and of Barack Obama, Lula has been, with all of them, an exemplary and visionary statesman, and his performance compels to reflect on the personal relevancy of the governing in the development processes as is the case of Mexico.

The singular case of Brazil
It is by concluding the presidential cycle of Lula, and all notes to the fact that for the first time in the history of Brazil a woman, Dima Rousseff. Almost eight years have elapsed since the metallurgical worker assumed the power, an one of January of 2003 and of "agreement with national and foreign surveys, to these times has a citizen acceptance superior to the 80 percent. Lula explains this economic jump, "… if we might have insinuated to continue the policy of my antecedent in the presidency of the Republic, Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Brazil there is bankrupt. We alone we arrive "where we arrive because we made the things differently. Only wanted to say you that when we assumed the presidency Petrobras value 13 billion of dollars of its patrimonial value. And today Petrobras is worths 220 billion of dollars. Something changed when we arrive to the government, the slogan were that the government could not spend, did not be able to do investments because all must guarantee the primary surplus. And there was that to care the deficit".

Upon continuing with his conversation, he explains, "we that we were underlying to the IMF, we release ourselves of the IMF. We that we were not having no reservation, we go to arrive finally of the year with 300 billion of reserve dollars. We return ourselves deserving of the IMF. And the situation changed radically; we included the million of excluded that they were not taken into account. We were a capitalistic economy country without capital, without credit, without investment".

In this peregrinating of the president of Brazil, Lula da Silva made exactly the opposite of the neoliberal governments that proceeded to him, and there they are the results, thereinafter he let the presidency with a country watching toward the future. In Mexico on the contrary they are pawned in maintaining to the given country returns to the treadmill, bundle to the past and to the IMF. Of the difference between gymnastics and magnesia while Lula supports that "in little time will be the fifth power of the world, because the conditions are given", the tenant of Los Pinos Residence promises what is same, but for 2050.
