It is defended the application of evaluations, but "not to submit" to the national teaching
México. -  Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO), national leader of Morena, was pronounced in favor of the affirmations of the entrepreneur Alfredo Harp Helu (AHH), concerning to request dialogue above the repression against the teachers of the National Workers Coordinator of the Education (CNTE, for their initials in Spanish). AMLO celebrates the posture of the entrepreneur, in press conference, and said that supports it though in other circumstances may have questioned it. Asserted be against the pronouncements of Claudio X. González, because is "extremist and provocative. We remain ourselve with the posture of AHH; that there is dialogue, not to see us as enemies to destroy", to the teachers. AMLO considered that the federal government violated the federal Constitution upon retaining from past May the salary of the teachers of Chiapas, matter that "you were not known and it is up until now that was adjusted the salary situation". "The government would have to solve rapid, so that there is an environment of peace, of tranquility in all sides, to be administering the conflict, they are resolving drop by drop", underlined.   

Also it emphasized that your party that directs has expressed their support to the national teaching, because considers that it is an injustice that is wanted to impose the administrative reform - occupational. "They should have pedagogic evaluations to the teaching, but not to submit, be imposed, much less to bid farewell to the teachers, because is not obtained nothing". Paraphrasing Benito Juarez: "Nothing by the force, all by the reason and the right", and assured  that the federal government imposed the occupational - administrative reform that wrong is named by educational reform and it is to prejudice to the teachers and intends to solve all with the force of the State, crushing the dissent. The question that emerges is: "¿How is carried out an educational reform without the teachers? It is an absurdity, fortunately, that celebrate it, it is being rectifying, and that is very good, by the good of all of them.

Other demonstrations about the structural reforms, would be the criterion of the ex-elementary Education undersecretary, Olac Sources Molinar, one of the experts in the educational topic: the new educational model impelled by the SEP is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The academic in particular compares the educational model proposed by the State with the novel of Robert Louis Stevenson, Doc Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the one which approaches the disorder psychiatric that causes that a same person has two or more personalities with characteristic opposite. The model 2016 states the features and principles of a new school: collaborative, it centered in the student, with creative and motivated teachers that promote only fundamental learnings, a rational management and not bureaucratic, and modern and sufficient resources. If this is possible in the current conditions seems sound good.

However the proposal of the State, it is a curricular proposal, states of tedious way and in small letter formats, new version of the encyclopedic (French) with long knowledge references, competitions and attitudes that the students should acquire and accomplish.  "The selection criterion of topics is not the interest of the students neither their needs actually basic to improve their life and to understand certain essential things of the nature and the society, nor to stimulate their curiosity and capacity from learning. “The topics are selected as of the relentless requirements of the disciplines; apparently, each group of specialists we consider that you were the only one more important and that carried to the excess in the quantity of topics, as well as to the complexity isn´t manageable of many of them". In the proposal of 400 pages is warned the excessive of the pretensions of the curriculum and peaks in secondary, the most challenger and functionality lack of our scholastic levels. The educational expert refers the results of the tests PISA, where these are of a level less than elemental: about half of the basic education students is mathematically illiterate; and in reading, 40 percent they don’t has more than elemental literal comprehension. But the other topic is the inequality. The poor’s people leave much more wrong in knowledge that the less poor. “With the evaluations is wanted to assure that read comprehensively, that may have the opportunity of thinking, considering, of revising", but it is not thus. The educational authority elaborated of new a conventional curriculum.

Pedagogic speech with an approach and complex content
The proposal of the State outlines the official elaboration toward 2018, not on the tight wrong suit, seeks the criterion on the packing of this obsolete suit, mended and wrong cut by an inexperienced and without experience tailor. In this context would owe the State, to have already the periods and the short consulates, therefore must begin to prepare the first group of text books for that year. This is a great problem since there is no opportunity for a wide discussion, which carry to amend. Though has the topic of the teaching, overanalyzed and understood, and actually the consulate is on positions, and solutions pedagogics… Have elaborated the programmatic proposal and they have been forgotten that the students are human beings. Therefore it is deduced that the tests as: Pisa and other more they have been acted as if did not exist. The State yet it has not understood that it is an educational model, this is a model that was come managing from the century XIX, and the persons are not invented. It is an educational model that reflects the Mexican culture, and thus it has followed for many years, with innovations in important sectors, in the years 20’s, and 30’s (of the past century) with Rafael Ramirez. "This model is reproduced, is transmitted. When you thought in a model it is considered to manage a different thing that is going to navigate against the current during much time and you hoped …".

If our parents entered today to a school, apart from this would be felt familiarized. The model has not changed, and the only one problem is that is not assumed neither the meaning, nor the difficulty of the matter. It is not to build other building, it is not to buy other car. It is to change constructions very rooted in the people. It is begun to change with a proposal alternates of gradual change, guaranteeing minimal conditions to approve. But this proposal does not has the congruity of changing the perspective and to say that the basic equation must produce a shared culture of the citizen that enters to the world, of having an idea of the natural reality, of the processes of the life social… And that you must build built to go earning adept. The new model must be forged as of an idea preconceived to have what is ready. Thus the country will lose an opportunity more than to begin to leave of learning achievements. It will be inserted more disorder, confusion and in hands of a regime that it is in their natural decline. It is hoped that reflect the regime, that open in fact a discussion, that consider the reality of the schools and that finally, when are gone, delivered actually a proposal, and we avoid ourselves the episode of a regime that says to the following: you entrust you with of executing what me was occurred me".
