They only contribute happiness in the moment that you/they exist and later it is the hole of the life that can be terribly sad and distressing. When it is sought to substitute the delivery good with those ephemeral pleasures it can happen that these lead to the bad habits, to the corruption and that it increases the human misery more and more. In consequence, it is necessary to center the life in making good, in the love, and in turn, to harmonize the pleasures that they help to alleviate the tensions and dissatisfactions of the life. Jose Marti said that we limit ourselves, the taming of itself, the forge the personality, beautifies the life and it gives happiness. But in the event of conflict or when one has to opt, to lean for good must prevail about the momentary pleasures. For that reason, it is very important a free, personal elaboration, on what constitutes good for each one of us, as it is our personality and of thinking, our vital history and our social circumstances. However general precepts that are accepted as source of the human happiness exist. Alfonso Reyes, in his Moral Note, approaches them “from the most individual until the most general", “from the most personal until the most impersonal", we can imagine it, he says; "like a series of concentric circles", “we begin with the interior and we go playing another wider circle". According to Reyes, they are six basic precepts those that are part of the “good’s code"; the respect to our person in body and in soul; the respect to the family; the respect to the human society in general, and to the society in particular; the respect to the homeland; the respect to the human species; and the respect to the nature that surrounds us. Much before, Leon Tolstoi in their book 'Which my faith is', it sustained that they are five the conditions for the earthly happiness admitted generally all over the world: the power to enjoy the sky, of the sun, of the pure air, of the whole nature; the work that we like and we have chosen freely; the family harmony; the free and affectionate communion with all the men; the health, and the death without illness. Of course that there are other precepts that should be exalted and diffused: the attachment to the truth, the honesty, the justice, the austerity, the fondness, the affection, the non violence, the freedom, the dignity, the equality, the fraternity and true legality. Values and rights of our time should also be included, as the non discrimination, the diversity, the plurality and the right to the free manifestation of the ideas. In all the above-mentioned, not to stop to admit that in our families and towns a moral reservation of important values of our cultures that they have been come forging of the mixture of different civilizations, exists and in particular, of the admirable persistence of the great Meso-American civilization. In sum, these foundations for a loving republic should become a good’s code. With the result that we make the commitment to of summoning with this purpose to the elaboration from a moral constitution to specialists in the matter, philosophers, psychologists, sociologists, anthropologists and to all those that have something to contribute in this respect of mentioned the above-mentioned, as the venerable old men of the indigenous communities, men, teachers, family parents, the youths, the writers, the women, the managers, the defenders of the diversity and of the human rights, the practitioners of all the religions and the free thinkers. Unite elaborated time this moral constitution, we should make the commitment of fomenting these values by means of all the possible means. To introduce in the teaching the moral education, to give it all the importance that they have matters like the civism, the ethics and the philosophy; to spread virtues and to highlight positive examples in the media. The purpose is not only to stop the political and moral corruption that is sinking us as society and as nation, but establishing the bases for a future coexistence sustained in the love and in making good to reach the true happiness.
