Calderon defends the environmental calendar but in its administration it increases the gases effect hothouse

México. -   At Lima Peru it has just ended the UN’s Conference about the climatic change, call COP20. Their objective was to elaborate an outline for what should be the new world order on the world heating that replace to the protocol of Kyoto. When being approved in Paris in 2015 among their priorities it should have as objective to modify the current system of production, causing of the increase of 2.2 annual percent in gases of hothouse effect. To this rhythm the planet will go up four degrees Celsius at the century end with the effects already well-known and terrible. These effects are: bigger heat in the cities and field, massive migrations of the field invading the cities for the lack of water, work opportunities and hunger because the production of foods was stopped to generate for a reinforcement trade international, new plagues and terrible illnesses that not only the African populations are suffering, melting of glaciers, the arable lands will decrease due to the droughts and excessive heat.    In this twentieth conference that it concluded in Lima after 13 days of negotiations and 36 hours after that foreseen a document it was adopted that establishes the structure that will have the future global agreement on reduction of emissions of gases of effect hothouse, another it will be adopted in substitution of the obsolete one carried out in Kyoto. In the text of Paris a common and differentiated responsibility of the countries is recognized in front of the global heating and it is urged each government to assume the responsibility of reducing its emissions of polluting gases. Although the organizers say that it was a success, most of the organizations that gave pursuit to the negotiations manifested a great deception at the end of the works. The environmentalists point out that the product of the two weeks of discussion doesn't reach to formulate any specific action and that it leaves all the important decisions for the 2015 and they even sustain that the participants of the nations prefixed the political convenience on the scientific evidence.    We have three big corporate that so much in, China, as The States and the European countries with its industries besides Canada and Japan generates the third two parts of the gases that contaminate to the world and it was expected that this meeting finished well in order to assure the signature of an agreement binding in Paris disclosing its commitments to reduce its emissions of gases. The agreement was expected that a limitation went to two degrees Celsius the global climatic heating but they only said already more than the well-known although the country headquarters made investments so that they participated more than eleven thousand visitors belonging to the environmental organizations, official delegations and scientists sent by its countries. One of these facilities was a space dedicated to more than 200 meetings, a military barracks where the government from Peru almost wore out 60 million dollars, in such an enclosure the former president F. Calderon affirmed that the climatic change should finish the environmental topic and to declare it as a development topic, because there “isn’t way to solve the environmental topic without economic growth", he declared that “the biggest enemy in the forests is the hunger", and he added, “only way of long term economic development is to solve the climatic risk."   Deception  This president in her empty speech, said that she needs an economic model focused in the climatic risks to settle down, but during his government they deforest the forests to a bigger rhythm, failed the mediatic programs of the reforestation of the woods, big swamps were destroyed to build Spanish hotels, and the corruption continued as a cancer in evolution. The economic pattern that him impulse the social inequality increased and it concentrated even more the wealth in the small circle of economic power. In summary it is said that the agreements of COP20 are so limited that they avoid to go to the bottom of the problem, since the protocol of Kyoto settled down to attack the basic causes of the heating, the economic system of generation of gases was not modified on the contrary in none of their terms it was consolidated to allow to feel their influences until in the most secret areas in the blue planet.    The encounter carried out in the capital Peruvian failure with regard to the expectations that it generated, but it should understand each other the fact that the climatic phenomenon that is combating has complex backgrounds so much political as economic and that the measures are not only environmental and scientific. It is pertinent to remember, in this respect, the enormous imbalance that reigns in the world as regards contamination and degradation of the natural resources; while The States has 4 percent of petroleum, it consumes near 25 percent of the petroleum and coal, it is one of the biggest originators of gases of effect hothouse. From this  perspective it is not difficult to perceive like an international instrument that assumes its list and fix clear rules the environmental contamination of the countries inside the pattern of wild capitalism that reigns in good part of the planet that implies the submission from the governments to the interests of the big managerial conglomerate, for which to contaminate is a great business that remains to the margin of public regulations that they would subtract them profitability, can settle down and to be able to economic.   Fear to the future  In this to become of the wild capitalism we have one of the campaigns of the recurrent fear used by the bourgeoisie, the managers and the transnational companies, it is the fear to the communism, the Marxism-socialist and the distributive politicians. Their speech is simple; the political victory of such proposals bears the annihilation of the private property that supposes the worker's modern slavery, and the control of its feelings. The worker and peasant have to be controlled by a totalitarian system where the personal freedoms and the private initiative are a nuisance. These cyber-human ones think the same thing and they already get dressed similar with marks well-known, and they get dressed of black and white. In this authoritarianism context it wears off happiness, pain, suffering, dictatorship and mediocrity. With this futurist outline and deceptive they will be had to invent actions tendentiousness to combat it and to change it. Other economic models are disqualified and it is hated to the Marxism, socialism and communism; there is a systematic and methodical aggression toward their militants, and their proposals are combated and waste. If firm results are not obtained plans of campaigns of publicity of the right they are made in electoral times, and the institutional fear is guided toward strategies where the coup d’état is the solution to stop a complicated and horrible future. After all the society is kidnapped on behalf of the eternal and sweet salvation.  In this circumstance it is difficult to suppose to a government willing to the norms and negotiations among governments and to go to Paris in COP21 meeting and they can modify their interests economic globalizations and predators of the countries that have this power. Before this dirty situation we visualize the citizens on the whole in their collective action to defeat to the government indolence against the financial devastating action of the corporate ones as the unique course of possible action to stop the environmental destruction and to induce a model forcing to that the more nations prosper they change their consumption and production of their big industries so that we avoid all the global climatic catastrophe.
