Remember you like in the last administration, characterized by their political labor slave and anti-syndicalism that were executed in an implacable way by the former secretary of Work Javier Lozano Alarcon against miners and metallurgists, electricians and the own workers of the airline in difficulties, in sum the federal government who unchained the serious problem, was he ignored of the social and economic problem and it bet everything to the waste and death of those affected as a form of extinguishing the conflict. Legislators Luis Manuel Arias, Eliana Gonzalez, Fernando Cuellar and Agustin Barrios Gomez, they considered that “neither the ridiculous liquidations that offer neither any other palliative, the workers solve in precarious state of unemployment. The bottom of the matter is in preserving the employment source, but to the investors implied in particular they are blocked insistently". When receiving to a group of unemployed of Mexicana, the legislators considered that the offered liquidation doesn't solve the bottom problem, because the excellent thing is to preserve the work source. For Begona Lopez, spokeswoman of CMA’s workers, the process in that they are the negotiations mercantile -competition - it is not clear, because they have passed more than 30 potential investors and up to now all the competitions have been broken to save to the company. At the end of this matter it ibecomes imperative that the judicial instances in charge of the case speed up the solution; otherwise, the current government should begin to think about outlines of public intervention to guarantee the rights of the workers of CMA and even to make possible that the airline operates again. The matter is urgent, not only for the infuriating situation that many workers live, but because every day that passes in suspension of activities the airline its patrimony it is also shrunk, and because the national market of the air transport requires of a bigger competitiveness for the users' benefit and of the tourist sector.
