El senador Manuel Camacho Solís expuso que no se trata de cantidades menores, sino de muchos millones de pesos que ahora se destinan pagar espots en radio y televisión y que deben utilizarse para atender la emergencia principalmente para reconstruir viviendas, infraestructura y para reactivar la economía. Adelantó que el próximamente presentará una propuesta al respecto ante el pleno del senado. La senadora Dolores Padierna (DP) recalcó que por muchos motivos se debe frenar esa campaña mentirosa, con la que se pretende engañar a la opinión pública, al sostener que la reforma energética del gobierno no busca privatizar Pemex, peor lo principal ahora es que esos recursos millonarios se requieren para apoyar a los miles de mexicanos que perdieron sus casas y sus posesiones. Por separado, el senador David Monreal, del PT, advirtió que frente al desastre se requiere austeridad presupuestal y no nuevos impuestos. Planteó disminuir a la mitad los sueldos y prestaciones de los altos funcionarios federales, de gobernadores, legisladores, jueces, magistrados y ministros, así como de los consejeros del IFE y otros organismos autónomos. Con ello habría un ahorro de 50 mil millones de pesos, dijo, e hizo notar que debe cancelarse, asimismo, la compra de un nuevo avión presidencial que cuesta 300 millones de dólares, los cuales también podrían respaldar la reconstrucción de casi la mitad del territorio, a fin de que se levante del desastre. Hizo notar que los daños se calculan en alrededor de 100 millones de pesos y en el Fondo Nacional de Desastres Naturales (Fonden) hay apenas 12 por ciento de esa cantidad. El financiamiento, insistió, debe provenir del propio gobierno y no de nuevos impuestos. Los foros, dijo el senador, “arrancarán con el pie derecho” con la presencia de Cuauhtemoc Cárdenas Solórzano (CC) y representantes académicos, empresariales, sociales, del sector público y privado. Dejó claro, sin embargo, que para el PRI debe haber reforma energética “al costo político que sea”, porque ningún costo será comparable “si no hacemos nada”. Al entrevistarlo la comunicadora Carmen Aristegui, informó que le hicieron llegar un documento del PRI y de EPN donde está establecida la estrategia que se seguirá en el Senado para cumplir con ese cometido. Dijo que ese documento incluye la realización de los foros y los nombres de quienes fueron invitados, y “se señala de que todo está bajo control, todo encapsulado mediáticamente”. Es decir, “que no haya tanta difusión de los foros y ya establecen la ruta: dos semanas de foros controlados, tres días para elaborar el dictamen que tiene que ver con la reforma del 27 y 28 constitucionales y la aprobación el 15 de octubre. Los ciudadanos comunes se preguntan sobre sus pensiones, sobre el alza a los impuestos, la consolidación fiscal de las empresas no fue retirada del mercado de impuestos, ya que seguirán engordando a las empresas y los ricos con este plan de evasión de impuestos. La fuerza política de derecha En el partido del Panal presume de “una nueva forma de hacer política”. Los protagonistas de este episodio son: Mónica Tzasana Arrriola Gordillo (MAG), y el ex secretario particular de Elba Esther Gordillo, Luis Castro Obregón (LCO). En la víspera de su batalla política, trata de evitar su salida de la Secretaría General del Partido Nueva Alianza (PANAL), amenazando con un litigio al consejo nacional, que se realizará en Puebla. En esta coyuntura política donde la hija de la ex líder del SNTE, trata de “reventar” el consejo nacional, y en la batalla de la lealtad de los 400 consejeros nacional del Panal, LCO cuenta con el apoyo del comité nacional del SNTE, que ahora sustituye en la dirección nacional del sindicato nacional de maestros, Juan Díaz de la Torre, se enfrenta al poder de la familia que encabeza MAG, que cuenta con el apoyo de Rafael Moreno Valle (RMV), gobernador de Puebla, y consejeros de varios estados entre ellos, Chiapas, Distrito Federal y del Estado de México. Al gobernador RMV, le quedan 32 fieles seguidores políticos, pero a veces le calientan la cabeza al autodenominarse “institucionales”. La profesora EEG ahora se encuentra en el penal de Tepepan, se encendió en cólera al enterarse que su hija iba a ser echada del partido que ella creó. En la telenovela de Mónica Arriola ya entrada en sus treinta años, incursionó en política sin ingredientes nuevos, chocó con casi todos los dirigentes formales del partido creado por su madre y socios comerciales. Fue elegida diputada federal en la legislatura de 2006, el presidente del Panal le envió su “enlace legislativo”, pero la nueva diputada muy orgullosa lo corrió, pues había entrado por la puerta grande a la política, diciendo: “el licenciado Ruiz no puede nombrar a nadie sin consultarme”. El presidente le llamó para conocer su torpe decisión, contestando la hija soberbia de EEG, “Tu estás ahí porque te puso mi mamá, y si quieres nombrar a alguien lo tiene que consultar conmigo o con ella”. En esta telenovela amarga de sus dirigentes y creadores como Xiu Tenorio, quien puso el registro de su asociación política para que surgiera el partido, tuvo que renunciar antes que sufrir el castigo de ser destituido, y el primer presidente del nuevo partido, Miguel Ángel Jiménez Godínez, padeció más de una vez los maltratos de la soberbia hija de Gordillo. Es digno de mencionar que Luis Castro Obregón (LCO), llegó por los afectos familiares al círculo de poder de la ex líder alrededor de 1986. Los antecedente de este personaje para llegar al poder fue que conocía a la hija mayor Maricruz Montelongo de EEG, en la universidad y se hicieron amigos formando parte del equipo de asesores cuando el ex presidente Carlos Salinas le tocó la mano para colocarla en la Secretaría General del SNTE al renunciar su antecesor Jongitud Barrios. Con estos orígenes, varios jóvenes de la Universidad Iberoamericana colaboraron en el “fraude patriótico”, junto con la delegada general del PRI en Chihuahua. LCO hizo carrera política con EEG a partir de abril de 1989 convirtiéndose en su secretario particular. El relevo de la secretaría general Aunque LCO pensaba en otros lares y se fue a Europa teniendo en mente realizar una maestría que se convirtió a la postre en su curriculum. Se mantuvo primero en España como corresponsal de Notimex, y luego como agregado del organismo de inteligencia mexicano, Cisen debido a sus estudios en analista de inteligencia en las Universidades Carlos III y Rey Juan Carlos. Cuando se cansó y el apoyo no fue suficiente de la maestra, se regresó a estas tierras desconociendo a muchos de los dirigentes y líderes del SNTE. A España fue enviada MAG en 1994, debido a que estaba “un tanto extraviada de la vida” según su madre, y LCO se convirtió en su chalán no en su hermano mayor. Presumía LCO de su cercana relación con la maestra y repetía hasta el cansancio que no tendría ningún choque con ella. Al mantenerse esta relación en 2011, fueron elegidos como la dupla maravillosa y él ocupó la presidencia y ella en la secretaría general. Por su soberbia sus adversarios la acusan de haber enredado los acuerdos electorales con los gobernadores de Zacatecas, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala y Aguascalientes, y también de gastar millones de dólares en hoteles de lujo (su pata de palo) con cargo al partido, y más aún de haber desaparecido más de 45 días antes de los comicios pasados. Al quedar sola la hija de la maestra se debatía en el “cuarto de guerra” de sus asesores como se presentaría la renuncia: en una conferencia de prensa o si acudía al consejo a defenderse. Entre los asesores se destacaba Luciano Pascoe, tratando de dilucidar una salida digna a la mimada hija de la jefa, y se repetía con insistencia en los pasillos del partido el nombre de la sucesora, Sonia Rincón Chanona de Chiapas.
