Mexico. -   The rain of bombs, missiles and bullets of Israel that men, women, and Palestinian children kill are co-sponsored by Washington, since Israel is the biggest receiver of American military attendance in the world. To the date Israel has received 121 thousand million dollars in American support (some decades ago the support was economic but now it is devoted to the military thing), according to figures officials gathered in the most recent report in the Service of Investigations of the Congress (CRS) on the bilateral relationship. President Barack Obama requested 3 thousand 100 million dollars to attend militarily that country in the years district attorney 2014, which was approved in their entirety by the Congress. Of equal it is formed they granted 504 additional millions for investigation, development and production of the system Israeli anti-missiles and to improve systems combined missiles defense. For 2015, the government of Obama is requesting 3 thousand 100 million dollars in military attendance and almost 300 more millions for the systems of missiles.                 In 2007, the previously president George W. In March of 2013, in his visit to that nation, Obama reiterated that The States would maintain its commitment of offering military support multi-year (in all the other countries every year is only made). According to CRS, “the support military American has helped to transform the armed forces of Israel in some of the most technological and sophisticated of the world". It explains that this attendance has been designed to maintain “a qualitative military advantage” in front of the military forces of the region, something that the president has to constantly evaluate to assure that that advantage stays in front of any "threat” type to Israel. Noam Chomsky, one of the critics but ferocious of the politicians from Israel and the American support, he wrote this week on the severe human consequences of the most recent attack. It point out that even “when Israel is been 'good behavior', more than two Palestinian children is murdered every week, pattern that has continued in the last 14 years". And it will continue it, while it is supported by Washington and tolerated by Europe, in the face of our perpetual shame", (La Jornada, David Brooks).    The terrible torture of Gaza and Cisjordan At the three of the dawn of July 9, amid the most recent exercise of Israeli barbarism, I received the phone call of a young Palestinian journalist in Gaza. Malnutrition, lowers it carves and under weight it affects, respectively, to 34.3, 31.4 and 31.45 percent of all the children in its territories.
