Mexico. -   The Chamber of Deputies endorsed the integration of the organs regulators of the energy sector, but most PRI-PAN, with the collaboration of the PVEM and PANAL, rejected the proposal of its opponents to give them constitutional autonomy and to impede the analysis of that that on Wednesday (7/30/14), in the Senate the governor from California, The States, Edmund G.
