At the moment the GDP of these combined countries represents the fifth part of the world total, and each one of its members becomes the most powerful in the region where they are located each one of the five emergent countries. If we locate them in a globalization context the information on the base of the equality it is important, but at the same time their voices have multiplied derived of the organization. Some of them with imagination have tried to solve it by means of the innovation and structural reformations. In second place we see that the distribution rules and execution favor to the western powers. However we should use the platform of the World Media Summit (WMS), to support the levels of trust and to clarify the small problems that could arise. The organizations of the Brics should undertake the world coverings, with integration methods and being centered in cooperation projects that allow the application of the technologies of tips of the information.
