Mexico. -   The Universidad Veracruzana (UV) accomplished marches (03/10/16) in several cities of Veracruz to demand that the state government that heads Javier Duarte de Ochoa (JDO), pays to the institution the 100 billion of dollars that owe to them, in demand of a reform to the local constitution that guarantee to them to receive five percent from the budget from the entity and in rejection the reforms the law from pensions that was intending to formalize the state Executive. In their shift, Martha Patricia Domínguez Chenge, directress of the administrative and Social Sciences Faculty of the UV, denied that with 3 percent of the state budget the studies house cover their operative expenses. The rector recognized that the initiative that the governing JVO sent to the local Congress "can be a road so as not to depend on the judgment or the discretionally of an official". However, it must correspond to the magnitude of the UV, "without foreign commitment surcharges neither lateness in the opportunity of their administration". “Itemized that the efforts of the university community result in an advance in the respect".
