The insolence of the Mexican politics' adolescents has been confronted by an extensive group of citizens to demand that the registration is canceled the PVEM, for its violations reiterated to the effective law as regards political campaigns, and for the green kit -ridiculous and absurd gift - that offers to its voters. The political thought isn’t given, but how is it possible? That the governors of Chiapas, Tabasco and of the Mexico State they do report us its political campaigns with his image to newspaper in the newspaper and in the electronic means. Se busca el cambio de estafeta política en México

México. -   Las autoridades electorales “se van a amolar si quieren transar, comprar votos y arrasar”, esto porque el pueblo “ya está despierto y no van a poder cometer su fechoría” de siempre, advirtió Andrés Manuel López Obrador al dirigirles la palabra al pueblo chiapaneco. En su segundo día en la entidad, y dice “como si sobrara el dinero y no hubiera pobreza en Chiapas”. “Es alentador que los ciudadanos quieren un cambio y sí se puede, porque nuestro partido (Morena) no lucha por los cargos, el hueso  y el dinero, sino por la transformación de la vida pública del país, con un gran desafío de que sea de manera pacífica y sin violencia, a diferencia de la Independencia, la Reforma y la Revolución (Mexicana), que se realizaron de manera armada”. Sostuvo que “es toda una revolución de las conciencias, exige mucha información, orientación, concientización, organización del pueblo, es a pulso ir contra la corriente, contra la mafia del poder, pero sí se puede, porque depende del pueblo; los caciques duran hasta que el pueblo quiere, porque cuando el pueblo se decide a cambiar las cosas, no hay nada que lo detenga”. En estas elecciones del 7 junio. No sólo “es triunfar, sino sacar a México del atolladero, de la pobreza y la marginación, pues no se justifica que los mexicanos sufran ante una nación que tiene de todo, pero es un país rico con pueblo pobre; es una paradoja”. Expresó que “lo que estamos defendiendo hasta el final es que no se privatice la conciencia del ciudadano, porque si seguimos siendo libres, si no se privatiza la conciencia, si no nos compran, vamos a corregir las cosas, cancelar las llamadas reformas estructurales como la laboral, que afecta a los trabajadores; la educativa que lo hace con los maestros; la fiscal que perjudica a comerciantes, y la energética, porque el petróleo es de los mexicanos”.  Sostuvo que “si tenemos riquezas, un pueblo trabajador como México, ¿por qué la crisis de México? La respuesta es natural, es por el mal gobierno y por la corrupción. El principal problema de nuestro país es la corrupción”, la cual genera “desempleo, pobreza, inseguridad y violencia, porque unos cuantos se dedican a robar, a saquear, y no poco, muchísimo, no tienen llenadora”.  Además dijo que, “para entender y definir el régimen que existe en México el régimen que existe en México, estudiosos, filósofos, politólogos, sociólogos, académicos, e intelectuales le llaman a esta situación: oligarquía, neoliberalismo, y los dirigentes de izquierda retoman dicho término, pero eso no dice nada; la forma más sencilla de comprender es robo, pillaje, y saqueo”. Quien lo define de forma más clara, remarcó, es el escritor ruso León Tolstoi, quien afirmó que, “un gobierno que no procura la justicia no es más que una banda de malhechores”.  La insolencia Debemos recordar que los partidos políticos se forman para representar la diversidad y la pluralidad y los caracterizan las fracturas de orden: ideológico, étnico, sociológico, religioso y profesional de todos y cada uno de los integrantes de estos partidos. Los diversos intereses e ideologías se dan voz en estos partidos políticos y tienen una guía llegar al poder, y esta meta los distingue al articular demandas de organizaciones y ciudadanos en torno a intereses comunes y esto los distingue de organizaciones altruistas. En estos últimos 30 años de ideología de derecha en el poder, tanto del PRI como del PAN se nota el vuelo de estos al servir a los señores feudales y a los ricos hacendados en México. Hay ejemplos de partidos exitosos que aún en segundo plano que  construido una organización exitosa como la del partido Verde Ecologista de México (PVEM), que alrededor de un interés legítimo como es la conservación del ambiente y defender el mundo verde. Sin embargo estos jóvenes como partido se han convertido en una empresa privada, y todos a una tienen un talento particular, de una ambición que no tiene límites. Todos ellos si no se formaron alrededor de este partido serían cabilderos que como buenos porteros abren la puerta a los empresarios: el Congreso de la Unión de estos jóvenes empresarios sin ideología, ni deseo de conservar el medio ambiente. Al observar a todos ellos su gran capital es ser cortesanos del gran capital sino como ver que tienen amplios contactos con la vieja élite del PRI, y más aun sus relaciones profesionales con la oligarquía nacional. En sus referencias alrededor de la segunda mitad del siglo XX surgieron estos partidos ‘temáticos’, que se forman en Europa y en México alrededor de un asunto en particular. Este fenómeno en Alemania se dio entre un grupo de ciudadanos que preocupados por el medioambiente, el fracking y la protección de los recursos naturales convirtieron esta demanda por un mejor medioambiente en partido político. Aunque esto fue una sorpresa ya que habían sido críticos de los partidos políticos, por ineficientes,  no representan al ciudadano y en sus intereses no estaba conservar el medioambiente limpio y recursos naturales para el pueblo. Un ejemplo lo da Alemania en su actitud vinculado con la protesta estudiantil de los años 60, con Daniel Cohn-Bendit, que surgió del movimiento parisino del 68, por lo que la plataforma política del partido verde alemán fue de avanzada, de progreso, inmigración, social y de política económica de avanzada, (La Jornada, S. Loaeza). La comparación con el partido verde en México no tiene nada que ver, y es una falta de respeto que a pesar de las demandas en su contra siga siendo partido verde. Es un engaño y una postura equivocada en contra del pueblo mexicano, y es digno de recordar que es desconocido por la organización Partido Verde Europeo en 2009, y que siga ostentando su logo. Se ha convertido en un esperpento con todas sus propuestas de derecha y que diga que cumple con todas ellas. A pesar de que todas estas no representan ninguna relación con la plataforma política de socialdemocracia, y el abismo que tienen con las posiciones de izquierda de sus similares europeos. Si nos referimos a los programas políticos, sociales de la fundación alemana Heinrich Böll, al compararlos con el partido verde mexicano su talante autoritario y fascista permanece, y de los derechos humanos sobre el fracking, es un tema que de plano no les interesa. La insolencia de estos adolescentes de la política mexicana ha sido confrontada por un extenso grupo de ciudadanos para demandar que se cancele el registro al PVEM, por sus violaciones reiteradas a la ley vigente en materia de campañas políticas, y por el kit verde –obsequio ridículo y absurdo-  que ofrece a sus votantes. Con sus reiteradas burlas y sus estrategias de campaña tratan de cambiar las reglas y disposiciones de la ley vigente en la materia, y como legislativos se dedican a jugar apuestas en lugar de hacer su trabajo: legislar. En su Webpage se ahorran una gran cantidad de palabras ya que su ideario político y social son sólo imágenes, y con su comportamiento majadero y altisonante se pasan de la raya. El pensamiento político no se les da, sino ¿cómo es posible?, que los gobernadores de Chiapas, Tabasco y del estado de México nos reportan sus campañas políticas con una imagen suya a diario en el periódico y en los medios electrónicos. Como el PRI, el PVEM siguiendo la receta del dinosaurio nos recetan con dádivas, y con regalos viendo que somos un pueblo pobre: becas y vales para comer.  Cuando nos remitimos a su historia como partido político, se refiere a que en 1979 en San Ángel un grupo de vecinos preocupados se reunió para limpiar el río de su colonia. Como ahora se usa colocar a un miembro independiente –payaso, cocinero, conductor de un noticiario, o limpiaparabrisas- para postularlo a un puesto de elección popular, anteriormente a este engendro se le organizó y apoyó para dispersar el voto de la oposición y ese fue el origen inocuo que fue el partero de su nacimiento. Más allá de los casos de corrupción, este Frankestein creció hasta llegar a enfrentar al INE y a socavar la autoridad de este instituto malhecho, busca así brillar y reunir votos para seguir representando intereses de los ricos y del status quo.  (La Jornada, política, p.p. 12-21, 7 de Mayo, 2015).

A la par de la violencia los bloqueos en la periferia de la ciudad atacada es regular

México. -  Las jornadas de violencia a lo largo y ancho del territorio nacional perdura y no cesa por ninguna circunstancia como la ocurrida en Reynosa Tamaulipas el pasado viernes (17/04/15), donde la detención de tres narcotraficantes se saldó con bloqueos por sus aliados paramilitares y balaceras que dejaron tres civiles muertos, es una demostración del persistente quebranto del estado de derecho y la paz social que se vive en el territorio nacional, ajeno a la supuesta baja en los índices delictivos oficiales. En entidades como Jalisco y Tamaulipas, los homicidios se han multiplicado en los primeros meses del año; en Guerrero en donde supuestamente estuvieron buscando los cadáveres de los 43 normalistas hace mas de medio año y han sido halladas varias decenas  de cadáveres en fosas clandestinas. En Guerrero se ha observado  un incremento notable en el número de secuestros, y otros eventos similares ocurre en Veracruz y Michoacán; en esta última entidad persiste el clima de confrontación entre corporaciones delictivas escindidas de “los caballeros templarios”. Intentan rescatar a El Gafe La detención de un jefe de plaza del Cártel del Golfo identificado solamente como el Gafe, provocó que civiles armados y formados como paramilitares cogieran e incendiaran camiones de pasajeros y de carga para bloquear calles del centro de Reynosa Tamaulipas, y se enfrentaran con fuerzas de seguridad federales y estatales. Trascendió que integrantes de la organización criminal trataron de rescatar a su líder cuando las fuerzas federales lo trasladaban a la ciudad de México.  Las fuerzas paramilitares prendieron fuego a autobuses, incluido uno escolar, con los que obstruyeron los bulevares Hidalgo y Morelos del centro de la ciudad; lo mismo en otras vías de la colonia La  Cima y el puente Broncos. Durante la refriega se reportó un ataque a balazos contra la delegación local de la Procuraduría General de la República en el Bulevar Hidalgo. También hubo persecuciones y balaceras alrededor de la una de la tarde en las que participaron integrantes de las secretarías de la Defensa Nacional y de la Marian, acompañados de policías estatales y federales. En un comunicado, el Grupo de Coordinación Tamaulipas informó que tres civiles armados fueron abatidos y dos elementos de Fuerza Tamaulipas resultaron heridos. En redes sociales se informó que un helicóptero de la Marina fue derribado, pero no se confirmó oficialmente. Según la agencia Xinhua, una radiodifusora de alcance nacional reportó que otro aparato de la Policía Federal realizó un vuelo a baja altura en las zonas donde se desarrollaba el conflicto. Después de que estos paramilitares al servicio del Gafe atacaran la ciudad se conoce que las autoridades ya han retirado los vehículos incendiados y liberaron la circulación en el centro de la localidad de 610 mil habitantes, limítrofe con McAllen (Texas, sur), donde las autoridades habían cerrado dos puentes fronterizos. Por otra parte la ruptura interna del Cártel del Golfo y de los Zetas en Tamaulipas impide a la Comisión Nacional de Seguridad reducir los casos de secuestro en aquella entidad, informó el coordinador nacional antisecuestro, Renato Sales Heredia. Subrayó que “un grupo delincuencial no solamente se está enfrentando a otro de los que ustedes ya conocen, sino que ese mismo grupo se dispersó, y una vez dispersos se dedican, entre otras cosas, a extorsionar y secuestrar”. Después de poner en marcha la unidad antisecuestros, apuntó que para lograr mayor efectividad contra el secuestro es indispensable  dar seguimiento permanente a los procesados por este delito, a fin de conocer el tipo de relaciones que se construyen dentro de un penal. No se ha podido disminuir el secuestro debido a la escisión continua de esos dos grupos criminales que operan ahí. Se carece de una política que lleve una estadística de las fosas clandestinas A pesar de los esfuerzos oficiales por minimizar el impacto de la inseguridad en la percepción social, la violencia y el descontrol delictivo siguen afectando a la población en múltiples regiones del territorio nacional, y da la impresión de que el empeño por desviar la atención de tales problemas no logra más que acrecentarlos. Más allá de los virajes discursivos y en la comunicación social del gobierno, así como de ejercicios de simulación como el que ha venido realizando el gobierno federal en Michoacán, lo cierto es que, a más de dos años del inicio  de la actual administración, no ha habido en los hechos, un viraje real respecto de la estrategia errática y contraproducente de seguridad adoptada por la pasada administración. Las fuerzas armadas siguen siendo empleadas en tareas policiales ajenas a su mandato constitucional y se siguen reproduciendo los casos de abuso militar y policial, así como presuntas ejecuciones extrajudiciales, como la ocurrida en Tlatlaya el año pasado. Por lo demás, el país sigue careciendo de una política social, laboral, educativa y de salud capaz de actuar como factor preventivo contra la delincuencia; se mantiene  intacta una política económica que provoca desarticulación social, desempleo y marginación; prevalece la impunidad ante la casi totalidad de los crímenes perpetrados en la administración pasada, y se ha postergado el saneamiento de las corporaciones policiales de los tres niveles. Miembros de las fuerzas federales detuvieron a Jesús Salas Aguayo, El Chuyín, (17/04/15) uno de los principales líderes del narcotráfico relacionado con el cártel de Juárez, durante un operativo realizado en Villa Ahumada, Chihuahua. El detenido es identificado como el sucesor de Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, El Viceroy (preso el año pasado en Torreón), en el liderazgo de esa organización criminal fundada por Amado Carrillo Fuentes. Los militares llegaron durante la madrugada al poblado de Villa Ahumada a bordo de vehículos hummer y camiones que transportaron a 200 efectivos. Apoyados por cuatro helicópteros de la Marina  rodearon el rancho El Puente, propiedad de Salas Aguayo, cerca de la carretera Panamericana y de la caseta de cobro. La DEA cuenta con información del narcotraficante quien enfrenta acusaciones en Estados Unidos. En Michoacán elementos adscritos a la 43 zona militar con sede en Apatzingán, aseguraron un laboratorio clandestino que producía droga sintética. En Sonora fue asesinado Andrés Jiménez León, de 37 años en el ejido López Mateos. Mientras en Jalisco fue hallada una fosa clandestina en La Barca donde a finales de 2013 y principios de 2014 se exhumaron 75 cadáveres. Aunque se ha reactivado la búsqueda de más fosas clandestinas en esa zona cercana al lago de Chapala. En el ámbito de los derechos humanos se ha experimentado un estancamiento de las acciones oficiales para garantizar su observancia e incluso se ha asistido a ejercicios de la negación de la realidad respecto del clima de vulnerabilidad generalizada en que se encuentran las garantías individuales, como quedó de manifiesto  con el diferendo reciente entre la cancillería y la ONU respecto de la persistencia de la tortura en el país. En este tipo de circunstancias no es de extrañar que se presenten escenarios de estallido de violencia como el que ocurrió en Reynosa. El incumplimiento del Estado como garante de la seguridad pública y de la observancia de la legalidad representa un desgaste  político que conduce, a corto y a mediano plazo, a la ingobernabilidad, como ya se ha constatado en diversas entidades. Frente a ello, el optimismo oficial constituye  una postura equivocada como riesgosa para resolver uno de los problemas más ominosos de cuantos padece la población. Es necesario que el gobierno federal muestre voluntad política para reconocer la realidad vigente y para afrontarla de manera inteligente y responsable. El mundo no está a favor de la muerte y de la destrucción con bombas nucleares

México. -  Es un viejo debate en América de cómo mejorar los medios de expresión y propaganda, donde la educación apoyará en esta mejora. Esta polémica ya tiene un siglo en el contexto de la Primera Enmienda de la Constitución, que prohíbe al gobierno actuar para impedir la publicación. Y nótese que no protege la libertad de expresión, ni bloquea el castigo por expresarse a diferencia de México. En realidad no hubo muchos casos relativos a la Primera Enmienda hasta el siglo XX. Antes de eso la prensa del país gozaba de libertad, y había una amplia variedad de publicaciones de todo tipo: revistas, diarios, y panfletos. Los Padres Fundadores de esta gran nación creían en la libertad de información, y se hicieron muchos esfuerzos por estimular la más amplia variedad posible de medios independientes. Sin embargo, la libertad de expresión nunca se protegió con fuerza. Las decisiones sobre la libertad de expresión comenzaron a tomarse alrededor de la Primera Guerra mundial, pero no en los tribunales. Apenas en la década de 1960 Estados Unidos instauró un alto nivel de protección de la libertad de expresión. En el periodo entreguerras hubo extensa discusión  en el marco de lo que se llamaba libertad “negativa” y “positiva”, siguiendo a Isaiah Berlin, de lo que la Primera Enmienda significa en cuanto a la libertad de expresión y de prensa. Había una corriente, llamada a veces “libertarismo corporativo”, que sostenía que la Primera Enmienda debería referirse a la libertad negativa; que el gobierno no puede interferir con el derecho de los propietarios de los medios a hacer lo que quieran. La otra corriente era de la democracia social, y salió del Nuevo Trato después de la Depresión y del primer período posterior a la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Esa corriente sostenía que también debía haber una libertad positiva; en otras personas, que las personas debían tener el derecho a la información con fundamento de una sociedad democrática. Esa batalla se libró en la década de 1940, y el libertarismo corporativo ganó. Estados Unidos es un país poco común en este aspecto. En ninguna otra parte del mundo no hay nada como la BBC. La mayoría de los países tienen algún medio nacional que es tan libre como la sociedad; Estados Unidos relega eso a los márgenes. Los medios son entregados básicamente al poder privado para que ejerza sus capacidades como le plazca. Libertad de expresión negativa Esa es una interpretación de la libertad de expresión en términos de libertad negativa; el Estado no puede intervenir para afectar lo que los propietarios privados deciden hacer. Existen algunas restricciones, pero no muchas. Las consecuencias son en gran medida un control de las ideas como el que describe  (George) Orwell, y que Edward Herman y N. Chomsky examinaron en gran detalle. Una forma de superarlo es la educación, pero otra forma de regresar al concepto de la libertad positiva, que significa reconocer que es una sociedad democrática concedemos gran valor al derecho de los ciudadanos a tener acceso a una amplia gama de opiniones y creencias. Eso, en Estados Unidos significaría regresar a la que de hecho era la concepción inicial de los fundadores de la República; que debe haber, no tanto una regulación gubernamental sobre lo que se dice, sino más bien apoyo gubernamental a una amplia variedad de opiniones, y a la recopilación e interpretación de noticias, lo cual se puede estimular en varias formas. Gobierno significa pueblo; en una sociedad democrática, el gobierno no debe ser una especie de Leviatán que toma decisiones. Existen importantes proyectos de la sociedad civil que intentan desarrollar medios más democráticos. Es una gran batalla por el enorme poder del capital concentrado, el cual, por supuesto, intenta impedirlo de todos los modos posibles. Pero es una batalla que lleva mucho tiempo, y existen asuntos fundamentales en juego, entre ellos los referentes a la libertad negativa y positiva. Tal vez haya intentos de hallar información con el propósito de subvertir a los medios, y se menciona que puede ser debido al impacto de los algoritmos y burbujas de búsqueda. Todo mundo usa motores de búsqueda y usa el internet; pero su utilidad existe más o menos en la medida en que se tienen privilegios. “Privilegiado” es una persona con suficientes estudios previos y con recursos para saber lo que se busca. La gran red es una biblioteca y sabemos qué buscar y a veces no sabemos interpretar lo que vemos dependiendo de nuestra formación profesional y técnica. En el caso del sistema Google, no es neutral y refleja los intereses de los anunciantes al determinar qué es prominente y qué cosa no lo es, y para poder abrirnos paso por el laberinto de la información debemos usar la educación y a la organización que nos permita salir adelante. El público no está a favor de la destrucción con bombas atómicas Eso está allí, así que en principio podemos ser biólogos, pero claro que no tiene ninguna utilidad si no sabemos qué buscar y no sabemos interpretar lo que vemos,  todo esto vemos que como individuos estamos limitados en lo que podemos llegar a entender, las ideas que desarrollamos, incluso cómo pensar. Así que si estamos aislados, eso restringe en mucho nuestra capacidad de tener y evaluar ideas, ya sea por ser un científico creativo o un ciudadano funcional. Existe una razón por la que el movimiento laboral siempre ha estado a la vanguardia contra la supresión de la información, por ejemplo con programas de educación para trabajadores, que en un tiempo tuvieron gran influencia tanto en Gran Bretaña como en Estados Unidos. La decadencia de lo que los sociólogos llaman “asociaciones secundarias”, en las que la gente se reúne para buscar e inquirir, es uno de los procesos de atomización que conducen a que las personas se aíslen y se enfrenten solas a esta masa de información.  Así, la red es un instrumento valioso, pero como en todos los instrumentos, necesitamos estar en posición de poder utilizarlo, y eso no es tan sencillo. Requiere un significativo desarrollo social. En cuanto a las instituciones deberían ser menos estúpidas que lo de siempre. En este contexto depende de la institución que se trate. Se mencionaron dos: una es el gobierno en control de una capacidad nuclear; la otra es el sector privado, que en gran medida está controlado por concentraciones bastantes cerradas de capital. Requieren enfoques diferentes, con respecto a la situación del gobierno, requiere desarrollar una sociedad democrática funcional, en la que una ciudadanía informada desempeñe un papel central en la determinación de políticas. El público no está a favor de la muerte y la destrucción con armas nucleares, y en este caso sabemos en principio cómo eliminar la amenaza. Si el público participara en el desarrollo de la política de seguridad, creemos que esa estupidez institucional podría superarse. Existe una tesis en la teoría de las relaciones internacionales respecto a que el primer interés de los estados es la seguridad. En realidad si sacamos una lupa veremos que el Estado busca la seguridad de los sectores privilegiados de la sociedad: los sectores que posee en poder del Estado. Existen abrumadoras pruebas, pero por desgracia no tenemos tiempo de revisar.  (La Jornada, Noam Chomsky). Si se construye una sociedad democrática funcional se podrá superar esta disfuncionalidad y desde luego el tema de la concentración del poder privado también existe básicamente un problema de democratización. Una corporación es una tiranía, ya que el poder reside en la cima y las órdenes se envían abajo nivel por nivel, y en la parte más baja uno tiene la opción de comprar lo que produce. La población y los accionistas no pueden decidir lo que el corporativo hace. Todo esto es el resultado de la lucha de clases, y es cuestión de democratizar la vida social, política y económica de las instituciones. (La Jornada, política, p. 2, 18 de Abril, 2015).

They sometimes close in front the street of Chabela to organize events of course without permission of the municipality; fights of ferocious dogs to create fear in the colony; in the months of December and January like inhabitants of Guadalajara are devoted to fasten big fires and they like to make it under the trees, either of the colony or of the park.  .   The streets of the colony have oil pavement contrary to Santa Anita that has their paved streets hit with earth to finish your car, and in each block there are 3 maximum on the street, we say, for if you are happened to run. Nacional Las pandillas son dueñas de las calles y colonias Barra 52 Por: Carlos Damián                                         14 de Mayo, 2015 Se reconoce que las pandillas en las colonias son fuente de delincuentes México. -   Entre las diversas e-mails que estoy atendiendo llego a una que me toma por sorpresa de la manera como toma el fenómeno de las pandillas productoras de maras en el país, y dice: “Estoy en una cruzada para terminar con la pandilla que se apodera de la colonia”  ya que los vecinos de esta localidad suburbana de Guadalajara MX se han formado para molestar y robar a los vecinos de Santa Anita, Tlajomulco. De tal manera que han disminuido los integrantes de la junta de vecinos, hasta que tuvieron otra intención debido a la falta de éstos, y se dedicaron a integrar otra pero sólo con mujeres de la vela perpetua y cómplices. Los robos parecen haber disminuido y los vecinos problemáticos se coordinan  para robar las casas abandonadas, y al principio de 2004 se integraron como cómplices al destrozar el carro tejano abandonado de un vecino con ladrillos, peñascos y garrotes a la entrada de la colonia. Se repartieron los pedazos del carro la pandilla junto con la Chabela, tenemos a un joven Charly que trae una moto (los motorolos) junto con otros 8 jóvenes y el padrastro trae un carro Ford blanco, modelo 2003 con matricula JDG9643, y este Charly es el responsable del incendio de la casa  que se encuentra en Ojo de agua #46, a la que robaron después de destrozarla ya que es un almacén de fierros viejos de tráiler, y de ese lugar se llevaron una mesa grande de fierro que fue a dar con Chabela. Aunque hasta la fecha esta finca sigue sirviendo de lugar de recreo para la pandilla ya que sigue estando sin habitantes, pero se encuentra toda llena de boquetes. Se caracterizan por decir que la “plaza ya la compraron”, a esta plaza ya le colocaron pilotes cortos de madera para sentarse y ponerse de acuerdo en sus fechorías, y se encuentra en la esquina de Ojo de Agua y Agua dulce  por coincidencia cerca de la ‘gerente’ de la colonia. Pero los chicos no han dejado de realizar travesuras al golpear con su pelota profesional los fierros viejos y abandonados que llaman juegos infantiles. De esta manera destrozan los pocos árboles que quedan ya que esta docena de chicos entrenados para el mal  y se corresponden con la docena de vecinas integradas al club de la vela perpetua. En esta área suenan los nombres: el chino) Ojo de agua #290) carro blanco Hyundai (JFU-4639), y Erick junior, ‘el taquero’ (ojo de agua #268), el cual parece tener un “deshuesadero” de autos chuecos y calientes, (JGH263-GM Negra) que le traen sus hijos de California, USA. Además de taquero “a veces” en la noche combina su trabajo en el día como chofer de camioneta escolar Van (GBF 8695), y da servicio en la chatarra en días hábiles a la escuela López Mateos, que se encuentra en Privada Ocampo, Tlaquepaque. Al comenzar a vivir la colonia le enfant terrible, Jaime junior en los años: 2003, 04, 05 se dedicaba con la pelota profesional a romper los vidrios de la escalera y de la fachada, debido a que recién se había retirado la vigilancia de la constructora.  Se dedican a sus travesuras como: darte consejos a gritos, dejar la camioneta del taquero en la línea amarilla de la plaza, estos tuvieron su clímax cuando iban de casa en casa golpeando los carros con su pelota y garrote para que estuvieran sonando a medianoche (2006, 07, y 08), y como no saben el uso de la cochera siempre dejan su carro mal estacionado afuera. Por lo regular en estos últimos años sacaba al perro que mantenía con otros vecinos en propiedad, amarrado con una correa de 8 metros para visitar el frente de las casas y el perro se dedicaba a hacer sus porquerías. Ahora se integraron en un club donde se dedican a pasear sus perros “pit bull” y a dejar las porquerías de los perros sin usar correa y en la calle abandonadas en los jardines de las casas. En ocasiones se dedican a hacer peleas de perros frente a la casa de Chabela, con un sujeto que colocan para que el perro lo muerda y todos divertidos. El padre se dedica en su tiempo libre que en los fines de semana en la esquina enfrente de su casa a tomar cerveza y tequila, y no contento con esta situación, invita a los niños que lo rodean, y para los padres este pervertido es normal. Algunas casas parecen abandonadas (Agua clara 15, Ojo de agua 232, 254 y 262), y muchas están en venta, por la presión de las pandillas. Al caer de la simpatía general de la vela perpetua, ellos comienzan a destrozar la casa, a golpear los carros debajo de tu ventana, a jugar soccer enfrente de tu casa a medianoche, y al llamar a la policía están de acuerdo ya que les hablan y siguen después jugando como si nada, hasta las 3 de la madrugada. La azotea es común a toda la cuadra y es propiedad de las pandillas, te vierten en el tanque ciertos líquidos, aceite sucio de brujería, que derraman sobre los coches, y te levantan el domo para entrar por la azotea. Si en determinado momento no te quieren van a decirte a tu casa que te odian y desean que abandones tu casa, pero esta discriminación es absurda ya que no te regalan la casa y no te la compran, ya que este crédito es de INOFNAVIT y FOVISSTE. Como no conocen de leyes y reglamentos se estacionan con una mitad del carro hacia su casa y la otra mitad hacia fuera, -no sabemos quien les dio su licencia de conducir-  al tirar agua de su menudo que el fin de semana siempre comen te tiran el agua a la banqueta de tu casa y la calle, como no tienen nada que hacer las señoras a veces salen de su casa a hablar por celular desde tu jardín enfrente de tu casa, y se te quedan viendo al reclamarles que no es un zoológico, porque se encuentran frente a tu puerta a verte de frente. Recuerdo cuando me dedicaba a cocinar un pedazo de carne (un kilogramo) en mi rejilla para asarlo y para mi sorpresa me rodearon estos chicos pidiéndome comida, pero les dije que no era comedero público, algunas casas para ellos es especial por su iluminación ya que cuando llegaron los primeros pobladores de la colonia se dedicaban a hacer coros enfrente de mi casa y asombrarse y con su aullido al prenderse las luces de noche y entonces se convertían en coyotes.  Esta gente rural que viven en lo márgenes de la gran ciudad en verdad son raros  y exóticos.  Al llegar a esta colonia se comportaban como nuevos ricos y ciudadanos del mundo  ya que se dedican: a regalarnos el fin de semana con un escándalo debido a que trabajan con Disk jockey, con dos grandes bocinas estereofónicas a todo volumen (2m x 1.5m) hasta altas horas de la noche, usan la electricidad como quieren ya que no tienen medidor de luz y a veces se dedican a armar su escenario usando la máquina soldadora.  A veces cierran la calle enfrente de la Chabela para organizar eventos sin permiso de la municipalidad por supuesto; peleas de perros feroces para crear miedo en la colonia; en los meses de diciembre y enero como habitantes de Guadalajara se dedican a prender grandes fuegos y les gusta hacerlo debajo de los árboles, ya sea de la colonia o del parque. Las calles de la colonia tienen pavimento de chapopote a diferencia de Santa Anita que tiene sus calles empedradas pegadas con tierra para acabarte tu carro, y en cada cuadra hay 3 topes digo, por si se te ocurre correr. Les gusta recoger la pelota profesional en el jardín de los vecinos,  te golpean con la pelota si se te ocurre a altas horas de la noche llegar cansado de la fábrica,  se sienten ofendidos si no los saludas y te echan el perro y como los acompañan algunos adultos en sus travesuras y ellos no tienen remedio más que seguirles la corriente. La Chabela trabajaba en la escuela en tiendita escolar, después trabajaba como empleada en Periférico Sur. Han cambiado ahora los chicos ya que se casaron pero siguen teniendo las mismas malas costumbres. Al principio era destrozar, como a Pepe que destrozaban ellos su candil que colocaba enfrente de su casa grafitada –ya lleva cinco candiles rotos- , pero como la yerba cuesta, ya le roban el candil y ya se cambian de esquina para que los vecinos no los identifiquen. Roban el cable de la bomba de agua, y los precaristas se dedican a este robo. Las calles están carentes de nomenclatura, además están alterados para que no los identifiques. Ahora ya colocaron arbotantes y estos iluminan la entrada de la colonia. La iglesia del pueblo durante los meses de diciembre, enero y febrero tiene una guerra contra el descanso ya que con sus enormes cuetes que lanzan al aire no te dejan dormir.
