Mexico. – The President Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN), diffused yesterday a message in which qualified of ”revolting, painful and unacceptable” the facts had happened for 11 days in Iguala, Guerrero; he regretted the violence against students, and he offered that their government will look for to locate to the responsible ones to apply the law and to prevent that the “most minimum crack of impunity persists". After the tiresome speech, the national commissioner of security, Monte Alejandro Rubido, announced that the Gendarmeria National, supported by the Army, assumed the task of Public security in that municipality. On the other hand, the General Procurator of the Republic, Jesus Murillo Karam, informed that the dependence to its position has assumed the judicial investigation of the massacre. The declarations and the referred actions constitute a commendable, but late answer, to the unheard homicides and disappearances of students (School Rural) of Ayotzinapa for municipal police troops aided by squadrons of the death and armed until the teeth, they are these gunmen of the organized delinquency that carried out the multiple crimes together with the municipal police.    It must verify that in the face of this tragedy so much the state authorities as federal have reacted in erratic and misleading form. Guerrero's governor, Angel Aguirre Rivero, allowed four days to happen before of requesting to the state Congress the municipal president's outrage of Iguala municipality, Jose Luis Abarca Velazquez (JAV), as long as the federal Executive was limited, until some days ago, to exhort to the state authorities to that they took the responsibility of the investigations and of the procurement of justice, and the Department of the Interior Minister, Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, affirmed that the massacre of Iguala “it was a local matter", (La Jornada, 7/10/14).    They will be received in Bucareli the relatives of 43 missing youths  The Federation of Socialist Rural Students from Mexico (FECSM), it blocked yesterday (10/2/14) the Freeway of the Sun (Mexico-Acapulco) in support to the Normal of Ayotzinapa and to demand that it is presented with life to the 43 missing students between the night of Friday and the dawn of last Saturday at the hands of municipal policemen of it Equals, in Warrior's State. The demands of the FECSM were the presentation with the 43 missing students' life from previous Friday (26/9/14), I punish the responsible materials and intellectuals of the murder of three students of the Normal one of Ayotzinapa, of a young soccer player of the club of Hornets of Chilpancingo (State’s capital), of the chauffeur of the bus of the sportsmen and of a woman that traveled in a taxi.  Also they demanded the exit of Guerrero's governor and the mayor's apprehensions with license of Iguala, Jose Abarca (JAV) and of the secretary of municipal public security, Felipe Flores Velazquez (FFV). for some weeks, the State Coordinator of Workers of the Education (Ceteg) of the UAG, of the College of High School; it was summoned to a commemorative manifestation by the 46 anniversary of the slaughter of October 2 (1968), but due to the situation of violence, he/she remembered yesterday to carry out a combined action, to which thousands of citizens coming from different points of the Mexican nation were added.  The march that came out of the vicinity of the park Margarita Maza de Juarez, in the north of Chilpancingo, advanced slowly, to the degree that the journey of about 6 kilometers almost lasted four hours. The teachers of the Ceteg claimed that the secretary of Education of the state (SEG) it suspended in an arbitrary way the classes in Chilpancingo and in other municipalities, what was supposed that it was, "rather of putting fear to the family parents and their children."    The mobilization was developed without incidents, except for some spots in public buildings; the demonstrators retained for some minutes to a civilian that was said to be policeman and take it pictures to the assistants not according with the current situation. They settled in a sit-down strike in the north-south rail of the Freeway of the Sol, and 90 minutes later they arrived at ‘El Marques’. There they installed a sit-down strike in the place where in December of 2012 two students of the Ayotzinapa’s School were murdered. He blocked it concluded minutes after the 21 hours, then that Government secretary (JMG) would receive on Friday to a commission of family parents and students of Ayotzinapa. In turn, Vidulo Rosales Sierra (VRS) lawyer of the Center of human rights of the Mountain Tlachinollan, in charge of the case of the disappearance of the 43 students accused the state government of having given time of escaping to the mayor of Iguana, JAP and to the secretary of SP, FFV. "They could stop them when the mayoralty civil servant went yesterday to present its license to the town council", he reproached.        Rosales (VRS) he noticed that in the international community there is a lot of concern: "It is one of the disappearance facts (murder) of more serious people in Mexico (after the 68’s), it is an unusual fact, for that reason today we will elevate a petition of precautionary measures to the Interamerican Commission of the human rights (ICHR), so that he requests to the Mexican government that protects the life of the 43 students". Of their side, Rural students of the Normal School from San Marcos, as well as students and teachers of the UAZ, carried out yesterday three different marches in the capital of Zacatecas to remember the massacre of Tlatelolco (68). In the manifestations they demanded to Guerrero's governments and federal that “all of them the missing students of Ayotzinapa appear". Meanwhile in Morelia, Michoacan, about 5 thousand students and integral of social organizations they participated in the commemorative march of the Tlatelolco’s slaughter and they also offered back to Guerrero's students.  Local matter    However remember the indolent attitudes of the federal and state governments they come before from a lot of time. Abarca’s links (JAV) with groups of the organized delinquency (Cartels of the drugs) and the fact that this practically had to their service to the police of the municipality they were object of multiple accusations from last year, and to what you see, no superior institution considered necessary to investigate such conjectures. To mention an it graphic button, at the end of last May they were kidnapped, tortured and murdered in Iguala three social activists: Cardinal Arturo Cardenas Cardona (ACC), Felix Rafael Banderas Roman and Angel Roman Ramirez, in the event of the first one mentioned it is accused the mayor directly of murdering it with their own hands according to a witness that was not taken into account. Immediately they were accused by their partisans and the widow of ACC they accused immediately to Abarca Velazquez (JAV) of the homicides, and several local voices, seconded by senator Dolores Padierna, they pointed out nexuses of the now fugitive with drug dealers groups that operate in the region (Los Guerreros). In an inexplicable way, the state attorney's office refused to investigate of occupation the conjectures, as long as the General Procurator of the Republic abstained from beginning a previous verification for organized delinquency. In having summarized conjectures it is urgent to correct the omissions that have paid the land for the murders of students made among the 26 and 27 of September, to clear without place to doubts the destination of the missing students, to clarify the reasons of the massacre of Ayotzinapa -continues in the mystery -, to identify the material and intellectual authors fully, to present them before the corresponding jurisdictional organisms and to restore the social peace in all the municipality s of the entity.
