The same as EG, Michel Angelo Martinez (MAM) it points out that, indeed, most of the wallet of the clients is old and neither had it known about anomalies in Ficrea, when months before deciding to invest in this financial society it looked for the financial record in those dependences, and they didn't find anything negative. An important part of the savers of the great bank fraud of 2014, who they went to the SG is due to that have grieved for two weeks they knew that the authorities regulators of the financial system had knowledge of irregular operations that foresaw the great frauds from last March and they didn't warn to anybody they not even inscribed it  in the financial record of the government dependences so that the savers knew the destination of their savings. "Of March to the date the wallet of clients was duplicated. In March the authorities had the red focus. The responsibility is of the authorities. How little mother has them! The savers denounced, Jorge Montes de Oca, Erasmo Pimentel, Enrique Gracia, Oton Balcazar, Carlos Robles, Julio Rodriguez, and Rubén Castillo, among others defrauded, they were presented in the Senate to say that ”the financial authorities lied us and they betrayed. They have given us contradictory reports and they accuse us that for lack of financial culture it passed the fraud, but this made it the authorities for their inefficiency, supervision lack and regulation". on the other hand, the senator Mario di Constanzo asserted that “PRD will propose an agreement point in the next session of the Permanent Commission that will be carried out the next one January 7, in which will request the appearance of the executives of the Secretary of Treasury (SG), Luis Videgaray; CNBV, Jaime Gonzalez Aguade; and General Attorney's office of the Republic (PGR), Jesus Murillo Karam, so that they inform to the what a Congress it happened in the case. Which the diagnosis is, because without a doubt, contrary to what you/they affirm the authorities, there were a late, clumsy and accomplice intervention”, (that until they warned from the federal government to the majority owner so that it escaped without punishment).    "We see an accelerated liquidation of the company, which looks for to cover the omission and the government's officials' inability", the senator said. For it what we see is hurry to cover the omissions, because in the nose of the PGR, the Condusef and the CNBV it passed the fraud.  The omission of the authorities is so big that ht calls to suspicion."      Erasmo Pimentel, one of those defrauded, sustained: "The authorities that should protect us and to defend, they lied us, they betrayed and they accuse of lack of financial culture. They had given us the hope that we will recover it all our patrimony, but it was only to take time and to give us the stab in the back and traitor. "How it is possible that Ficrea had a growth of 50 percent in one year and the financial authorities didn't notice. They lie when they say that they paid us 10 percent of interests. That percentage was for the savers that contributed bigger capitals to 333 thousand three hundred dollars.  Among the government's contradictions the following ones stand out: "Last Friday they told us that we were 6 thousand 848 savers. Then that 6 thousand 300. Yesterday that 6 thousand 203. But making bills, of 25 thousand investment units that they say that they would play us to each one, we are only 5 thousand 145. They have to explain to us that it happened". All they demand justice and recovery of their money and lifelong savings. This robbery to the savers was rubbed in the face to these dependences and they didn't make anything, For it what we see is hurry, omission, and it suspects because it is so big the robbery that it doesn't leave place to doubts, the complicity of the authorities and the scorn to the savers.  (La Jornada, politica, p.p. 3-5, December 24, 2014
