State urged to sell all their energy sources to the foreigner and to be empty

Mexico. -   Member of the meeting of directors of the transnational energy Sempra and old representative in Mexico of the interests of the Grupo Carlyle -a global funds of investments with headquarters in The States involved in oil and military projects -, Luis Tellez Kuenzler (LTK), resident of the Mexican stock exchange (BMV, for their initials in Spanish), it was proposed by president Enrique Peña Nieto to be part of a technical committee that it will make decisions on the use of the oil revenues in an instance created starting from the reformation that it opened the industry to the private capital or that it went into effect in August past. One of the four candidates proposed by EPN is LTK who has occupied the secretaries of Energy in the public sector and of Communications and Transports.     In Felipe Calderon’s six years it became public a phone conversation in which the executive of the BMV accused Carlos Salinas de Gortari of having “stolen” the secret departure of the presidency of the Republic, monetary resources that were managed in Los Pinos residence without surrendering bill on their use in that administration. The other three candidates that president EPN proposed for independent consultants of the Mexican Fund of the Petroleum (FMP, for their initials in Spanish) they are: Arturo Fernandez Perez, rector of the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM, for their initials in Spanish); Carlos Garza Ibarra, executive of the Mexican multinational Cemex; and Federico King Heroles, consultant president of Mexican Transparency, a non government organization that has “certified” countless of bids basically in CFE and Pemex. The committee in charge of the administration from the FMP to the one that, of being endorsed by the Senate the presidential proposal, Luis Tellez will be integrated, it is the key instance of administration of the derived resources of the assignments and contracts of exploitation of the oil resources, in accordance with the first article of the law that generated that instance, published in the Official Newspaper of the Federation August 11 past.      That instance of decision, call in the law “technical committee of the FMP", it is composed of seven members: three representatives of the State (of the secretaries of Treasury and Energy and of the Bank of Mexico) and four independent.  In accordance with the law that generated the Fund, “the independent consultants of that instance won't be able to occupy, during the time of their appointment, any employment, position or commission of any nature, in the federal government, of the federative or municipal entities, except for the services that they lend in educational, scientific, cultural institutions or of charity. Either they will be able to carry out activities or to lend services in the private sector when it implies it a conflict of interest". The president of LTK'S Mexican stock exchanges is also member of the meeting of directors of Sempra Energy, multinational company with headquarters in California. Inside the directory it participates in corporate government's committees, environment, health and security; and in another that advises to the company to develop projects of investment of gas liquefied in the region of America of the North, in accordance with the Webpage of the company. In January of 2004 and until before incorporating to Ministry of Communications and Transports in the Calderon’s administration; LTK was the representative of the Grupo Carlyle.   "Luis Tellez was part of the Grupo Carlyle, then what is making is to give it one seat to the group Carlyle in the committee of the FMP", the economic analyst Alfredo Jalife-Rahme commented (AJR), on the presidential proposal made to the Senate. "It is necessary to say that the Group Carlyle is of the family Bush - former president from The States -, James Backer was also, former secretary of State of that country", he added.  The group Carlyle is “the operative octopus” of the calls you ‘private equity funds’ that trades on the stock exchange not even, he said. The governors, allies and accomplices, have their trap and trick; it is to convince to the country that is a good idea to place transnational energy that will fix and to make continuous the energy supply so much in the petroleum and in the electric power, since if you realize today they are failing the supplies and they are too expensive, but when the transnational ones arrive everything it will get ready and they will lower the prices, what they will really make these transnational energetic is that they will normalize the supplies and prices of the energy in the country, equaling these factors with the other countries: it price and supply. In sum they will be the saviors and the pirate Morgan with its attackers from the Caribbean they conquered the country in spite of the complaints of the citizens aware of the great robbery from the national and transnational oligarchy to the town of Mexico.  The Round zero should be defined in the CNH  The senate has, starting from yesterday (9/5/14), 30 days to name the two commissioners of the National Commission of Hydrocarbons (CNH, for their initials in Spanish), and the three of the Commission Regulator of Energy (CRE, for their initials in Spanish), starting from the five topics that the EPN remitted them. In this respect, senator Dolores Padierna (PRD), she said that they will analyze to detail the profiles of the 15 proposed candidates, although she complained that without they are constituted, the Federal Executive and the Secretary of Energy, Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, have already made decisions that, according to the Constitution and the law they concern to this organisms exclusively. The senator emphasized that both organisms have it commends of making momentous decisions, among them to define the bids for the Round Zero and to advance the delivery of the information from Pemex to the outsider companies, but without the CNH and the CRE are constituted, the federal government decided to make the decisions in advance, although the calendar gave perfectly to name their members first. The other decision (deplorable) that was adopted, without the conformation of both organs rectors, it is the one of caring petroleum (Mexican), how it will buy of it was the hydrocarbon that previously was exported, the senator inquired. A logic lack and of incongruity in the one that goes for before the economic interest of the presidential cabinet, and it is valid to remember that in The States it is a traitor to the homeland that person or American company that it exports raw petroleum, and in Mexico everything is normal, and until it is possible that they are left without petroleum and energy the transnational ones private to future, for the urgency of selling all their energy to the foreigner, and to be left without anything.
