México. -   The past 15 of August had a series of protests around a hundred cities in Brazil to demand president Dilma Roussef's renouncement, and simultaneously to denounce the corruption that permeate the high government levels headed by the PT. In the case of these aligned countries, if we focus ourselves to the military strategies directed to the criminal organizations of assassins, engraves violations are translated to human rights. Therefore we can deduce that these politicians in the American continent took hold to a hidden program, to purify and to weaken the governments that are uncomfortable to the transnational capitals, and headquarters of the western power.    These factors can be for the creation of an order multipolar, impelled by Brazil when integrating their ownership to the BRICS block, composed by Russia, India, China and South Africa, to be integrated regionally in the south cone and to exercise their national sovereignty, and perhaps for their politicians of redistribution and well-being of the national wealth. In the case of Mexico it has filled with petroleum and gas the pool of the big consortia American, for what any attack is not feared to exception of clown Donald Trump political Nazi type. The political State’s assistance doesn't palliate the poverty neither they solve it since one doesn't have a solid project, it is single social propaganda without economic project, this situation doesn't generate employments for the poor citizens and their wages are to increase the hunger, without solving its critical situation. For what is deduced that it is a complete failure from their conception, development and false objectives. This wave destabilizer won't arrive in Mexico in spite of the corruption of the governing class, and its Satanist intends to Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, when accusing him of populist and messianic leader. In times of the ex-president Felipe Calderon he was accused of a danger for Mexico, and this politics of discrediting the enemy he won't give them result, it is more than the same thing.  .   Political trial to Dilma  Perhaps the managers have ideological differences with Dilma Rousseff, but the calls to that it is subjected in political opinion it puts them nervous, that that in fact puts to the governor with an unexpected support of the managerial sector. This plan had already been projected by the dome of businessmen that they fight with the tax system and the difficult Brazilian bureaucracy.  Environmental permits are impelled via fast track, increase of guarantees with the State and the process of collection of taxes is simpler. Perhaps these measures to impel the economy arrive late but they helped the manager so that it recovers the trust in the State, according to Paulo Protesio, boss of the Chamber of Commerce of River of Janeiro. Although it continues being a threat the president's outrage, because the opponents argue of the benefit of illegal donations for their political campaign, but Rousseff she has the hope of leaving harmless due to political and judicial victories that demolish the voting of the political trial in the National Congress.     Brazil lives destabilization intents for strange forces that they have radicalized its demands until ending up impelling the exit of Dilma Rousseff's government, goal to which the neoliberal politician united Fernando Henrique Cardoso that left balance of a great catastrophe after his step for the presidency in his last administration. In sum it is allowed to see the political presence of this infamous one in the convocation of the extreme right in the meetings of last Sunday, when groups’ promoters united to restore a military dictatorship.  This suggests us that while the affected governments continue in front of the powerful occident interests, and seek to continue with their social, and commercial politicians, they will continue with the broadsides of the exterior. For further clarity, the project of the Party of the Work should be purified, and to be invented again to overcome the political waste and another point will make, Argentina, Venezuela and Ecuador, but they will overcome its internal antagonisms among institutions, to recover the political initiative, and project this change in the population's sectors that were won by local oppositions that they have their position of professional hitters. It is expected that the south cone consolidates as an articulate pole, and that it doesn't suffer a tragic regression to the cardboard democracies with feet of mud, with neoliberal orientation, of oligarchical and authoritarian sign, or in the worst in the cases military dictatorships that they razed the region, as brutal and desirous hordes of blood and death.
