La guerra fría encubierta de Estados Unidos contra México

México. -  El silencio de la historia ha fragmentado el tiempo pero no los trucos y trampas de la dominación continental del imperio del Norte. Villa cabalga sobre su caballo llamado siete leguas, pero es un fantasma atormentado después de un siglo de espera para que se abran los archivos secretos de Estados Unidos para demostrar a los mexicanos que la expedición punitiva no fue otra cosa que el disfraz que busca apropiarse de más recursos patrimoniales de México y América Latina, y no es una persecución inocente en contra de Pancho Villa.  En realidad esta parte de la historia está oculto a los ojos de los mexicanos para que desconozcan los agravios constitucionales y del derecho internacional cometidos contra la soberanía de los ciudadanos mexicanos, así como las violaciones y atrocidades perpetradas en esta invasión militar, que cambió el destino de México. Especialmente porque nadie ha enjuiciado a  los responsables del que lógicamente sería el más grande robo encubierto del siglo XX.  Despojo que terminó de desnacionalizar más territorios y los principales recursos patrimoniales de la nación azteca. Ello mediante la distracción y simulación de una supuesta persecución en territorio mexicano contra el Centauro del Norte durante once meses. Esta acción fue parte del engaño nacional de una invasión militar planeada estratégicamente en pleno desarrollo de la Revolución Mexicana, empalmada a la Primera Guerra Mundial, que le permitió al cártel del Golfo anglosajón apropiarse libremente de hidrocarburos, minerales y metales destinados a satisfacer las demandas de esa guerra en curso. Además de reiniciar la contrarrevolución de 1913.  Misma que fue rematadas con las invasiones de 1914-1916-1917, que han blindado y ocultado hasta ahora los despojos patrimoniales infligidos al pueblo de México y a su más de un millón de personas que murieron en la inducida Revolución Mexicana. Sin embargo, los archivos siguen sellados. En la memoria colectiva de los dominadores, en los esclavos que perdieron la guerra perduran los trucos para anestesiar sus conciencias en una indisoluble vecindad con abismales asimetrías. En este caso se trató de justificar y premiar una invasión contra un país con supuestos bandidos internacionales que “alteraban la paz fronteriza” y ponían en riesgo la “seguridad nacional” del país más expansionista y agresivo del orbe. Tal como pasa hoy al diseñar Columbus, un parque y un museo con el nombre de Pancho Villa, pero con el truco de glorificar al ejército invasor, y a sus principales jefes militares, y por supuesto dedicado a exaltar los valores intervencionistas y militares del ejército agresor. Se disfrazó como una expedición en contra de Pancho Villa Estos propósitos están inscritos en el programa de dominación  continental vigente. De esta manera se explica cómo se ha castigado a un país de recursos, pero pobre y frágil para defender su soberanía e independencia. El museo antes mencionado solo en apariencia está dedicado al gran Pancho Villa, en verdad está dedicado a glorificar y reivindicar la política agresiva y militar de Estados Unidos en el mundo. Mucha gente sale engañada de este museo, como: historiadores, académicos, pseudo-intelectuales, y público en general, y en realidad solo los tontos y los idiotas salen con la idea del gran guerrillero Pancho Villa. Este cuento fue reforzado por mucho tiempo por libros publicados sobre el general Villa y Los Dorados, donde se escribe sobre una ingenua y amigable expedición punitiva americana pactada entre “buenos vecinos”, para ocultar los verdaderos propósitos de la persecución: depredación y dominación. El grupo racista discriminatorio de la triple K (Ku Klux Klan), se opuso a la construcción de este parque y museo, aparentemente destinado a glorificar y reivindicar la figura del revolucionario Villa, considerado por los medios globalizados como el “bandido” más cruel del siglo XX. También la sociedad Histórica de Nuevo México se opuso al proyecto de invertir en un museo conceptualmente diferente al que se tenía en Columbus   la realidad fronteriza en un pueblo que ha sobrevivido de la propaganda hecha contra el legendario guerrillero Pancho Villa. Sin embargo, luego de que los magos del truco estadounidense les mostraron el truco Pancho Villa, lo aprobaron  para exhibir con orgullo los valores invasores ante un grupo de “bandidos mexicanos” que asaltaron el campamento militar de Fort Furlong. Hoy, en otro de sus trucos y viejas trampas, el pueblo de Columbus, ha sobrevivido gracias a la mitificación y comercialización de un nuevo y eufórico montaje engañando a mexicanos de los dos lados de la frontera unidos en la fiesta del centenario para seguir ocultado la invasión punitiva con robos y crímenes a ambos lados de la línea fronteriza. En contraste, los mexicanos que murieron en la incursión villista fueron castigados con un despreciable anonimato en los dos países, como sucede hoy con los inmigrantes; fueron quemados junto a sus caballos con el combustible donado por la Standard Oil, de los intocables Rockefeller, otro de los multimillonarios patrocinadores y parte del Cártel del Golfo WASP, que impulsaron la expedición punitiva.  Asimismo, los más de 273 villistas ejecutados por el ejército invasor reportados por el general Pershing durante 11 meses de simular perseguir al general Villa han sido estos combatientes y honorables mexicanos condenados al olvido, desprecio deshumanizador y devaluación social por quienes han aceptado y justificado esta invasión que violó impunemente la soberanía nacional. Pearson y ricos estadounidenses que formaban parte del cártel anglosajón similar a KKK, que cambiaron la mentalidad, el rumbo de México soberano y asesinaron a familias completas a lo largo de la línea fronteriza. El vuelo inaugural del Palacio Flotante del presidente mexicano

México. -   En las alturas del poder, todo es placentero, y luego de varias pruebas del avión presidencial los aires lo llevaron a destinos como Playa del Carmen y Acapulco, el Boeing 787 Dreamliner, llamado José maría Morelos y Pavón , se estrenó (11/02/16). Este gran avión quedó a disposición del inquilino de Los Pinos, mientras que el gabinete podrá usar las otras naves recién adquiridas. Se menciona que EPN, dice que no puede ser catalogada como Palacio a esa nave cuyo costo se estima en 8 millones de pesos, y que ni Barack Obama tiene en su hangar presidencial. El estreno histórico,  de esta “información distorsionada” tuvo la participación de 10 niños premiados por buenas calificaciones. El destino  es Sonora, el fundador del PNR-PRI, Plutarco Elías Calles, del excandidato presidencial asesinado, Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta (cumpliría 66 años); de Manlio Fabio Beltrones, actual secretario de asuntos electorales; Claudia Pavlovich gobernadora afín a la línea política de Beltrones; los niños de la guardería ABC cuya muerte sigue impune entre arreglos de conveniencia entre  políticos del PRI –Eduadrdo Bours- y políticos del PAN –la familia de Margarita Zavala del Campo- ,este episodio es uno más de una historia completa desde entonces de muertes sin castigo a lo largo de México.  Al cumplir la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana 101 años (10/02/16), fue escogida esta fecha como el primer vuelo de la adquisición que todo mundo pone en duda y que fue ordenada por Calderón y no rechazada por Enrique Peña, Se logró que fuera acompañada por aviones F5. Según el filósofo de la comunicación social Luis Ángel Bravo, inquilino de la antes fiscalía antes mencionada, esa oficina pública relacionó con ámbitos del narcotráfico a la reportera Anabel Flores, secuestrada y posteriormente ejecutada, no porque tuviera información, sino que “el departamento de comunicación social de la fiscalía, partiendo de todos los rumores, comentarios en redes, algunas notas que se pueden consultar daban por hecho ese escenario”. En resumidas cuentas hay que dar luz verde a dar como oficial lo que en notas periodísticas y redes sociales se publique respecto de la clase política del país y de ese estado.  Experimento político Un campo de experimentación en las elecciones locales que habrán de celebrarse en junio próximo es la falta de respeto por derechos humanos, asociada en el caso del gobierno federal a partir de Ayotzinapa y de otros muchos casos de desapariciones forzadas, pero igualmente en el caso de Veracruz, no sólo por el caso de Tierra Blanca, sino por las ejecuciones de periodistas críticos al gobierno estatal. Otro nivel de rechazo de los ciudadanos mexicanos es el  proyecto privatizador propuesto por personeros de Televisa (mexicanos Primero) ni el retroceso en los resultados de las pruebas Planea 2015 a los niveles de hace seis años, motivado por el virtual abandono de los estudiantes, en virtud del tiempo que los profesores han estado utilizando para prepararse para las humillantes y deshumanizadas evaluaciones a que está siendo sometidos, sin mayores explicaciones   que las amenazas de ser retirados de sus puestos. En este sentido el gobierno de Veracruz se ha distinguido por su menosprecio  por la educación pública, lo cual es ahora conocido a nivel nacional, a raíz de la demanda presentada por la Universidad de Veracruz, por las negativas a entregarle más de 2 mil millones de pesos, lo que la ha puesto en riesgo de suspensión de actividades, no siendo éste un caso aislado, pues se conocen  localmente    las maniobras de anteriores funcionario s para desviar fondos destinados a la educación para otros fines, como la compra de votos  en las elecciones federales de 2012 y 2015 , y para los comicios locales de 2013, así como a otros destinos desconocidos por ahora, incluyendo muy posiblemente sus propios bolsillos, con la complicidad de la Secretaría de Educación local. En estas condiciones siendo Veracruz la tercera entidad más poblada de la República, las declaraciones del líder del PRI, Fabio Beltrones, en las que pide cuentas al gobernador de la entidad, JDO y respalda al candidato de su partido para la próxima gubernatura, constituyen un anuncio formal de que pese al desprestigio alcanzado por la actual administración, van a buscar imponer al candidato del PRI contra viento y marea, con objeto de seguir controlando las entidad, aun todo en contra, y al mismo tiempo van a experimentar las estrategias y prácticas que habrán de usar en la campaña electoral de 2018. Como en otras ocasiones han utilizado el Estado de México, aun cuando el este candidato ocupe ahora el tercer lugar, por debajo de las preferencias del aspirante de la alianza PAN-PRD (Miguel Angel Yunes Linares) y del maestro Cuitláhuac García, del partido Morena. No es difícil suponer que el PRI recurra a sus peores prácticas, incluido el uso del miedo y la desinformación, como ha hecho en otras ocasiones, además de los acarreos de votantes comprados y la alteración de actas correspondientes a las zonas rurales, en complicidad con el órgano electoral, totalmente desprestigiado por quienes lo constituyen y presiden. Ajuste de valor Por ese motivo,  en Veracruz se hace necesaria la presencia de observadores de comicios de la sociedad civil, como sucedió en las elecciones federales de 1994, cuando la sociedad está consciente de la capacidad de Carlos Salinas para alterar los resultados, como lo había hecho antes en varios estados, luego de su propia elección. La importancia que habrá de tener una acción como las que aquí proponemos reside en que puede abrir el camino para impedir la conformación de un nuevo fraude electoral en 2018, y las consecuencias que va a tener para toda la nación. México. -   La Universidad Veracruzana (UV) realizó marchas (10/03/16) en varias ciudades de Veracruz para exigir  que el gobierno estatal que encabeza Javier Duarte de Ochoa (JDO), pague a la institución los dos mil millones de pesos que le adeudan, en demanda de una reforma a la constitución local que le garantice recibir cinco por ciento del presupuesto de la entidad y en rechazo a las reformas a la ley de pensiones que pretendía instrumentar el Ejecutivo estatal. Las manifestaciones atrajeron a decenas de miles de personas y las más multitudinarias  tuvieran lugar en Xalapa y el puerto de Veracruz pero hubo también hubo marchas en otras localidades, como Acayucan, Boca del Rio, Coatzacoalcos, Córdoba, Minatitlán, Poza Rica y Tuxpan. A los integrantes de la comunidad universitaria –estudiantes, maestros investigadores, funcionarios, empleados y pensionados- se sumaron numerosos ciudadanos, particularmente los jubilados de la entidad que han sido afectados por el agujero financiero cercano a los dos mil millones de pesos que se produjo durante la gestión del gobernador Duarte en el Instituto de Pensiones del Estado (IPE). Mensajes de apoyo de los universitarios de todo el país Bajo lluvia y neblina, miles de personas marcharon en la movilización ”en defensa de la UV y la educación pública” que organizó el pasado jueves (10/03/16). La universidad reclama el pago de 2 mil 76 millones de pesos, rechaza la reforma al artículo 98 de la ley de pensiones y exige que la iniciativa de autonomía financiera que analiza el Congreso local estipule que la UV reciba cada año 5 por ciento del presupuesto estatal, no 3 por ciento, como propone el gobernador. “Nos deben el derecho a soñar, la esperanza de un mejor futuro, la confianza en las instituciones, una juventud sin miedos. Nos deben a los desaparecidos, la paz de los violentados,   y la de sus familias”, dijo la rectora de la UV, Sara Ladrón de Guevara (SLG) de la UV. La rectora durante el mitin efectuado en la plaza Lerdo, en la capital del estado. Bajo paraguas, impermeables, universitarios, egresados, profesores, pensionados, y ciudadanos en general, respaldaron con vivas y aplausos cada frase del discurso de la rectora de la UV. Reclamó ampliar la cobertura de la educación superior, “mayor acceso de las clases desprotegidas a la educación, respeto a la diversidad de etnia, color, género, preferencias del cumplimiento de nuestras metas, certeza en nuestro trabajo”. A los universitarios se sumaron alumnos de la normal Enrique C. Rébsamen, integrantes de la Coalición de Pensionistas Independientes y del Movimiento Magisterial Popular Veracruzano. En el mitin, Samantha Rodríguez Camacho, consejera alumna de la universidad, solicitó el gobierno de JDO el pago inmediato del adeudo de más de 2 mil millones de pesos y retirar su iniciativa de reforma  a la Ley de Pensiones, así como otorgar autonomía financiera a la universidad con 5 por ciento del presupuesto del Estado. En su turno, Martha Patricia Domínguez Chenge, directora de la Facultad de Ciencias administrativas y Sociales de la UV, desmintió que con 3 por ciento del presupuesto estatal la casa de estudios cubra sus gastos operativos. La rectora reconoció que la iniciativa que el gobernador JVO enció al Congreso local “puede ser un camino para no depender del juicio o la discrecionalidad de un funcionario”. Sin embargo, debe corresponder a la magnitud de la UV, “sin recargos de compromisos ajenos ni tardanza en la oportunidad de su administración”. “Puntualizó que los esfuerzos de la comunidad universitaria resultarán en un avance en el respeto”. Establecimientos de educación superior de otras entidades se solidarizaron con la UV. La jornada anterior, estuvo precedida por otras movilizaciones importantes, tiene una doble significación: por un lado, constituyó una acción social ejemplar en defensa de la educación superior pública y su relevancia trasciende, por ellos, las fronteras veracruzanas. La demanda de la UV de contar con un porcentaje fijo de avanzada, que debiera generalizarse en el resto del país como forma de defensa de la viabilidad universitaria y la autonomía de las universidades públicas, amenazada por la ideología privatizadora que ha caracterizado al grupo gobernante desde hace 30 años y que se ha traducido  en un acoso presupuestal sistemático en el afán persistente de minimizarlas y desarticularlas. En el ámbito local, las protestas universitarias marcan un punto de inflexión en la declinación política de JDO, quien llega a la abierta confrontación con la UV en una situación erosionada y debilitada por los errores, las carencias y los extravíos de su gestión. Autoridades criminalizan a la víctima La fiscalía general del estado (FGE), a cargo de Luis Ángel Bravo Contreras, vinculó  la periodista Anabel Flores Salazar (AFS) con la delincuencia organizada desde el primer momento en que se conoció que había sido secuestrada la madrugada del 10 de febrero en su vivienda de la población Mariano Escobedo en el Centro de Veracruz. Ese día, en un comunicado, la FGE recordó que el 30 de agosto de 2014 la comunicadora se encontraba  en compañía de Víctor Osorio Santacruz, El Pantera, en el municipio de Acultzingo, cuando el ejército lo detuvo por sus nexos con un grupo de delincuencia organizada. Ahora que fue hallada sin vida en los límites de Veracruz  y Puebla, en entrevista radiofónica Bravo Contreras reiteró: “es muy duro decirlo, pero se exploran todas las líneas, incluyendo alguna cuestión que tenga que ver con la delincuencia organizada”, agregó. Sin embargo la FGE, no tiene detenidos por el homicidio  de Anabel Flores. “Estamos trabajando en generar bien que fue lo que pasó y dar resultados”. Jorge Morales Vázquez, de la Comisión estatal de Atención a Periodistas, consideró que con tales declaraciones la FGE, ha violentado el protocolo de investigación de delitos contra comunicadores, que recomienda que ante un hecho de esta naturaleza se debe dar línea prioritaria al trabajo periodístico. “Con lo que está señalando deja en segundo plano esta vertiente, pero, además la está criminalizando. La FGE dice que en agosto de 2014 tuvieron información de la reunión de la periodista con Víctor Osorio, entonces desde esa fecha la autoridad debió llevar una investigación formal. Por supuesto  que hay una intención por parte de la fiscalía de manipular la situación de su desaparición. La periodista asesinada reportera de la fuente policíaca de El Sol de Orizaba, al ser apoyada por periodistas de Veracruz: “Criminalizar a los compañeros asesinados es una cobardía, por parte de aquellos que están obligados a investigar y no en fabricar pruebas en contra de quienes no pueden rebatir las calumnias de este mal gobierno”, (La Jornada, Eirinet Gómez). Cabe recordar que el actual gobernador llegó al cargo a fines de 2010 con el telón de fondo de la corrupción, la violencia, y el desgobierno causados por la “guerra contra la delincuencia” que proclamó el ‘caldenorato’ y por la mala administración de su predecesor, Fidel Herrera. Lejos de corregir la situación, el gobierno de Duarte la empeoró desde un inicio y en la entidad proliferaron las desapariciones forzadas, las ejecuciones extrajudiciales, los secuestros y las extorsiones, y se conformó  una pauta de homicidios de periodistas que hoy e uno de los saldos más agraviantes de la administración del actual gobernador fascista. La más reciente muestra de la descomposición de .os cuerpos policiales fue la desaparición y posible asesinato de cinco jóvenes originarios de Playa Vicente que fueron capturados por policías estatales en Tierra Blanca y entregados, al parecer, a miembros de una organización delictiva. A la incapacidad y ausencia de voluntad para enfrentar la aguda inseguridad en la entidad se agregaron dos escándalos financieros por la desaparición de grandes cantidades de dinero público: el fondo de reserva del IPE y los montos adeudados a la UV.
