With the result that it will always be looked for the balance between the material thing and the spiritual thing: to try that the indispensable thing misses nobody for the survival and to cultivate our best feelings of kindness. When we speak of a loving republic with social dimension and spiritual greatness, we are intending to regenerate the public life of Mexico by means of a new form of making political, applying in wise harmony three devises rectors: honesty and justice to improve the conditions of life and to reach tranquility and public peace; and love to promote good and to achieve happiness. Por eso nuestra propuesta para lograr el renacimiento de México tiene el propósito de hacer realidad el progreso con justicia, y al mismo tiempo, auspiciar una manera de vivir, sustentada en el amor a la familia, al prójimo, a la naturaleza y a la patria. Es sabido que los seres humanos necesitan bienestar. Es prácticamente aceptado por todos que nadie puede ser feliz sin tener trabajo, alimentación o cualquier otra necesidad, material o biológica. Un hombre piensa en cómo sobrevivir antes de ocuparse de tareas políticas, científicas, artísticas o espirituales. Pero también es incuestionable que el sentido de la vida no se reduce sólo a la obtención de lo material, a lo que poseemos o acumulamos. Una persona sin apego a una doctrina o a un código de valores, no necesariamente logra la felicidad. Inclusive, en algunos casos, el triunfar a toda costa, sin escrúpulos morales de ninguna índole, conduce a una vida vacía y deshumanizada. De ahí que deberá buscarse siempre el equilibrio entre lo material y lo espiritual: procurar que a nadie le falte lo indispensable para la sobrevivencia y cultivar nuestros mejores sentimientos de bondad. Cuando hablamos de una república amorosa con dimensión social y grandeza espiritual, estamos proponiendo regenerar la vida pública de México mediante una nueva forma de hacer política, aplicando en prudente armonía tres ideas rectoras: la honestidad y justicia para mejorar las condiciones de vida y alcanzar la tranquilidad y la paz pública; y el amor para promover el bien y lograr la felicidad. El sistema neoliberal proyecta vender nuestro futuro energético LA HONESTIDAD es la mayor riqueza de las naciones, y en nuestro país, este valor se ha venido degradando cada vez más. Aunque esto atañe a todos los sectores sociales, es sin duda, la deshonestidad de los gobernantes y de las elites del poder, lo que más ha deteriorado la vida pública de México, tanto por el mal ejemplo como, por la apropiación de bienes y riquezas de la colectividad, inclusive puede afirmarse que la inmoralidad es la causa principal de la desigualdad y de la actual tragedia nacional. Dicho en otras palabras; nada ha deteriorado más a México que la corrupción política. No obstante, siendo éste el principal problema del país, y aunque resulte increíble es un tema que no aparece en la agenda nacional. Se habla de reformas estructurales de todo tipo, pero este grave asunto no se considera prioritario. Es más, no es tema en el discurso político, por el contrario, en la actualidad se ha extendido la especie del regreso del PRI, con la creencia de que ellos “roban pero dejan robar”, y en el contexto de la máxima, según la cual, “quien no transa no avanza”. Aunque se vive en el llamado mundo de la globalidad, tampoco se piensa en importar ejemplos de países y gobiernos que han tenido éxito en hacer de la honestidad el principio rector de su vida pública. En la información más reciente sobre índices de la percepción de la corrupción en 182 países del mundo, mientras Nueva Zelanda, Dinamarca, Finlandia y Suecia ocupan los primeros lugares en honestidad, México ocupa el lugar 100. Cómo es obvio, ellos tienen mejores niveles de bienestar. Pero lo paradójico y absurdo es que en la sociedad tendríamos que importarlo. Es decir, si hubiese voluntad, para aprovechar las bondades de la honestidad, solo sería cosa de exaltarla, de cultivarla entre todos y hacerla voluntad colectiva. En los pueblos del México profundo se conserva aún la herencia de la gran civilización mesoamericana y existe una importante reserva de valores para regenerar la vida pública. Me consta que hay comunidades donde las trojes que se usan para guardar el maíz están en el campo, en los “trabajaderos”, lejos del caserío y nadie piensa en apropiarse del trabajo ajeno. En muchos lugares, hasta hace poco, no se tenían noción del robo. México no se ha proyectado hacia el futuro Aquí cuento que recientemente un joven compañero de Morena olvidó su cartera en el revistero de un avión comercial días después recibió la llamada de un campesino migrante desde un lugar de California (USA), para informarle que él había encontrado su cartera con sus datos y dinero. El campesino migrante, originario de una comunidad de Veracruz, le preguntó sobre cuánto llevaba en la cartera y una vez aclarado el asunto se la envió a su domicilio. Mi joven compañero el preguntó al migrante, que apenas hablaba bien español, ¿por qué lo hacía? Le contestó que sus padres le habían enseñado a “hacer bien sin mirar a quién”, y que si actuaba así tendría en la vida una recompensa mayor. Por ello digo que la honestidad es una virtud que aún poseemos y sólo es cosa de revalorarla, de darle su lugar, de ponerla en el centro del debate público y de aplicarla como principio básico para la regeneración nacional. Elevar la honestidad a rango supremo nos traería muchos beneficios. Los gobernantes contarían con autoridad moral para exigir a todos un recto proceder, nadie tendría privilegios. Se podría aplicar un plan de austeridad republicana para reducir los sueldos elevadísimos de los altos funcionarios públicos y eliminar los gastos superfluos. Asimismo, con este imperativo ético por delante se recuperarían recursos que hoy se van por el caño de la corrupción y se destinarían al desarrollo y al bienestar del pueblo. LA JUSTICIA. Todavía es vigente la frase bíblica de (Francisco I.) Madero de que el pueblo de México “tiene hambre de y sed de justicia”. Es la demanda incumplida, pendiente, a pesar de la Revolución y de toda la retórica de los gobiernos posteriores. Tampoco aparece en la agenda de la llamada clase política. No obstante, es la sombra que nos persigue, que nos impide estar bien con nuestras conciencias y ser más humanos. LA POBREZA EN MÉXICO es una amarga realidad, entristece, parte el alma y se encuentra por todos lados. Está presente en los estados del norte, donde antes no había tanta. Es notoria en las colonias populares de grandes concentraciones urbanas y de las ciudades fronterizas: en el campo de Zacatecas, Nayarit y Durango; predomina en el centro, en el sur y en el sureste del país, sobre todo en comunidades indígenas. En todas partes la gente no tiene oportunidades de empleo y se ve obligada a emigrar de sus comunidades, abandonando a sus familias, costumbres y tradiciones. La producción de autoconsumo, los programas de apoyo gubernamental y la ayuda que reciben quienes tienen familiares en el extranjero, no alcanza más para sobrevivir. No hay para el pasaje, la medicina para pagar el pasaje, la medicina, para pagar el gas, el recibo de la luz, ni mucho menos para comer bien. En México la falta de justicia debe avergonzarnos más porque no existe ninguna razón natural o geográfica que la justifique. Nuestro país, ha pesar de que lo han saqueado por siglos, todavía es de los que poseen más recursos naturales en el mundo. En todo su territorio hay riquezas: en el norte, minas de oro, plata y cobre: en el sur, agua, gas, petróleo, y en todos lados, el pueblo cuenta con cultura, vocación de trabajo y con una inmensa bondad. De modo que la pobreza no puede atribuirse a la falta de recursos, a la fatalidad, al destino o a la supuesta holganza e indolencia de los mexicanos. Como hemos dicho, se debe a la corrupción imperante y a la economía de élite (oligarquía), que sólo beneficia a una pequeña minoría (1%). Lo más lamentable es que, aun con el sufrimiento que implica esta economía (neoliberal), se insiste en perpetuarla a cualquier costo. Hay una estrategia deliberada para ocultar hasta lo evidente. No se difunden las cifras oficiales que demuestran cómo la llamada política neoliberal nos llevó a la ruina y a un mayor deterioro de la convivencia social. No se dice que en los pasados 15 años, sólo se ha generado anualmente 500 mil empleos formales en promedio, cuando se requieren un millón 200 mil. La Stasi estadounidense En el contexto de la información brasileña pone en evidencia la extensa actividad de vigilancia de Washington a escala internacional. En cuanto al rotativo ‘The Washington Post’, recibió del ES, presentaciones clasificadas en programa Power Point, con detalles sobre los alcances del programa PRISM en junio pasado. Al primer momento se supo que la NSA recopiló correos electrónicos, chats y documentos tomados directamente de servidores de compañías como Google, Twitter y Skype de usuarios dentro de territorio estadounidense, y cuando éstos se comunicaban con personas en el extranjero. Después se constató que el espionaje incluyó a países de europeos y Medio Oriente, lo cual justificó Washington diciendo que es un elemento clave para impedir atentados terroristas. Se han reportado documentos que indican que entre enero y marzo de este año agentes de la NSA realizaron “acciones de espionaje” en Brasil a través de un informante que, según se dijo, había catalogado llamadas telefónicas, y accesos a Internet. Además se utilizó PRISM, programa de inteligencia desde el 2 al 8 de febrero de este año, indica el reporte. Un país importante en el programa de vigilancia de la NSA fue Colombia, principal aliado militar de Estados Unidos en la región, donde los movimientos del narcotráfico y la guerrilla de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) fueron seguidas de cerca sus movimientos. En Venezuela, la NSA espió adquisiciones militares y a la industria del petróleo, mientras en México los agentes estadounidenses recabaron información sobre narcotráfico, el sector energético y asuntos políticos empleando el programa PRISM. También se informó (O’Globo, 7/7/13) que la NSA y la Agencia Central de Inteligencia (CIA), habían reunido datos sobre tráfico telefónico y de correos electrónicos de Brasil, de acuerdo con documentos provistos por ES a GG. La agencia de telecomunicaciones de Brasil reportó (7/7/13), que se investigará si operadores locales violaron las reglas de privacidad de sus clientes en la supuesta vigilancia de compañías brasileñas por agencias de inteligencia estadounidense. El anuncio se produjo luego de que funcionarios de Estados Unidos, incluyendo el embajador estadounidense en Brasilia, Thomas Shannon, aseguraron a Brasil que la información publicada en O’Globo sobre el programa de NSA, eran incorrectos. Sin embargo el periódico insistió, que el acceso a las comunicaciones brasileñas fue obtenido mediante compañías estadounidenses que eran socias de firmas brasileñas. En la historia no se identificó ninguna empresa, pero dijo que el programa NSA denominado Silverzephyr fue utilizado para acceder a llamados telefónicos, fax, y correos electrónicos. Se añade que la CIA y la NSA manejaron estaciones de monitoreo para recopilar información de satélites de otros 65 países incluyendo cinco de América Latina, tras citar documentos filtrados por ES que datan de 2002. El llamado Servicio Especial de Recolección (SER), operó desde las capitales de Colombia, Panamá, Venezuela, Brasil y México. Ellos aportan felicidad sólo en el momento que existen y después queda el vacío de la vida que puede ser terriblemente triste y angustioso. Cuando se pretende sustituir la entrega el bien con esos placeres efímeros puede suceder que éstos conduzcan a los vicios, a la corrupción y que aumente más y más la infelicidad humana. En consecuencia, es necesario centrar la vida en hacer el bien, en el amor, y a su vez, armonizar los placeres que ayudan a aliviar las tensiones e insatisfacciones de la vida. José Martí decía que el autolimitarnos, la doma de sí mismo, la forja la personalidad, embellece la vida y da felicidad. Pero en caso de conflicto o cuando se tiene que optar, inclinarse por el bien ha de predominar sobre los placeres momentáneos. Por eso, es muy importante una elaboración libre, personal, sobre lo que constituye el bien para cada uno de nosotros, según sea nuestra manera de ser y de pensar, nuestra historia vital y nuestras circunstancias sociales. Sin embargo existen preceptos generales que son aceptados como fuente de la felicidad humana. Alfonso Reyes, en su Cartilla Moral, los aborda “desde el más individual hasta el más general”, “desde el más personal hasta el más impersonal”, podemos imaginarlo, dice; “como una serie de círculos concéntricos”, “comenzamos por el interior y vamos tocando otro círculo más amplio”. Según Reyes, son seis preceptos básicos los que forman parte del “código del bien”; el respeto a nuestra persona en cuerpo y en alma; el respeto a la familia; el respeto a la sociedad humana en general, y a la sociedad en particular; el respeto a la patria; el respeto a la especie humana; y el respeto a la naturaleza que nos rodea. Mucho antes, León Tolstoi en su libro ‘Cuál es mi fe’, sostenía que son cinco las condiciones para la felicidad terrenal admitidas generalmente por todo el mundo: el poder gozar del cielo, del sol, del aire puro, de toda la naturaleza; el trabajo que nos gusta y hemos elegido libremente; la armonía familiar; la comunión libre y afectuosa con todos los hombres; la salud, y la muerte sin enfermedad. Por supuesto que hay otros preceptos que deben ser exaltados y difundidos: el apego a la verdad, la honestidad, la justicia, la austeridad, la ternura, el cariño, la no violencia, la libertad, la dignidad, la igualdad, la fraternidad y la verdadera legalidad. También deben incluirse valores y derechos de nuestro tiempo, como la no discriminación, la diversidad, la pluralidad y el derecho a la libre manifestación de las ideas. En todo lo anterior, no dejar de admitir que en nuestras familias y pueblos existe una reserva moral de importantes valores de nuestras culturas que se han venido forjando de la mezcla de distintas civilizaciones, y en particular, de la admirable persistencia de la gran civilización mesoamericana. En suma, estos fundamentos para una república amorosa deben convertirse en un código de bien. De ahí que hagamos el compromiso a de convocar con este propósito a la elaboración de una constitución moral a especialistas en la materia, filósofos, sicólogos, sociólogos, antropólogos y a todos aquellos que tengan algo que aportar al respecto, como los ancianos venerables de las comunidades indígenas, los maestros, los padres de familia, los jóvenes, los escritores, las mujeres, los empresarios, los defensores de la diversidad y de los derechos humanos, los practicantes de todas las religiones y los libre pensadores. Unas vez elaborada esta constitución moral, debemos hacer el compromiso de fomentar estos valores mediante todos los medios posibles. Introducir en la enseñanza la educación moral, darle toda la importancia que tienen materias como el civismo, la ética y la filosofía; propagar virtudes y destacar ejemplos positivos en los medios de comunicación. El propósito no sólo es frenar la corrupción política y moral que nos está hundiendo como sociedad y como nación, sino establecer las bases para una convivencia futura sustentada en el amor y en hacer el bien para alcanzar la verdadera felicidad. La guerra sucia de la política El ex presidenciable Andrés Manuel López Obrador (Amlo), asegura que los empresarios han cambiado después de la guerra sucia de 2006, con respecto al proyecto político – financiero de 2006. “Además hay dos cosas: muchos han reconocido que se equivocaron, que fueron engañados sobre nuestras intenciones, de lo que realmente somos y representamos.
