México. -   La Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) investiga a María de los Ángeles Pineda Villa (Hija de Salomón Pineda Bermúdez, uno de los colaboradores de los hermanos Beltrán Leyva), esposa del alcalde con licencia de Iguala, José Luis Abarca Velázquez. Datos obtenidos refieren que el actual líder del  cartel criminal se llama Santiago Mazari Hernández (SMH), alías El Carrete o El Señor de los caballos, sobrino del diputado Alfonso Miranda Gallegos (PT). También encabeza ese grupo criminal Federico Figueroa, hermano del cantante Joan Sebastián, quien junto con Mazari –SMH- ha logrado formar una red de alcaldes y policías municipales que permiten el tráfico de drogas y otros delitos en varios municipios guerrerenses, de acuerdo a informes de inteligencia. En ese contexto, presuntamente María de los Ángeles Pineda (MAP) y José Luis Abarca (JLA), formarían parte del grupo delictivo Guerreros Unidos, que surgió  de una escisión del cártel de los Beltrán Leyva (BL), y por los nexos que su conyugue tiene con El Chucky, identificado como el líder criminal que en días pasados ordenó a los policías de Iguala Guerrero y miembros del escuadrón de asesinos que ejecutaron a estudiantes de la Escuela Normal Rural de Ayotzinapa, indicaron funcionarios federales. Las indagatorias del Ministerio Público Federal contra Guerreros Unidos (GU) se podrán extender a otros municipios de Guerrero, Morelos y el estado de México, señalaron las fuentes. El grupo GU surgió  tras la muerte de Arturo Beltrán Leyva, El Barbas, líder de la organización BL, y su primer  jefe era Mario Casarrubias Salgado, alías el Sapo Guapo, ex escolta de varios operadores del cártel de los hermanos BL. Antes, los hermanos Mario y José Alberto Villa Pineda (JPV), junto con su padre, controlaban la zona de Guerrero.  Salomón Pineda Bermúdez, Don Salo (está recluido en un penal de máxima seguridad procesado por delincuencia organizada), en tanto que sus hijos JPV, el Borrado, y Marco Antonio y/o Pineda Villa (MPV), el MP, fueron asesinados en 2009. Entre los hermanos Villa Pineda que están en libertad y han sido identificados como operadores o líderes de GU se encuentra Salomón Pineda Villa (SPV), el Molón, identificado como jefe de plaza de esa organización criminal en Iguala, Guerrero. El grupo tiene áreas de operación en Cuernavaca, Morelos, y en los estados de México y Guerrero, “su actividad primordial es el trasiego de narcóticos, así como llevar a cabo levantones, ejecuciones y secuestros”. El titular de la PGR, Jesús Murillo Karam, aseguró en una entrevista radiofónica que la institución a su cargo indagará el homicidio del líder campesino de filiación política PRD Arturo Hernández Cardona, en el que está involucrado el presidente municipal de Iguala, José Luis Abarca, así como a la esposa de éste por sus nexos con grupos delictivos. Realizaron las pesquisas mal y tarde La organización defensora de las garantías individuales Human Rights Watch (HRW) criticó hoy la respuesta tardía del presidente de México, EPN, ante la desaparición y matanza de 43 estudiantes normalistas en Iguala, Guerrero. José Miguel Vivanco, director ejecutivo de la división de las Américas de HRW, consideró que Peña Nieto reaccionó “tarde y mal al sostener que era un problema de Iguala. El problema no es de Iguala, el problema es de México y el responsable último por la suerte, la seguridad y la vida de esos estudiantes es el gobierno federal, son las máximas  autoridades mexicanas”, dijo el activista chileno.  Afirmó que las autoridades mexicanas “les preocupa más la imagen de su gobierno que resolver la situación de los estudiantes secuestrados”.  Vivanco lamentó que el tema de los derechos humanos no sea prioridad para el gobierno mexicano. “Son temas que tratan de esconder debajo de la alfombra porque lo ven como mala publicidad para México”, señaló el responsable de HWR. De acuerdo con las investigaciones, agentes municipales, aliados con el cártel de GU, estuvieron involucrado en el asesinato y desaparición de los jóvenes de la Escuela Normal Rural de Ayotzinapa el 26 de septiembre en Iguala, ubicada unos 200 kilómetros al sur de la Ciudad de México. “Ojalá que esto sea una llamada de atención, un estirón de orejas tan fuerte para el gobierno actual que lo obligue  a tomar con la seriedad que merece”, confió Vivanco. Para HWR, “las desapariciones representan una crisis de derechos humanos de enormes proporciones para México”. La pantomima del estado Las desapariciones forzadas y ejecuciones extrajudiciales infligidas a normalistas de Ayotzinapa no deben ser vistas como asunto del crimen organizado, pues la responsabilidad es del Estado mexicano, señalaron familiares y compañeros de las víctimas. Acompañados de representantes de Amnistía Internacional (AI) y el Centro de Derechos Humanos de la Montaña Tlachinollan- quienes calificaron de “pantomima” la supuesta búsqueda de los jóvenes desaparecidos por parte del gobierno-, afirmaron que no creen la versión de que los cuerpos encontrados en las fosas clandestinas de Iguala sean de sus seres queridos. “Los medios han emprendido una campaña para tratar de desviar la atención del caso. Pretenden hacer creer que quienes desaparecieron a nuestros compañeros son de la delincuencia organizada, pero eso no es el tema. Sabemos que fueron policías municipales. Fue el Estado y a él se lo atribuimos”, subrayó en conferencia de prensa Omar García, representante del comité estudiantil de Ayotzinapa.  El activista señaló que el gobierno de Ángel Aguirre Rivero ya ha cometido antes otras agresiones contra estudiantes de la Normal Raúl Isidro Burgos (Escuela Rural). Prueba de lo cual son los asesinatos en 2011 de Jorge Alexis Herrera Pino y Gabriel Echeverría de Jesús, cuando participaban en un bloqueo en la Autopista del Sol. Por tal razón, indicó, entre los estudiantes hay “desconfianza absoluta en el Estado mexicano y sus instituciones”. Enfatizó que no están “para jueguitos de los partidos políticos, para sus pantomimas de búsqueda”. De igual forma, el representante de los normalistas desmintió que el pasado 26 de septiembre hayan ido a interrumpir un acto público de la esposa del alcalde de Iguala, José Luis Abarca Velázquez, y narró que luego de ser agredidos a balazos por la policía municipal, efectivos castrenses los sometieron, en vez de brindarles ayuda. “El ejército llegó en minutos, nos quitó los celulares y los soldados nos dijeron: “¿se querían poner con hombrecitos? Entonces, amárrense los pantalones, ustedes se lo buscaron”. Les pedimos que nos ayudaran a atender a nuestro compañero Édgar Andrés Vargas, que había recibido un balazo en la cara, pero nos dijeron que nos calláramos y no le hablaron a una ambulancia”, lamentó la desgracia. A su vez, Melitón García y Cruz Bautista, familiares de víctimas, aseveraron  que no creen que los restos encontrados en las fosas clandestinas sean los de sus seres queridos y exigieron que se den todas las facilidades al equipo argentino de antropología forense para identificar los 28 cuerpos encontrados hasta ahora, en vez de obstaculizarlo y poner trabas a la investigación. Perseo Quiroz, secretario ejecutivo de AI México, pidió que las autoridades protejan a los familiares de las víctimas y a los activistas  que los acompañan, y llamó a “no caer  en la cortina de humo para ocultar la desaparición forzada y la ejecución extrajudicial” cometida por servidores públicos en contra de los estudiantes de Ayotzinapa. Tras afirmar que la búsqueda realizada por los gobiernos estatal y federal para dar con el paradero de los estudiantes de Ayotzinapa  es una “farsa” y una “pantomima” más del estado, Quiroz  dio a conocer una serie de recomendaciones a las autoridades. Algunas de las cuales son: realizar indagatorias del más alto nivel, respaldar al equipo argentino de antropología forense, dar información  de manera constante y asegurar la reparación integral del daño, incluida la no repetición de los hechos. Mexico. -   A person well-known user as @miut3 Felina -identified as Maria del Rosario Fuentes Rubio (MFR)-. She was kidnapped and murdered the dawn of this Thursday for the organized crime. It informed the portal “Valor por Tamaulipas" that is published in social nets Facebook and Twitter. The identified woman as collaborator of Valor por Tamaulipas was medical of the company BBB Industries, graduated of the Valle de Mexico University, with master in occupational health, and she resided in the Reynosa City, according to the account of Linkedin. Maria Fuentes Rubio (@miut3 Felina) it was one of the most fruitful in social nets that it alerted of situations of risk and it promoted the civic accusation, it exhibited and it pointed out the activity in the entity.     In the morning, in the same account of @miut3 Felina it answering four twits: in the first one it is informed of their followers the real name and profession, besides announcing that their life “has arrived to its end". "I don't have left more than to tell them that they don't make the same mistake that me, anything is not won, on the contrary we realize that I found the death in exchange for anything", it points out the portal like posthumous message.  In the third she asserts their followers that the criminal bands “are more near us of what hey believe". This was the last text that was written, since in the following publication they spread two images of oneself lady, with life, and then with the shot of grace. La secuestran y asesinan en Reynosa por combatir a narcotraficantes

México. -   La usuaria conocida como @miut3 Felina –identificada como María del Rosario Fuentes Rubio-. Fue secuestrada  y asesinada la madrugada de este jueves por el crimen organizado, informó el portal “Valor por Tamaulipas”, que se publica en redes social Facebook y Twitter. Por la tarde la Procuraduría de Justicia de Tamaulipas confirmó que recibió la denuncia por el “secuestro” de Fuentes Rubio fuera de una empresa de Reynosa. La red mundial Twitter decidió cancelar la cuenta de la usuaria @miut3 Felina y redireccionarla a @miut30, luego de que supuestamente la misma usuaria pidió perdón por enfrentar al narcotráfico mexicano y se publicaron en su propia cuenta fotografías de su asesinato y textos escritos como si fueran póstumos. La mujer identificada como colaboradora de “Valor por Tamaulipas” era médico de la empresa BBB Industries, egresada de la Universidad del Valle de México, con maestría en salud ocupacional, y radicaba en la ciudad de Reynosa, según la cuenta de Linkedin. María Fuentes Rubio  (@miut3 Felina) era una de las más prolíficas en redes sociales, que alertaba  de situaciones de riesgo y promovía la denuncia ciudadana, exhibía y señalaba la actividad en la entidad. Por la mañana, en la misma cuenta de @miut3 Felina se postearon cuatro tuits: en el primero se informa de sus seguidores el nombre real y profesión, además de anunciar que su vida “ha llegado a su fin”. En el siguiente supuestamente ella misma pide a familiares y amigos no cometer el mismo error –combatir vía redes sociales al narcotráfico-, pues “no se gana nada” y sólo encontró la muerte. “No me queda más que decirles que no cometan el mismo error que yo, no se gana nada, al contrario me doy cuenta que encontré la muerte a cambio de nada”, señala el portal como mensaje póstumo.  En el tercero asevera a sus seguidores que las bandas delictivas ”están más cerca de nosotros de lo que creen”. Este fue el último texto que se escribió, ya que en la siguiente publicación se difunden dos imágenes de una misma dama, con vida, y luego con el tiro de gracia. A principio de 2013, un grupo del crimen organizado ofreció 600 mil pesos a quien brindara información del administrador de la cuenta “Valor por Tamaulipas”. Días después el usuario decidió cerrarla, pero luego la reactivó con mayor fuerza. El ciberacoso de jóvenes Ciento por ciento de los jóvenes de la capital del país que navegan por las redes sociales han sido víctimas de algún acoso y agresión (ciberbulling). De ellos, los más vulnerables son los de 12 a 17 años de edad, grupo que pasa mayor tiempo en internet. El comisionado del Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública del Distrito federal (IFODF), Mucio Israel Hernández Guerrero (MHG), calificó de “grave” esa situación, pues los abusos vienen desde distintos frentes, lo mismo de sus propios compañeros de escuela, club, u organización y del barrio, que de ciberataques por bandas del crimen organizado. Ante esta situación, dijo distintas instancias gubernamentales del D.F., como otras organizaciones sociales trabajan en conjunto para ubicar la magnitud de la problemática y en la elaboración de protocolos de seguridad, para que los adolescentes sepan cómo identificar alguna de sus conductas que los hace vulnerables, o bien sepan cómo responder ante un caso de acoso o agresión de esa índole. Detalló que en ese trabajo que  se viene realizando de manera conjunta se identificaron casos de extorsión sexual. Y precisó: “se trata de niños que en las redes son amenazados con el argumento de que tienen identificados a sus familiares y que los secuestrarían y matarán, si no van a tal lugar, y ahí abusan de ellos; los obligan a tener relaciones sexuales”. Por tal razón, dijo, se avanza e ese acopio de información con los jóvenes, entre quienes empezaron a levantar una especie de indicadores para saber cuáles son los temas que más hacen sufrir a los adolescentes mientras usan las redes sociales, también conocer como identifican el acoso en el ciberespacio, “y lo que hemos identificado es que de cada 10 chicos 10 han sufrido acoso en algunas de sus distintas formas, es decir, el ciento por ciento”. El comisionado MHG añadió que en esa problemática que enfrentan los menores de edad mucho tienen que ver los datos personales que colocan en sus sitios de web sin ningún cuidado, sin ninguna protección, y la cuestión es que “hemos identificado que los niños  de entre 12 y 17 años son básicamente los usuarios más asiduos a redes sociales y por tanto los que más sufren esos acosos, abusos o ciberbulling”. “Tenemos certeza de que prácticamente nadie ha estado exento de que cuando menos en una ocasión hayan sufrido una denostación, burla, humillación o que les hayan publicado alguna foto o dato que los vuelva vulnerables”, agregó el comisionado. Los padres de familia deben prestar atención a este problema e incluso los educadores, están respondiendo de manera lenta y lerda, y se debe a que los chicos  están usando un lenguaje de códigos totalmente distinto a los de los padres, madres  y educadores, y por ende no saben que están padeciendo sus hijos, qué están enfrentando. Las familias y las empresas dispondrán de dinero extra para gastar e invertir, impulsando el crecimiento, dice Ed Morse, jefe de bienes globales de Citigroup en Nueva York. Las economías de Estados Unidos y Canadá., según algunos analistas, podrían registrar un crecimiento de 2,98 por ciento, el más rápido en cuatro años. Actualmente, el precio promedio de la gasolina en Estados Unidos es de alrededor del equivalente a 10 pesos el litro, casi 50% más barata que en julio de 2008. Sólo que México es una isla separada del resto del mundo. Aquí la gasolina no ha bajado, al contrario seguirá subiendo hasta el fin de año. Algunas fuentes dicen que los “gasolinazos” serán descontinuados, pero habrá un aumento del 3 por ciento sobre el precio que esté vigente entonces para compensar anticipadamente la inflación. La Magna ya es de 33% más cara que en Estados Unidos. Pero próximamente se tiene en claro que, no bajará primero el precio  para nivelarlo con el precio de Estados Unidos y luego se aplicará el aumento. Pues no, eso no será así. El “gasolinazo” será sobre el precio de $13.31 el litro que tendrá la gasolina tipo Magna por Navidad. En esos términos fue aprobado ayer por la Cámara de Diputados el presupuesto de ingresos del año próximo. El PRI probó la fuerza del PRI-PAN-PRD, Partido verde y Panal pactista. De los 500 integrantes votaron al viejo estilo del PRI, ellos son analfabetos debido a que no leen los documentos que van a aprobar, y votaron 427 a favor y 35 en contra. El resto de los legisladores estuvieron ausentes. Creemos que la ciudadanía debiera conocer los nombres de quienes no defienden sus intereses ya que supuestamente fueron puestos en ese lugar. Quiere una indemnización por infracción de marca y competencia desleal, además de que se prohíba la venta de los tenis y la destrucción de todo el producto y material relacionado. El combate a la guerrilla en los 60 derivó en crimen de Estado

México. -   En vísperas de que se dé a conocer el informe final de la Comisión de la verdad (Comverdad) sobre las secuelas de la guerra contrainsurgente en Guerrero entre 1963 y 1979 –Chilpancingo, Guerrero-, los comisionados Pilar Noriega García (PNG) y Nicomedes Fuentes García (NFG), reflexionaban sobre la situación actual en ese convulso estado: “La impunidad subsiste hoy se gestó desde aquellos años”, la ejecución sumaria y sin corte federal a los 43 estudiantes de la Escuela Rural de Ayotzinapa, que fueron muertos por el crimen organizado y quemados ipso facto. Durante 30 meses, cinco comisionados –el presidente, Enrique González Ruiz; Aquiles González, Hilda Navarrete, Pilar Noriega García (PNG) y Nicomedes Fuentes, este último secretario- removieron viejos archivos, hicieron excavaciones y peritajes, realizaron foros en las comunidades afectadas por los años de conflicto, para generar confianza y encontraron, nos cuenta Nicomedes Fuentes, que a pesar  de las cuatro décadas transcurridas, en las comunidades afectadas y entre los sobrevivientes subsiste el miedo. Vuelos de la muerte “Pero al final fue más fuerte la necesidad de saber qué fue lo que pasó, donde quedaron sus padres, sus esposos y hermanos. Y pensar que de todo esto lo podríamos evitar solamente si la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) se decidiera a contar la verdad, que diga qué fue lo que pasó,  y precise lo que seguramente sabe: dónde quedaron las personas de las que nunca se volvió a saber nada”. El comisionado NFG fue preso político en los 60, y al salir libre salió a la clandestinidad y se sumó a la lucha armada de aquellos tiempos. Entre las novedades que aporta el informe de Comverdad destacan las evidencias desconocidas hasta ahora sobre los “vuelos de la muerte”, en los que los militares arrojaron al Océano Pacífico a opositores y presuntos guerrilleros en el contexto de la guerra contrainsurgente. “Logramos obtener declaraciones de testigos que hasta ahora no habían declarado, tanto sobrevivientes como pilotos que participaron en esos vuelos, que amplían las versiones que hasta ahora se conocen”, dice PNG, abogada especialista en materia penal. Estas declaraciones, cotejadas con la línea del tiempo y las rutas del conflicto armado con centenares de documentos internos de la Sedena  y otras instituciones, confirman y amplían una narración –recopilado en el libro ‘Obligado a matar’- sobre estos “vuelos de la muerte” revelada hace 26 años por el militar desertor Zacarías Osorio durante un juicio para obtener asilo en Canadá. La asociación Comverdad agrega a la narrativa de los sucedido esa década tres nuevos relatos: los de dos sobrevivientes y de un piloto de la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana (FAM), que revelan detalles hasta ahora desconocidos, “minuciosamente descritos”, sobre los sobrevuelos que levaban a bordo presos políticos que eran arrojados al mar. “Son descripciones minuciosas sobre la forma de operar, sobre cómo los aviones descendían para tirar los cuerpos, cómo los vuelos recorrían mayor distancia mar adentro y los militares empezaron a meter a las víctimas  en sacos de ixtle llenos de piedras. También cuando en las comunidades costeras algunos restos empezaron a aparecer, que en un momento avaluamos la posibilidad de realizar una búsqueda en el lecho marino en determinados lugares. Pero después de consultar con buzos. Profesionales desistimos, ya que las posibilidades de encontrar algo eran mínimas y el costo era altísimo”, aclaró PNG. Durante 30 meses, los investigadores de Comverdad sufrieron amenazas de muertes, saqueos a sus oficinas, incluso un atentado con armas de fuego contra la vida de ellos, dice PNG y NFG. En el último semestre, el Congreso estatal sus pendió la entrega del presupuesto asignado por ley para su operación en la fase final. Fue justamente después de una exhumación en la comunidad de El Posquelite, municipio de Coyuca, del estado de Guerrero, que dio positivo en el hallazgo de los restos de un guerrillero muerto. Crímenes de lesa humanidad Tal vez pisamos algunos píes, algunos intereses y los legisladores no se sintieron comprometidos con la verdad, dice PNG. La fecha del hallazgo en este lugar, inspeccionado alrededor de junio de 2014 coincidió con un atentado que sufrieron PNG y NFG en la carretera entre Iguala y Chilpancingo. Sin más fondos y el dinero retirado  por órdenes de los legisladores tuvimos que entregar la última partida presupuestal y muchas líneas de investigación quedaron pendientes. “no se pudo llegar a fondo”, de la verdad, dice PFG. El reto central de la asociación                   señala PFG, será demostrar que en la década de los 70 del siglo XX en México, y especialmente en Guerrero, hubo represión masiva  y generalizada en los que ahora se llaman “grupos de autodefensa”, y que la serie de delitos cometidos por militares y policías estatales y federales constituyen, jurídicamente crímenes de lesa humanidad que tendrán que ser materia de juicio en la Corte Interamericana de Derecho (Coidh). El informe documenta 463 casos de severas violaciones al derecho humanitario, que comprenden 24 ejecuciones sumarias, 230 desapariciones forzadas, y tengamos en mente que las averiguaciones previas no tomó en cuenta, que 205 casos de sobrevivientes de desaparición forzada, es decir, personas que pasaron largas temporadas en cárceles clandestinas del Ejército – Campo Militar Número uno en D. F. y 35 Zona Militar de Chilpancingo -, y lograron salir con vida, (Blanche Petrich). También “demostramos, con peritajes exhumaciones, análisis de documentación oficial, correspondencia interna de la Sedena y nuevos testimonios, que se cometieron  masivamente delitos que no han prescrito, a pesar de que han pasado entre 35 y 45 años. En este contexto probamos que todos los delitos como: detención ilegal, desapariciones forzadas o transitorias, tortura ejecuciones extrajudiciales, todos estos tienen derecho a reparación del daño, según el criterio de la Coidh, puntualiza. Se rastrearon y digitalizaron centenares de expedientes depositados en el Archivo General de la Nación y los fondos de los documentos de las extintas corporaciones de policías, detectives y agentes de la Policía Secreta, DFS, DIPS-UNAM, Sedena, PGR del D.F. En los momentos más críticos del conflicto se estima que fueron destacados hasta 24 mil soldados para combatir a la insurgencia y controlar a la población en las zonas donde ocurrían operaciones militares. Se reconstruyeron las rutas de operativos castrenses, como el denominado Plan Telaraña, para el control de poblaciones, desplegado de abril a junio de 1971 y descrito en más de 100 escritos y mapas militares. Delitos que no han prescrito y son objeto de prisión los culpables En l cruce de datos entre estos operativos militares en contra de insurgentes y las evidencias de violaciones a los derechos humanos se trata de identificar si el ejército se abocó únicamente a combatir a los grupos guerrilleros y si además atacó y causó daño a comunidades sin presencia rebelde al gobierno. Se establecieron 18 rutas en las que se produjeron incidentes de este tipo. Se documentaron los hechos con 3763 testimonios tanto de familiares de víctimas como de sobrevivientes de desaparición forzada. A estos testimonios se agregaron 10 casos documentados en investigaciones anteriores.  En 2001 la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos reconoció que durante la “guerra sucia” en México se registraron 536 casos de desaparición forzada. Justamente en Guerrero se registra la mayor parte, con 332. Sin embargo, en este informe no se tomaron en cuenta los casos de cientos de sobrevivientes de desaparición forzada. AMLO affirms that the “government returns us to the past to take off the future"

Lopez Obrador demanded president EPN's renouncements so “to be responsible for the situation of insecurity that Mexico suffers", of procurator Jesus Murillo Karam, because it represents the PRI and the mafia of the power, not to the town", and of Guerrero's governor, Angel Aguirre, due that lost authority to administer to that entity". He added that EPN doesn't have capacity and among more time it lasts in the worst presidency it will leave to the Mexicans". My perception in these days of tour, we believe that it is lamentable that it is not assisted in Michoacan State, like in the rest of the country that the development is not impelling. It is serious that it seeks to only be solved the problem of the insecurity with coercive measures, with the use of the force. On the other hand Cuauhtemoc Cardenas noticed that it is in Guerrrero's governor's “conscience”, to give up or not to the position. AMLO afirma que el gobierno “nos regresa al pasado para quitarnos el futuro”

México. -   El régimen mexicano “está podrido” y para rescatar al país de las consecuencias de 30 años de neoliberalismo, un régimen muy parecido al régimen del ex presidente Porfirio Díaz –llamado porfiriato-, “la revolución pacífica que se requiere es la de la honestidad”, resumió Andrés M. López Obrador (AMLO) en la Universidad Columbia, en Nueva York. En un foro AMLO subrayó que, “nada ha dañado más  a México que la corrupción política; a eso se debe la monstruosa desigualdad social y económica, la pobreza y la violencia que nos agobia”. Esa corrupción, señaló, es integral a la aplicación del neoliberalismo que está despojándolas riquezas del pueblo y de la nación para beneficio sólo de unos cuantos. “La deshonestidad en el actual período neoliberal no tiene precedente”, argumentó, agregando que “se ha implantado como modus vivendi el robo de los bienes del pueblo y de las riquezas de la nación”.  Nos regresa al pasado de la Nueva España Acusó: “la corrupción se ha convertido en la principal función del Estado (…) un pequeño grupo ha conquistado todos los poderes y mantiene secuestradas las instituciones públicas” para sus propios intereses, lo cual ha llevado al “saqueo más grande en la historia del país”. “En México no hay democracia… es una dictadura simulada”, una que gira en torno a “la misma mentira que durante el porfiriato”, donde se subastaron los recursos naturales del país, incluyendo el petróleo, las tierras de cultivo, y se vendieron los ferrocarriles y más a las empresas extranjeras, afirmó. “”El llamado neoliberalismo es neoporfirismo (actualizado)… Nos regresan al pasado para quitarnos el futuro”. Presentado por John Coatsworth, vicerrector de la Universidad de Columbia e historiador especializado en México, y por el director del Centro de Estudios mexicanos. Claudio Lomnitz (colaborador de La Jornada), AMLO rompió en este foro, la imagen tan cuidadosa y efectivamente proyectada en este país por la cúpula política y empresarial mexicana y estadounidense, ofreciendo una crítica del llamado “nuevo paradigma”, al indicar que sólo es más de lo mismo. Afirmó que EPN es la continuación del proyecto neoliberal implementado desde hace tres décadas en el país. “La mafia del poder” lo impuso, afirmó y acusó que EPN es sólo otros “subordinado de la oligarquía” que está cumpliendo con las prioridades de ese pequeño grupo al impulsar las llamadas “reformas estructurales” con un “alto costo a la soberanía”. La reforma del sector energético, sostuvo, es el “robo más grandes de la historia” y lo calificó de “traición de la patria”, al buscar “repartir a las grandes petroleras extranjeras la riqueza del pueblo y la nación”. Afirmó que por ello el Movimiento  Regeneración Nacional (Morena), está promoviendo un referendo en las próximas elecciones para obligar a que “el pueblo sea consultado” sobre esta “reforma”. Como ejemplo del despojo acelerado, señaló que en cinco años las mineras extranjeras se han llevado más oro y plata de México que los españoles durante 200 años de la Colonia. Despojo minero Afirmó que el régimen es sostenido por dos cosas: los grandes medios y “la compra del voto”, y que sin eso se desplomarían, agregó que el actual presidente es un fenómeno “escenográfico”. Indicó, con una sonrisa, que mientras aquí en Nueva York “premian a Peña Nieto con algo llamado estadista mundial o algo así, en México está reprobado”, en la opinión pública mexicana. De hecho esta percepción se está ampliando a casi todos los gobernadores e indica un cambio político potencial en México. Expresó la consternación ante los sucesos en Iguala, indicó que esto no es un incidente aislado y que “ya llevamos mucho tiempo de luto” en México. Argumentó que la violencia es resultado del sistema actual y que, por ahora, la estrategia del gobierno ha empeorado la situación, pues busca “enfrentar la violencia con la violencia… Emplear fuego contra fuego”. Subrayó que primero se tiene que entender que “la paz es fruto de la justicia”.  Por eso, “mientras no haya un cambio de fondo, México se continuará hundiendo”. Concluyó que se “tiene que derrocar al régimen  del PRI-PAN (…) pero sin violencia”. Ese cambio necesario, explicó, proviene de “un retorno a los principios de Francisco I. Madero: la honestidad y la justicia”. Al extenderse en su plática, AMLO subrayó que el mejor antídoto a la corrupción es mantener ”los principios e ideales” y recordó que en esfuerzo de Morena “no es fácil crear un partido en un ambiente antidemocrático”. Declaró que México “tiene una gran reserva de valores”, que se encuentra en sus pueblos, sobre todo en los indígenas. “La corrupción es algo que viene de arriba… Eso se limpia como se limpian las escaleras, de arriba hacia abajo”. Recordó que esta lucha pacífica para una transformación a afondo es constante y que ante los fraudes, el control mediático y la compra del voto –“algo que duele, parte del alma”-, la “mejor manera de enfrentarlo es luchando todos los días”. Advirtió contra la “depresión” de algunos, incluso muchos  intelectuales, que se cansan  o creen que ya no hay más que se pueda hacer, y que ante preguntas de “si podemos llegar, o que cuánto tiempo mas, la respuesta es: sigue caminando, sigue caminando”, sino te mojas. Andrés M. López Obrador exigió las renuncias del presidente EPN “por ser responsable de la situación de inseguridad  que padece México”, del procurador Jesús Murillo Karam, “porque representa al PRI y a la mafia del poder, más no al pueblo”, y del gobernador de Guerrero, Ángel Aguirre, “debido que perdió autoridad para administrar a esa entidad”.  En conferencia de prensa, AMLO dio a conocer seis posicionamientos en torno al asesinato y desaparición de normalistas de Ayotzinapa. Primero, consideró lamentable que la muerte de los estudiantes sea “un problema originado por el predominio de una mafia en el poder que encabeza Peña”. El segundo planteamiento, dijo, “es que renuncie Aguirre porque, tenga responsabilidad o no, perdió autoridad y no se puede gobernar a un estado bajo las circunstancias en que está Guerrero”. Tercero que Murillo Karam renuncie, “porque no es representante de la sociedad ni de la nación”. Cuarto, lamentó el crimen (de lesa humanidad) en contra de los normalistas, al cual calificó de “acto de barbarie que lastima, que duele”. Quinto, pidió castigo “sin miramientos” (agotar hasta la última sangre para encontrarlos aunque sea muertos), a los culpables. Y sexto, deseó que aparezcan con vida los 43 desaparecidos. AMLO rechazó conocer al presidente municipal de Iguala, José Luis Abarca, y no descartó  que lo relacionen con él quienes “creen que todos son iguales y pretenden afectar a Morena”. Añadió que EPN “no tiene capacidad y entre más tiempo dure en la presidencia peor nos va a ir a los mexicanos”.  Mi percepción en estos días de gira, yo creo que es lamentable que no se atienda en Michoacán, como en el resto del país, que no se esté impulsando el desarrollo. Es grave que se pretenda resolver el problema de la inseguridad sólo con medidas coercitivas, con el uso de la fuerza. Por otra parte Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas advirtió que “está en la conciencia” del gobernador de Guerrero, renunciar o no al cargo. “El conoce la situación del estado y es su decisión determinar si permanece o se va”, insistió.  En cuanto a la situación que prevalece en el PRD Nacional, dijo desconocer si la salida del gobernador de Guerrero “ayuda o no” a serenar el estado de cosas; señaló no saber si una acción de esta naturaleza le quitaría presión al sol azteca: “lo importante que se encuentre a los jóvenes estudiantes”, cerró la entrevista.
