Request to accept the follow-up mechanism to the recommendations

México. -  With the obligated exit of the Interdisciplinary Group of independent Experts (GIEI, for their initials in Spanish) of the Inter-American Commission of Human Laws (CIDH, for their initials in Spanish), the parents of 43 students disappeared from Ayotzinapa demanded to the president of Mexico, EPN direct dialogue and that accept as soon as possible the follow-up mechanism to the recommendations of the report of the international instance. This exigency was presented of different forms and tones during the mobilization that they headed late - night of the Angel de la Independence to the Hemiciclo a Juarez, in the Mexico City, to be fulfilled 19 months of the criminal facts in Iguala.  In different parades throughout the march, first as compared to the General office of the prosecutor of the Republic (PGR, for their initials in Spanish), then in the monument to 43 - on Paseo de la Reforma - and finally in the meeting in the Hemiciclo, the parents indicated that the report of the GIEI confirmed what they were suspecting from the principle: "that the call historical truth, never existed", more than in the minds with fever of the government. Indicated that they responsibility of the federal government, by their deliberate intention of obstructing the investigation, and of hiding to the responsible, that it has not been able to arrive to the truth in facts of the 26 and 27 of September in Iguala, Guerrero.  As compared to the PGR, they accused directing of the Criminal Investigation Agency, Tomas Zeron, of have stopped the inquiries, altered stages, tests cultivated field and veiled to the responsible. Requested punishment for the official that deliberately or incidentally it was accomplice of the students’ assassination. In the distance, tens, hundreds of demonstrators of various organizations of the civil and spontaneous society that accompanied to the parents of the normal student did not let of shouting slogans and to demand justice: "The State was it! Already were knowing it, but the GIEI came it to demonstrate", it was listened several times from the sound that accompanied the march during all the route. In the monument to 43, that fulfilled an installed year, demanded to the President "to give the face" and be gathered of direct way with the parents so that accept already the follow-up mechanism to the recommendations of the GIEI. During the meeting, several family parents and the attorney Vidulfo Rosales indicated that after the report of the experts of the CIDH (for their initials in Spanish) remained very clear that the Mexican government always was driven within the lie and the deceit.  Dialogue direct with the president Rosales emphasized that this struggle  no longer it is only by 43, but by the more than 27 thousand disappeared that has the country, by their familiar, that suffer the pain from the be absent due to the omission and corruption of the authorities. The mobilization of the parents concluded without incidents about 21 hours, with the intonation of the anthem we will defeat and the exigency of the appearance with life of the normal youth’s students. Some 3 thousand persons marched on Tuesday in Chilpancingo, Guerrero, in support to the students of the normal of Ayotzinapa and of the parents of 43 kids of that facility disappeared in September 26, 2014. In Morelos and Chiapas there were similar mobilizations. The demonstrators in Chilpancingo demanded to the Governance secretary, Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, that receive them in hearing, and president EPN that extend the stay of the experts of the CIDH until is present with life to the normal students. The march departed of the point known as El Caballito, and in the touristic place, Parador del Marquez stopped both rails of the Highway del Sol Mexico - Acapulco. The mobilization concluded to the edge of 16 hours.  In Cuernavaca, Morelos, civil organizations, members of the Mexican Electricians Union and teachers were expressed of 10 of the tomorrow to the noon. During the meeting called the roll to 43 students of Ayotzinapa; assured that in Morelos has been apprehended to presume responsible for the facts in Iguala because the entity is criminals’ residence. At the same time the teachers of the sections 7 and 40 of the National Workers Union of the Education were expressed in Chiapas State. Therefore it touches to the law of torture, Claudia Paz insisted in which "is perverse" that at present the processes are based on the confession of the imputed and is them considered full test, therefore the Public Ministry no longer needs to present other evidence, what make possible that the confessions are given under torture. Added that if the accuses of the forced disappearance of 43 students might have been presented before a judge in the following 24 or 48 hours, the case might not have been at the point where arrived. The chairwoman of the Human Laws Commission, Angelic de la Peña., them informed that they are discussing yet the laws of forced disappearance and against the torture, with the recommendations of the GIEI. The Group GIEI is a support of the Mexican State to investigate the case Ayotzinapa, were gathered this afternoon with officials of the Governance Secretary. The specialists indicated that the relatives of 43 disappeared in September from 2014 require, by above all the things, to know the truth of the whereabouts of their wanted beings, beyond the repair of the damage of economic type.
