El discurso de los patrones
México. – En un desplegado difundido el pasado lunes (6/8/12), el Consejo Mexicano de Hombres de Negocios (CMHN) –que agrupa a los propietarios de las empresas más poderosas del país- afirma que “ya son dos las elecciones presidenciales en las que los partidos que representan a las izquierdas alegan fraude porque el resultado fue contrario a sus intereses”, y los acusa de “crear un ambiente de intemperancia” y de alentar “acciones que afectan al público y a empresas como Soriana”, en alusión a los actos de protesta y a las condenables agresiones en contra de dicha cadena de supermercados, vinculada con la presunta compra de votos a favor de la campaña presidencial del candidato priísta, Enrique Peña Nieto.
Aunque el presidente del CMHN, Claudio X. González, afirmó el mencionado lunes que la intención del organismo es defender a la referida compañía, el pronunciamiento adquiere una significación distinta, en la medida en que se realiza en medio de un proceso electoral todavía inconcluso y cuando siguen acumulándose pruebas e indicios de que la pasada elección distó de ser ejemplar: se presenta ante la opinión pública como una más de las voces que presionan al Movimiento Progresista y a su candidato, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), para que desistan de sus reclamos de transparentar los pasados comicios presidenciales.
Además, el referido desplegado puede resultar muy conveniente para los actores políticos que han venido presionando al Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF), para que acelere el proceso de validación de la elección y declare “presidente electo” al aspirante priísta lo antes posible. Tal circunstancia configura un ambiente poco propicio para el correcto desempeño del órgano jurisdiccional y pone en entredicho las aseveraciones de algunos de sus integrantes de que se estudiará “a fondo” todas las pruebas presentadas por la coalición partidista de las izquierdas, y que la calificación de la elección será “transparente” y ajena a presiones.
Desde luego el pronunciamiento del CMHN reviste aspectos cuestionables en el fondo, pues insinúa que la inconformidad de AMLO y su entorno social de apoyo ante los resultados de las pasadas elecciones equivale a “crear un ambiente de intemperancia” y a alterar el estado de derecho, y los responsabiliza en particular, de la crispación y la animadversión generadas en torno a Soriana, sin que hayan hasta el momento pruebas contundentes al respecto. Al respecto cabe insistir que el rumbo de elección elegido hasta ahora por el tabasqueño ha consistido en recurrir a y agotar los cauces institucionales en materia electoral, y que su apego a la legalidad ha sido reconocida incluso por organismos empresariales de los que no cabe suponer simpatía alguna por el candidato de las izquierdas, como la Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (CPRM).
Las élites tienen prisa
Tendríamos que ver con retrospectiva estas declaraciones de Claudio X. González es un priísta de hueso colorado y mencionaríamos que este personaje fue asesor de Carlos Salinas de Gortari, y forma parte del consejo del corporativo del canal de las estrellas –Televisa S. A.-, para ciertamente desconfiar de los intereses que representa. Es sospechoso que con la bandera que enarbola el CMHN, solicite al Movimiento Progresista que acepte los resultados contabilizados por el sospechoso y abúlico Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE), cuando tiene un recurso de inconformidad en manos del Trife. Estos personajes del club de Don Dinero tienen una moral especial, ya que por un lado quieren que se cierre los expedientes del Monex y Soriana, por el manejo de dinero a raudales de origen ilícito. Deberían tener paciencia a que concluya el proceso y no mostrar sus intereses oscuros ya que el pueblo pensaría que hay más empresas y ricos de la élite que pueden ser salpicados.
Acaso esas pesquisas están equivocadas y al pueblo mexicano tratan de convencerlo que los fondos sólo provienen de fondos del gobierno. Las razones del pronunciamiento de este personaje salinista pueden hallarse en el presupuesto anual de gastos del gobierno federal, actualmente de 3.7 billones de pesos. Esta cantidad es suficiente si se aplicara con honestidad, y claridad; incluso puede haber un remanente. Ellos piensan que para cumplir las promesas de campaña del Compromiso por México, tuviera más dinero, para cumplir las promesas hechas al Consejo Coordinador Empresarial. De Pemex, no lo parece ya que inmediatamente será vendido al mejor postor extranjero. Este blog opina que ellos deberían tomar la vía de algunos países de Europa, aplicar un gravamen a la especulación bursátil y las transacciones financieras en general. Recordemos que AMLO planteó combatir la corrupción y recortar ingresos de la alta burocracia para obtener ahorros de 800 mil millones de pesos. A la élite le disgusta pagar impuestos, lo sensato sería ahorrar y crecer. Pero ellos piensan diferente, y tal vez van a rematar más empresas del gobierno, para no gravar a la élite, que se niega a pagar impuestos.
Si el celo por la vigencia del estado de derecho manifestado por el CMHN en su comunicado es genuino, ese organismo tendría que ser uno de los principales interesados en demandar que la ley se respete a plenitud –empezando por los preceptos que demandan la realización de elecciones limpias, libres y competidas- y que se esclarezcan y sancionen adecuadamente los indicios de prácticas ilícitas en materia electoral. En cambio, con posturas como la anteriormente comentada da la impresión de que la élite empresarial del país reclama una aplicación selectiva y parcial de la ley, en el mejor de los casos, y que busca, en el peor, erigirse como actor de inequidad electoral y distorsión democrática, tal como ocurrió en los comicios de hace seis años. In other 16 invoices they were detected “load of balance pre-pay by 4 millions 39 thousand 661 dollars -of which the corporate Monex charged commission for 40 thousand, 396 dollars -, associated to three mercantile societies more: Atama, Koleos and Tiguan, all with social capital reported in their writings of conformation of 3 thousand 333 dollars. Atama, of which invoices exist for 926 thousand 667 dollars began to operate in October of 2007, it is devoted to the textile ones and enter 2007 and 2010 it declared utilities for 72 thousand 127 dollars.
Its total payment of tax on the rent is those four years it was of 17 thousand 593 pesos. Tiguan is property of Juan Antonio Hodorogo and Luz Maria Viveros and it is dedicated to services of publicity and related activities. It is related with the tri-colored one and it is reported that during the campaign of the priísta Eruviel Avila for the governmental of the Mexico State got paid for their services 166 thousand 667 dollars. However after five hours after the diffusion of the new accusations made by the candidate of the Progressive Movement, AMLO, for presumed laundry of money in the presidential campaign of the PRI, this political organism emitted an official statement in the one which, besides rejecting the evidence of the accusation, it condemns the systematic use of the lie", for the Tabasco-man.

He gets me the attention that yesterday at noon a warning was sent by the radio so that they gave us those that have these cards. We are sure that they will follow us giving tests, and we will go them presented as surviving tests to the tribunal. We will wait to that solves this polemic topic the electoral tribunal. Se pospone la presentación del plan nacional de la democracia: AMLO

Entregan documentos al presidente, la PGR, y SHCP
México. – La referencia en la queja muestra que es el mismo domicilio –según el CMP- de Gabino Antonio Martín Fraga Peña, a quien se identificó como “coordinador regional de compromisos de campaña de EPN de los sectores del PRI en Tlaxcala”. En otras 16 facturas se detectaron “carga de saldo prepago” por 60 millones 594 mil 924 pesos –de los cuales el corporativo Monex cobró comisión por 605 mil 949 pesos-, asociadas a tres sociedades mercantiles más: Atama, Koleos y Tiguán, todas con capital social reportado en sus escrituras de conformación de 50 mil pesos. Atama, de la que existen facturas por 13.9 millones de pesos comenzó a operar en octubre de 2007, se dedica a los textiles y entre 2007 y 2010 declaró utilidades por un millón 81 mil 911 pesos.
Su pago total de impuesto sobre la renta es esos cuatro años fue de 263 mil 904 pesos. Tiguán es propiedad de Juan Antonio Hodorogo y Luz María Viveros y está dedicada a servicios de publicidad y actividades conexas. Se le relaciona con el tricolor y se reporta que durante la campaña del priísta Eruviel Ávila para la gubernatura del estado de México cobró por sus servicios 2.5 millones de pesos. Sin embargo después de cinco horas después de la difusión de las nuevas acusaciones hechas por el candidato del Movimiento Progresista, AMLO, por presunto lavado de dinero en la campaña presidencial del PRI, este organismo político emitió un comunicado en el cual, además de rechazar la evidencia de la denuncia, condena el “uso sistemático de la mentira”, por el tabasqueño.
El sistema de la mentira por el supuesto narco-PRI
El partido que postuló EPN consideró además que las denuncias de AMLO son “parte de su estrategia política”; en particular rechaza, “por inadmisible, las acusaciones de lavado de dinero, que constituyen una abierta difamación”. Originalmente, la oficina de comunicación social del PRI convocó a conferencia de prensa; sin embargo, ésta se canceló y sólo emitió un boletín. Justamente cuando transcurría la conferencia de prensa de AMLO, los priístas encargados de salir al paso de los señalamientos en contra de EPN se reunieron a puerta cerrada y difundieron la cita para a conferencia de presa que al final fue cancelada. Al transcurrir la lectura del boletín subraya que AMLO busca “mantenerse vigente” e impedir “la renovación generacional en el liderazgo de las izquierdas”, y que además el candidato de las izquierdas, “lanza otra acusación inverosímil de lavado de dinero”.
Finaliza el escrito con la reiteración de su “total disposición” para continuar aportando al información y las pruebas requeridas por las autoridades electorales, “a fin de acreditar que el origen y destino de todos los recursos de la campaña presidencial fueron lícitos, que el partido se ajustó estrictamente a los topes de campañas y que el gasto de los recursos se llevó a cabo conforme al marco legal”. Sin embargo la intervención de AMLO, al presentar pruebas ante el TEPJF para sustentar la solicitud de invalidación de la elección presidencial, advirtió que si persiste una actitud de omisión institucional a pesar del cúmulo de pruebas aportadas, “vamos a proceder en contra de las autoridades responsables”.

Chepina está interesada en presidir lo que queda del PAN, pero es adversa la consideración general que ayudó mucho a la derrota y ya estaba predestinada desde los Pinos. Además se rumora que tiene la misma voracidad de sus verdugos a plazos, entre ellos a Calderón a quién tiene clara intención de encabezar personalmente el comité nacional del PAN. Con esta pretensión en ciernes al frío político le garantizaría mantener a buen cauce, promover la candidatura presidencial de su esposa Margarita, y continuaría con la ruda tarea de imponer a sus cercanos en posiciones plurinominales viables.

AMLO solicitó a Jaime Cárdenas que entregué el expediente a Felipe Calderón, al Secretario de Hacienda, y a la PGR, “para que el día de mañana no digan que no sabían. De acuerdo con la constitución, con la ley, si no se actúa cuando se conoce el delito, se está encubriendo, se está permitiendo que se lleve a cabo ese delito, y estamos hablando de un delito de procedencia ilícita para la campaña presidencial de Enrique Peña Nieto”. El candidato reprochó al IFE su incapacidad de investigar y resolver en materia jurídica el actual enredo legal. Recordó que en Tabasco, y tras una entrevista radial le entregaron una tarjeta que denominaron ‘La Choca’, le entregaron muchas de ésas, pero me llamó la atención que me entregó una de estas, Monex lealtad.
Éstas son ‘Monex Lealtad’, y las otras las que tiene que ver con las facturas que estamos probando, son Monex recompensa. Me llama la atención, que ayer al mediodía se mandó un aviso por la radio para que nos entregaran los que tengan estas tarjetas. Estamos seguros que nos van a seguir entregando pruebas, y las vamos a ir presentado como pruebas supervivientes al tribunal. Vamos a esperar a que resuelva este tema polémico el tribunal electoral. Éstas son ‘Monex Lealtad’, y las otras las que tiene que ver con las facturas que estamos probando, son Monex recompensa. Me llama la atención, que ayer al mediodía se mandó un aviso por la radio para que nos entregaran los que tengan estas tarjetas. Los mexicanos masoquistas
México. - Nosotros colocados en esta disyuntiva de invalidez, promovida por el Movimiento Progresista, no sé si las pruebas aportadas por éste serán suficientes. Mucho menos sé, cuál será la posición del Tribunal Electoral del poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF), aunque lo intuyo. Se deberán determinar si constitucionalmente de acuerdo al artículo 41, la elección presidencial será inválida, o no. Lo evidente es que hay una creciente inconformidad en algunos sectores de la población con los resultados electorales, sean o no objetables. Lo que sabemos es que Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN), y sus aliados empresariales en el proceso comicial, están presionando al tribunal para que le den el triunfo sin dilación al PRI-PVEM.
Lo que conocemos es que la inconformidad social radica en que millones de mexicanos no quieren al ex gobernador de México en Los Pinos. Tienen la percepción del cuestionado triunfo no sólo es por el masoquismo mexicano, sino porque se aprovechó de la baja conciencia política, de la nula democracia y de su pobreza para inducirlos –incluso forzarlos-, a votar en un sentido y no en otro. Los publicistas del establishment dicen como pericos y lo repiten hasta el cansancio que llamar masoquistas a los mexicanos es llamarlos ignorantes y corruptos, sólo porque se dejaron comprar. Los mexicanos no son niños que fueron a votar.

Podemos agruparlas en siete rubros, que coinciden en grandes rasgos con las que ha presentado el PRD y el PAN. Estas coincidencias en realidad son pruebas de una visión compartida por la mayoría de los ciudadanos, marcada por la desigualdad económica, en la que no se garantizó ni la autenticidad ni la libertad del voto. Al examinar jurídicamente las razones para impugnar la elección, conducido y procesado con rectitud por la autoridad concernida. Deberá dar lugar a declarar la invalidez del proceso y su reposición en los términos de la ley. Ante la demanda del PAN y del Movimiento Progresista se enfrentan a una serie de descalificaciones que conviene razonar, y evaluar.
Lo que muchos arguyen es que si se invalida la elección presidencial habrá que impugnar todas las demás elecciones federales celebradas en la misma jornada. Pero se ignora que se trata de procesos diferentes, aunque simultáneos. Si bien se puede afirmar que en todos los comicios se presentaron irregularidades, sólo en el presidencial aparecieron las razones y argumentos plausibles para invalidar las elecciones. También se alude a las complicaciones que se derivarían de la declaración de invalidez y reposición del proceso. Desde luego son evidentes y no es sencillo y sabemos que sus costos distan de ser triviales de esta elección viciada y llena de dinero ilícito. Aunque nadie asegura si el dinero proviene del narcotráfico o es público.
Sin embargo los costos políticos del supuesto ganador de la elección presidencial nos condenarán a los mexicanos a vadear un sexenio bajo un gobierno marcado por la legitimidad de origen, surgido no del sufragio efectivo sino del efectivo sufragio, elevado al rango de lema nacional. Al repasar los argumentos válidos y reales son la coacción del voto por medio de la compra, denunciada antes de la jornada comicial. Conocida como Monexgate, aunque la autoridad al realizar los hechos denunciados determinó que si eran reales, pero negó las medidas cautelares solicitadas, aplicando una noción juridicista de suficiencia, en lugar de priorizar la necesidad de establecer certeza jurídica, anulando la eficacia del presunto hecho ilícito.
Otro caso paralelo conocido como Sorianagate, cuyo alcance se han publicado indicios abrumadores, tanto en los medios como en las redes sociales, denunciado igual que en el caso anterior antes de la elección, apenas ha empezado a ser investigado después de los comicios. Además de las operaciones realizadas por gobiernos estatales emanados del PRI para movilizar a grupos de votantes inducidos todo esto documentado por el Movimiento Progresista, y presentado en su oportunidad ante las autoridades del TEPJF. Continuando con esta información se señala que una vez depositado el voto en la urna, es indistinguible como un producto de la coacción de otro emitido en forma libre. Es imposible cuantificar con precisión a los primeros, pero a los segundos en cambio es posible seguirles la pista para determinar la magnitud de las operaciones de compra y coacción, de tal manera que podemos llegar a estimaciones cuantitativas.
La denuncia del Movimiento Progresista puede ser afinada y corregida por la autoridad, que dispone de mayor capacidad de pesquisa, por lo que el TEPJF debe recibir de la procuraduría especial información al respecto, aún de carácter inicial, para tomarla en consideración al calificar la elección. El movimiento mapache inducida por el SNTE de la eterna líder del magisterio también debería ser tomada en cuenta en las pesquisas, debido a la gran cantidad de dinero invertido informado por este blog. Los magistrados también deben tomar en cuenta la evidente violación de las leyes sobre los topes de campaña de ‘Compromiso por México’ constituye una razón poderosa para invalidar. Es inadmisible que a la luz de las evidencias el criterio sostenido sea considerado una falta administrativa, sancionable a posteriori por medio de amonestaciones y multas.
Es impresentable un veredicto del tribunal similar al de hace seis años. De estar prevaleciendo este criterio se estará validando que el dinero ilícito, el dinero público lavado, es el elemento de mayor importancia. Al denunciante compete fundamentar, lo mejor que le sea posible su denuncia, pero la investigación de la misma y la determinación de la verdad es tarea de la autoridad. Sin embargo este caso no es así, ya que el denunciante es el que debe investigar, determinar la verdad de la coacción y la compra del voto. El desenlace es un golpe de muerte a la denuncia electoral. AMLO calls to carry out assemblies
México. - The national leaders of the parties members of the coalition Progressive Movement (PRD-PT- Civic Movement) they agreed to stay united until it cleans the presidential election and they didn't discard to transfer the fight to the Congress of the Union, where foresee to impel proposed legislatives in a combined way. México. - Los dirigentes nacionales de los partidos integrantes de la coalición Movimiento Progresista (PRD-PT-Movimiento Ciudadano) acordaron mantenerse unidos hasta que se limpie la elección presidencial y no descartaron trasladar la lucha al Congreso de la Unión, donde prevén impulsar propuestas legislativas de manera conjunta. Luis Walton (LW), líder nacional de Movimiento Ciudadano, un partido que forma parte de la coalición Movimiento Progresista, descartó la posibilidad de una división. “La idea es que vayamos en unidad hasta el final y con la confianza de que el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) va a resolver conforme a derecho (el juicio de inconformidad por la invalidez de la elección presidencial).
Por lo pronto el dirigente anticipó: “Nuestro candidato nos ha dicho que habrá asambleas informativas, pero no plantones ni nada de eso”. LW expresó lo anterior tras participar en una reunión con Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) en su casa de campaña, luego de la conferencia de prensa donde el abanderado presidencial anunció que posee pruebas y elementos “para decir que en la campaña de Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN) se utilizó dinero de procedencia ilícita”. Conscientes de que juntos se erigen en la segunda fuerza federal, con cerca de 140 diputaciones y alrededor de 30 senadurías, PRD, PT, y Movimiento Ciudadano se aprestan a trabajar para defender los principios de la democracia en México y a mantenerse en contra de la privatización de Pemex, el aumento al IVA que se proyecta generalizar en alimentos y medicinas, y también reformas a la ley Federal del Trabajo de tal manera que resulten lesivas para la clase trabajadora.

En el PRD se acordó recientemente que sus diputados federales y senadores electos preservarán en la 62 legislatura la unidad de las izquierdas, profundizarán la agenda social en materia de derechos fundamentales y trabajarán en una agenda económica para el rescate del mercado interno, del campo y para que se generen mayores oportunidades para los jóvenes y las mujeres. Jesús Zambrano Grijalva, presidente nacional del PRD, ha dicho que si se suman los tres partidos en el Congreso “estaremos en condiciones de impulsar, no solamente un frente de lucha para buscar dar mayor fuerza a nuestra presencia en las cámaras, sino también tendremos la capacidad para establecer comisiones investigadoras”.
El plan de lucha política no ha sido dado a conocer, pero se buscará difundir por la nación mexicana y por el extranjero los alegatos promovidos del Movimiento Progresista en busca de la invalidación de la elección presidencial, levantar firmas de apoyo en las principales capitales del país, y seguir los caminos que nos marcan la lucha política en el marco nacional como interamericano. En conjunto se pondrán en marcha una batalla legal y movilización social acotada, y desde luego poniendo nuestras esperanzas en la forma pacífica que los jóvenes y otros segmentos sociales de la nación que no forman parte de los partidos, no estén obligados a respetar “pactos de civilidad” tontos.

En el marco del Acuerdo de Libre de Comercio plus firmado por el ex presidente Vicente Fox, al aceptar las modificaciones en el área de energéticos y particularmente la seguridad nacional Americana. Desde luego el actual presidente Felipe Calderón (FC), se le ve tan cómodo con esta suerte de espectáculos de marrullería política sin tapujos. En esta sarta de cambios a las leyes vigentes que negoció la corriente política derivada de Calderón que le obstaculizó a los seguidores de EPN en las cámaras alta y baja. Los cambios posiblemente ahora se realicen bajo acuerdo del PAN, PRI, los verdes y la corriente del Panal seguidores de Elba Esther Gordillo.
Aunque sea digno de mencionar que FC está a punto de soltar el poder, tenemos algunas cosas por resolverse, y entre las cuales están el actual presidente del partido PAN, Gustavo Madero (GM), pero sólo es la fachada que ha presentado, ya que de hecho es el presidente de México quien lleva de la rienda al comité nacional. La bipolaridad del partido se representa en León, GM, sostuvo que su partido no dará por ganador a algún candidato a la Presidencia de la República que no tenga resueltos los procesos de impugnación en su contra. Por el contrario, pese a las denuncias de inequidad presentadas por su partido, la secretaria general del azul, Cecilia Romero (CR), reconoció a EPN como el sucesor de FC a partir del próximo 1 de diciembre. CR consideró “un acto de responsabilidad” la reunión del presidente FC con el candidato EPN.
El presidente del PAN ha tenido en contra al intrigante de Los Pinos al volver a su nivel político a Germán Martínez y César Nava al romper las imposiciones. Pero ahora tratan de quitarle su chamba al tratar de imponer una pieza que recoja los pedazos creados por los comicios pasados y empiece a construir el ciclo del poder familiar con la mencionada Margarita Zavala como precandidata a la siguiente elección federal. Otra imposición es la candidata al sacrificio, Chepina, emplazada a ser la coordinadora de acción política del PAN, aunque ya ha cometido varios errores entre los cuales: se rindió el domingo 1 cuando ni siquiera había comenzado la caída a la lona del ring político, después pretendió asumirse como un fenómeno político al encabezar un movimiento social, y ya para rematar se fue de vacaciones al extranjero.
