En este análisis político se nos olvida citar a Barbosa y Aureoles del PRD, con una vocación por el pragmatismo de mercader. Luis Miguel Barbosa es el líder del PRD en Puebla, es un cacique y operador de la “alianza” con el PAN que llevó al gobierno de la corriente política de la maestra Elba Esther Gordillo, Rafael Moreno Valle, y especialista en estrategias referentes a la elección plurinominal, un eufemismo para llevar al poder al amigo político sin elección popular en las urnas. Silvano Aureoles, es un michoacano que ha crecido al amparo de Amalia García, se hizo y creció en la escuela del patrimonialismo ejercida por Lázaro Cárdenas Batel, en los gobiernos de Michoacán y de Zacatecas; fue diputado federal, y candidato a gobernador de Michoacán, contendiendo frente a figuras como Fausto Vallejo y ‘Cocoa’ Calderón, la hermana del presidente, y él quedó en tercer lugar. A pesar de que no corresponde al modelo tradicional de las pruebas que hagan funcionar la justicia ante los jueces, y su presentación es tardía debido a los intrincados caminos del tribunal federal. AMLO todavía miembro del PRD, tiene un futuro incierto con su movimiento social Morena, pues se habla como la semilla de un proyecto de un nuevo partido político, a pesar de que esa organización no ha levantado cabeza luego del fuerte golpe electoral recibido. El cambio sufrido no ha podido ser asimilado por el PRD, ya que hace un año estaba en situación terminal, y hoy se ha fortalecido por el trabajo político de AMLO, pero ha llegado el momento que el dos veces candidato presidencial –una vez fue robado y la otra ocasión fue comprada la elección- que asuma una posición distante del decorativo “liderazgo moral”. Los mensajes vía chat al presidente de MVS iniciaron diciendo que tenía que salir a fijar postura, y conforme avanzaba el discurso de la periodista la vocera subió el tono, y dijo: “Joaquín, es muy importante tu salida pública porque a nosotros nos pone contra la pared”. Pero en otro movimiento, la presidencia emitió un comunicado de prensa en el que se deslindaba de todo. Con ese panorama a cuestas el empresario JVG, convocó a junta de consejo, que decidió re-contratar a Aristegui. Por lo que “empezó el nerviosismo en los Pinos”, y los ejecutivos de MVS fueron convocados a una reunión con el titular de la Oficina de la Presidencia, Gerardo Ruiz Mateos, y Alejandra Sota, con quienes hicieron un recuento de lo sucedido. JVG explicó que el ex secretario de Trabajo siempre estuvo presente vía Chat, porque eran amigos y él había solicitado su asesoría como experto en telecomunicaciones. Señaló que se reunieron en casa de un amigo común a petición de Javier Lozano (JL). Sobre ese encuentro, ofreció un chat como prueba. Con todos estos testimonios presentados ayer, Vargas presentó su versión de la forma en que el gobierno presionó para que CA se disculpara a su manera, y condicionó el refrendo y conservación de concesiones. El empresario reclama al gobierno: “déjenos trabajar”, y evidenció que es falsa la afirmación oficial de que la “política y la práctica diaria de la comunicación social de este gobierno no se mezclan ni se confunden con la política pública en materia de telecomunicaciones. Frente a las afectaciones que estos incrementos generan en los bolsillos de las familias y en la macroeconomía, el gobierno federal tiene la responsabilidad de adoptar las medidas pertinentes para disminuir el costo de dicho alimento y garantizar, de esa manera, su abasto. No obstante, un aumento en las importaciones de huevo, como el planteado por Bruno Ferrari, se apartaría mucho de representar una solución efectiva, antes bien terminaría por favorecer a los exportadores extranjeros y a las empresas importadoras, así como a los grandes distribuidores e intermediarios privados, no al conjunto de la población. Para colmo, en este caso la apertura indiscriminada de las fronteras al huevo foráneo no atacaría las causas originarias de la actual escalada en los precios de ese producto: en efecto, como han reconocido por separado la Unión Nacional de Avicultores y la propia SE, el presente encarecimiento no se debe a un déficit en la oferta, sino a presiones especulativas originadas en las cadenas de distribución. En tal circunstancia, el incremento en las importaciones del huevo propicia que, lejos de reducir los precios, éstos sean controlados más temprano que tarde no sólo por los especuladores nacionales, sino también por los extranjeros. En lugar de presentar como soluciones las mismas medidas que han llevado al país a la pronunciada pérdida de autosuficiencia alimentaria que hoy padece, lo procedente y necesario sería ensayar un viraje en las políticas vigentes en ese ámbito, y en general en las directrices económicas actuales, que son diseñadas por gobiernos extranjeros y organismos financieros internacionales. Supuestamente lo están importando de Estados Unidos. No sabemos si se trata de otra venganza porque la gente le escamoteó el voto, pero gente del PAN, ha dejado que el bolillo y la telera que se vendían en 1.20 pesos por pieza ahora se venden a 1.50, lo que representa un aumento de 25 por ciento. La pieza de pan dulce cuesta 5 pesos, subió 50 centavos. Y es que 70 por ciento de la harina es de importación. En los días que han transcurrido de agosto han aumentado de precio, además del pan, los combustibles, la tortilla, y los restaurantes. En algunos postineros un desayuno compuesto por café, fruta, o jugo y huevos rancheros cuesta, cerca de ¡200 pesos más!
