We are convinced that it can not be eliminated to the organized delinquency, to the cartels, since are part of the sick social system. They can be created laws to adjust the green drugs consumption as the marijuana. Due to the fact that we lived as neighboring of a wide and growing consumers market in the world: United States of America. In some U.S states, they have legalized the drugs. We are living in the Twilights Zone.

The violence has not stemmed from the night to the tomorrow, it had a sure but slow evolutionary process, it being covered in the south of the Mexican nation as small paramilitary troops that were repressing social movements and criminalizes the social protest in the world of the indigenous and in particular of the ethnic Tzotzil. It being exceeded the limits of its indigenous territory due to the fact that had been converted into a monster that was demanding growth and food of more citizen souls. The Mexican state was feeding it with high range soldiers as: kaibiles, green berets, gafes, and paramilitary facts in the jungle lacandona.

In this order the Mexican drug- traffickers there have internationalized their scopes to more than three continents covering the entire world and contacting to other criminal organizations, creating synergies, international groups, exchanging intelligence information and depositing money in Europe banks and in financial paradises of the Cayman islands.
Some international entities have put attention to the violence that it has been awoken in the American continent, just in front to the Colossus of the North that let it to grow to science and patience, it advising in the combat to the Mexican state against the drug-traffickers, however its strategies, technical and methods have been wrong, that as always they have taken to the south frontier as its experimental field and to the Mexicans as social and economic laboratory mice. Trying to blaming to the Mexicans as inept when they are the incentive of the cartels of their growth, economic development and waiting that it will be an omelette explosive the Mexican people with the transnational project Gunrunner.

The supposed bankrupt state not only it is product of the poverty, of the lack of citizen values, of the great quantity of youths without opportunities (ninis), of the lack of pensions them deign and sufficient for the old men, of the discrimination of the men of more than 40 years without opportunities of work and social discrimination; this is a complex phenomenon that we should add to the modern man: the wealth without work, pleasure without conscience, and political without principles.

We were previously having in the PRI to an authoritative regime that was controlling to the society with a strong and solved president, now today with the PAN the regime has been returned a state with fascist and authoritative dyes that it does not control to the society, it has been returned to the law of the jungle where the democratic society, the laws are not fulfilled, the judges do not understand to the laws, it has returned the impunity by its jurisdictions, the corruption has been generalized and where the state the has annex channeled. If we wish that the laws are fulfilled have of observing them and to fulfill all of them, beginning by the public servants, the politicians, the rich and the power factic.
It is necessary that those that they don’t comply with the procedures and laws will be punished them, because the cooperation of all makes the punishment to the criminal and to the serial assassin though it will be hurt an you of 12 to 17 years. If there is no a public force that could defend us, while we do not may have well done judicial processes, prisons that in fact punish murderous, that are not attempted the feelings and the friendship is make to a side, and is punished to which injures to the society. We must create to the safety bodies well trained, they honest and well-paid, with pistols that cross shielding as those of the organized criminals that buy to merchants in The States frontier.
The international organizations, as the UN, the UNESCO and the OAS should put its sand granite with cooperation measures, solidarity on military intelligence, and health care. The federal authority should see that its strategies are wrong of a bankrupt state though they will be advised by The States; we put the lives of our citizen and they put the nose only.
